Was hospitalised last week for stomach infection. . Came hone on sunday . Med. Given for next 10 days. Ct scan and sonography report normal. Good bowel and urine . Eating good now. Recent checkup to the doctor. Told that still infection is there and so there is swelling in the intestine because of the infection. Pain is lesser than before. So when the pain will go.

Dear lybrateuser, -Keep taking medicines given to you as the pain may take 4-5 days to completely subside -avoid spicy, fried foods, also have purified water, also avoid food from outside.

Postural correction- sit tall, walk tall. Extension exercises x 15 times x twice daily - lying on tummy, take left arm up for 3 seconds, then bring it down, right arm up for 3 seconds, bring down. Bring right leg up, hold for 3 seconds, bring it down. Then right leg up and hold for 3 seconds and bring it down. Repeat twice a day- 10 times.

Two glasses of milk contain around 14 gram of protein while the polyunsaturated fats in almond add those extra calories when included in the everyday diet. Crush a handful of almonds and add it to the boiling milk. Simmer it for five minutes. You can sweeten it with a tsp of sugar. Then, pour it in a glass and sip it slowly. To make it more effective, you may put in dates and dried figs in the boiling milk. Drink it twice daily for two months.

Hello, it might b due to traumatic injury on your knee joint. Please, continue your dance as usual but don't exert yourself, much. Tk, plenty of water to moisten your skin & muscles. Tk, apples, carrots, orange, spinach, papaya, milk, regularly. Tk, homoeo medicines: @ ruta 1000-6 pills, wkly. @ arnica mont 200-6 pills, thrice a day. Avoid, caffeine, junk food, cold intake, jerks. Tk care.

Avoid bending in front. Postural correction- sit tall, walk tall. Apply hot fomentation twice daily. Extension exercises x 15 times x twice daily. Bhujang asana. Core strengthening exercises. Back stretching. Do the cat/cow stretch.

Hello 1st of all avoid prolonged sitting if you need to sit for long time then frequently keep changing your positions, it will help you to maintain proper blood flow and accordingly will decrese the pain 2ndly drink plenty of water 3rd do some exercise sit on chair extend your knee hold the position, quadraceps stretching.

Patient needs to be examined in detail & be investigated. Anyway you may try- sleep on a hard bed with soft bedding on it. Spring beds, folding beds or thick matress are harmful use no pillow under the head. Do hot fomantation. Paracetamol 250mg od & sos x 5days. Caldikind plus 1tab od x10. Do neck back knee & general exercises. It may have to be further investigated. Make sure you are not allergic to any of the medicines you are going to take. For emergency treatment contact your nearest hospital or family doctor. If it does not give relief in 4-5 days then inform me. You have to ask your friends for it. I have no idea about scooters.

Try this first. Massage with your thumbs from the mid points of the shoulder blades on both sides towards the lower back of your head up to lower level of the ears. Use oil or water for massage. Do for 5 to 10 times morning and evening. Consult after 5 days. Do not do from top to bottom. Wish you cure without medicine.

dear sudheer if you really need to become healthy again then you must avoid drinking smoking and other habit you got. take food rich in vitamin and calcium. supplements like B12 syrup polybion can be taken to increase stamina.

Dear lybrate user use hot pack 15 minutes twice a day and use ointment stretching exercise of back muscles strengthening exercise of back muscles avoid forward bending heavy weight lifting use hard bed. Change working habit etc and consult with physiotherapist.

Hi lybrate-user, this is because of anxiety, you need to practice deep breathing exercise: find a quiet space where you can be alone with no distractions. Close the door, if possible. As you get used to this breathing exercise, you may be able to close out distractions and perform the exercise around others. Sit upright, with your back straight. You can sit in a chair, or sit on the floor with your legs crossed, whatever feels more natural. You can lie down if you must. Keep in mind, however, that sitting upright allows your lungs to fill to maximum capacity, which is best when practicing deep breathing place your arms on the arms of a chair or resting on your thighs. This removes the burden from your shoulders and aids in relaxation. For a count of four seconds, breathe deeply through your nose. Your lower belly should expand with the breath. For one to two seconds, simply hold the breath inside your chest. Now, exhale all of the air out of your lungs through your mouth. You should hear a" whoosh" sound as it leaves your mouth. Notice your belly deflating as you release the breath. To avoid hyperventilating, pause for a few seconds before taking a new breath. Do this entire sequence again for about five minutes. About six to eight cycles of breathing per minutes is considered effective at relieving anxiety. Nonetheless, you should find your own natural breathing rhythm that makes you comfortable. Practice deep breathing at least twice a day for five minutes each session. All the best.

Do Routine blood tests like CBC, Widal,Ps for MP, Urine (R) .Inform reports on private consultationso further management will be easy part. Till then U can have 1 Tab. Calpol for fever and weakness. Good Day.

Take mag phos 6x - thrice daily for next 2 weeks and update. Also do x-ray of the affected area. Heat and ice packs. Heat and/or cold therapy helps relieve most types of low back pain by reducing inflammation. Often patients use ice, but some prefer heat. Both may be used alternately.
