Any person better at anything gets all the attention from those who are not at par with him, this is a selfish human nature. I am sure you are a deserving girl and if someone does not find your worth and marry you, it is their loss. You can use amalaki rasayana tabs, 3 tabs, twice a day with warm water after meals. And omit any synthetic shampoos. Use herbal shampoos. And boil the water before washing your hairs. Use capsules hairtonz of dr, vasistha pharma. 1 capsule thrice a day. Apply bhringamalakyadi oil for gentle massage over the scalp. And use nasal drops of badam rogan, 2 drops on each nostril, twice a day, empty stomach. Continue the regime for 90 days. Good luck. Take 1 tsp of triphala with hot water at bed time.

Hair loss, thinning hair or baldness is termed as Alopecia. Alopecia areata means "hair loss in areas". Causes:: Genetic factors, family history, overall aging process, normal life variations including temporary severe stress, illness, nutritional changes, hormonal changes like those in pregnancy, puberty, and menopause may cause a reversible hair loss. 1. Chop some onions (pyaz) into fine pieces and squeeze out the juice. Apply this to hair and scalp and leave it for 15 minutes. Rinse it with shampoo. 2. Crush a few cloves of garlic (lehsun), add in a little coconut oil and boil for a few minutes. Cool it till it becomes warm and apply it on the scalp with a little massaging action. Repeat two to three times a week for best results. 3. Take coconut milk and add a little water to it. Apply this to the scalp and allow it to stay overnight. Rinse this the next morning. 4. Add two teaspoons of amla juice/ powder and mix with equal quantity of freshly squeezed lime juice. Mix well, apply to the scalp and leave it to dry; then rinse using warm water. 5. Take some flowers of rose (gulab) add some water to it and make a paste. Apply it on hair and keep it for an hour and then wash the hair.

Symptoms: increase body weight. (your ideal weight is based on your gender, age, & height.) do's and do not's: avoid a sedentary life. Regular and moderate exercises daily, even for ten minutes will go a long way. Daily fast walking for 45 minutes is helpful to burn calories. Avoid a high fatty diet like cakes, biscuits, candies, chocolates, butter, cheese and sugar. Avoid fried and oily food do not over-eat. Instead eat frequent small meals, rather than infrequent large meals with unhealthy snacks in between. Eat 3 to 4 moderate meals a day with your main meal in the middle of the day. Eat slowly. Not only will your meal last longer but it will also feel more substantial. Avoid smoking and alcohol as it predisposes a person towards obesity. Replace daily consumption of soft drinks, fruit juices and milk with 6 to 8 glasses of water. A simple crash diet is never an answer to obesity. Instead a balanced diet with regular exercise is advisable. Think of a permanent change rather than a short term dieting. Walking burns upto 250 calories per hour. Jogging uses about 400 calories per hour. Swimming burns upto 500 calories per hour and playing a game like squash could burn upto 650 calories per hour. Brisk walking at a pace of 120 steps per minute not only helps you to lose weight but also gives your heart and lungs a workout at the same time. You must be under a lot of stress to be so distracted. Meet with a counselor and sort that out first. In the meantime do some of these recommendations very faithfully: Daily exercise of at least half an hour is a must. Even if you go to a gym, ask for aerobic and/or callisthenic exercises with whatever else you are doing. A healthy body harbors a healthy mind. With regard to memory, it is very important that your brain and body is ideally rested to be able to recall whatever is required, rather comfortably. Puzzles pose problems to the brain that help it to use new pathways and neurons, which give the brain considerable exercise. It taxes the left brain to use logic to solve the myriad possibilities which other activities do not stimulate. Crosswords are excellent for vocabulary learning and use. Jigsaws and Rubik cube stimulate different permutations to finally settle on the most likely one. Picture completion and anagrams help approach problem solving from several angles. Do Sudoku, and memory co-relation activities and skills. Have a good night’s sleep, have a good breakfast of more proteins, meditate often, remain free of stress, eat a lot of fiber (whole grains, fruits and vegetables), nuts, avocado, eat dark chocolate, consume less of fat and use olive oil instead, do Yoga meditation exercises, etc. You need to check out if you are stronger visual or auditory. The visual is a better mode than the auditory. However, if you combine the two modes, you will get the best concentration. Have a special place of learning, which should be well lit, with soft painted walls, well-ventilated, with no distractions. When you get bored, study by writing. If you repeat learning at least five to seven times, you will apparently remember for a longer time. Sit comfortably but do not slouch. The reading material should be of a fairly large print. Study at small intervals of about 40 minutes and then take a break or change the subject. Short-term memory is a faculty of the left brain, and long-term memory is a feature of the right brain. When people are stressed, they tend to favor the right brain and abandon the left brain, where short-term memory resides. So, it is really very simple: deal with the stress and activate left brain functions. Here are a few suggestions to activate left brain function: shut your left nostril and breathe, move your eyes from right to left and vice versa for at least half a minute at a time, and do callisthenic exercises with some form of counting, regularly. There is a new exercise called Super Brain Yoga, which is done by holding the right earlobe with your left thumb and index finger, and the left earlobe with your right hand’s thumb and index finger. In this position you must squat down and rise up and do this for five minutes every day. There are some memory enhancing techniques and study methods that your teacher will be able to guide you with. If your home life is full of distractions and stress, it is likely to affect your memory, adversely. In that case, I suggest that the family goes for counseling too. The following foods do help too: Blueberries, walnuts, turmeric, Spinach, tomatoes, broccoli, acorn squash, green tea, oily fish, boiled egg, turkey, apples, oatmeal, leafy greens, lentils, pumpkin seeds, avocado, cinnamon, thyme, sunflower seeds, and red wine. Avoid sugar and junk food.
