Changing food habits and sedentary lifestyle has made weight loss a big challenge. Losing weight is not just about looking good, but also about living healthy.

The journey of weight loss is a tedious one and in a way is never ending. Because it is not just about losing weight, but maintaining it. If you were overweight to begin with, then you are prone to bounce back to your previous weight are quite high. However, as much as it may sound tedious, it is not impossible. There are some things that people who have succeeded in losing weight do.

Consult with experts who know the subject and set realistic goals. While some may be able to lose 10 kilos or pounds over 10 days, others might only to able to accomplish 3 to 4. Do not fret over this, realize that your body isunique unique and set goals based on how it will respond.
  • Winners keep scores: As you embark on your weight loss journey, remember to keep scores. Set up milestones by weeks and months, and make sure you track and meet them. If you are falling short, step back and analyze and work at it.  Once you have reached your target of the initial loss, keep scores in terms of what you can eat and exercise and track those too.
  • Enjoy the grind: If you look at weight loss as something you are doing to please somebody, then you are going to find it more difficult. The most important ingredient is to realize that you are doing it for yourself and to enjoy the entire journey of weight loss. Feel good about your altered food habits and exercise and look at the mirror to appreciate the small changes that your body is going through. बात-चीत, मिलन, मन को बनाने या किसी चीज में लगाए रखने के लिए किसी न किसी पेय पदार्थ का सहारा लेने का प्रचलन हमारे सिविलाइज़ेशन के दौर से ही चलता आ रहा है। समय समय पर इसके प्रकार बदले हैं पर जरूरत वैसी की वैसी ही रही है और इसीलिए सिलसिले में आज के समय में चाय सभी की ज़रूरत है आप किसी के यहां जाएं तो स्वागत चाय से ही होता है। मन बनाए रखना है तो चाय की चुस्की का सहारा ले लिया जाता है और हां ऐसा सिर्फ शहरी इलाकों में ही नही बल्कि यही दशा देहात की भी हो चली है। मौका कैसा भी हो चाय तो मस्ट है हम सभी के लिए। और चाय के बढ़ते इस प्रचलन की वजह है इससे मिलने वाली ताजगी। दरअसल-चाय पीते ही आलस खत्म हो जाता है और लगता है कि तन-मन में एक नई ताजगी आ गई है। जब चाय ने जब घर आफिस, मीटिंग्स सब जगह कब्जा कर ही लिया तो लोगो ने नार्मल चाय की बजाय ग्रीन टी पीनी शुरू। ग्रीन टी से तो लगभग हम अभी वाकिफ हैं और हल्का फुल्का इसके फ़ायदों से भी अवेयर हैं पर शायद आप इसके कुछ खास फायदों से अब तक हैं पूरी तरह अनजान। जी हां ग्रीन टी सिर्फ मोटापा ही कम नही करता बल्कि ये शरीर को कई और तरीको  से लाभ पहुंचाने के साथ ही हमारी स्किन को सुधारने के लिए रामबाण नुस्खा है।  
 ग्रीन टी बहुत सी स्किन समस्याओं को दूर करती है।  तो आइए जानिए की कैसे ग्रीन टी हमारे लिए अलग आग टाइप्स की स्किन प्रोब्लेम्स में लाभ पहुंचाता है। 

1. पिम्पल्स को कहें गुडबाय
गर्मियों में मिट्टी और पसीने की वजह से स्किन पर पिम्पल्स होने लगते हैं। इस समस्या से छुटकारा पाने के लिए ग्रीन टी को पानी में उबालें और ठंडा होने पर उसमें 2 चम्मच दही मिलाकर अच्छे से पेस्ट की तरह बना लें। अब इस पेस्ट को अपने चेहरे पर लगाएं। इससे आपके पिम्पल्स जल्द ही दूर होने लगेंगे। और आप फिरें अपनी आकर्षक दमकती त्वचा के साथ इतराते फिरें।

2. एन्टी-एजिंग
बढ़ती उम्र को भला कौन रोक सकता है , पर किसी भी महिला को अपनी उम्र दिखाना अच्छा नहीं लगता है। लेकिन अगर आप भी अपनी उम्र को छुपाना चाहते हैं तो ठंडी ग्रीन टी में कुछ बूंदे नींबू के रस की मिलाएं और रात को सोने से पहले इस मिश्रण को चेहरे पर लगा लें। सुबह ठंडे पानी से चेहरा धोएं। कई दिन तक रोजाना ऐसा करें। कुछ ही समय में आपकी उम्र में इजाफा होगा पर बुढापा नही नजर आएगा।

 3. ब्यूटीफुल स्किन पाएं
अगर आप सुन्दर, बेदाग त्वचा पाना चाहते हैं तो ग्रीन टी में थोड़ा-सा गुलाब जल मिलाकर अच्छे से मिक्स करें ताकि टी अपना रंग छोड़ना शुरू कर दें। अब कॉटन की मदद से इससे पूरे चेहरे की सफाई करें। रोजाना ऐसा करने से आप खूबसूरत त्वचा पा सकते है।

4. सनबर्न से सुरक्षा
चेहरे पर सनस्क्रीन लगाने पर भी सनबर्न की दिक्कत अगर खत्म नहीं होती तो आप नहाने के पानी में चाय की पत्ती डाल लें और तब नहाएं। इससे आपको सनबर्न से होने वाली जलन, खुजली आदि से राहत मिलेगी।

 5. स्किन प्रोटेक्टर
ग्रीन टी स्किन के लिए बेहद ही फायदेमंद होती है। इससे आपकी स्किन टाइट रहती है। इसमें एंटी-एजिंग एलिमेंट्स होने के साथ ही ग्रीन टी में एंटी-ऑक्सीडेंट्स और एंटी-इन्फ्लामेंटरी एलिमेंट्स भी है जिसकी वजह से यह स्किन को प्रोटेक्ट करती है। ग्रीन टी से स्क्रब बनाने के लिए व्हाइट शुगर, थोड़ा पानी और ग्रीन टी को अच्छे से मिलाएं। यह मिश्रण आपकी स्किन को नरिश करने के साथ-साथ सॉफ्ट बनाएगा और स्किन के हाइड्रेशन लेवल को भी बनाए रखेगा।

6. आंखों की सूजन करे कम
चाय पत्ती आंखों की सूजन और थकान उतारने के लिए परफेक्ट उपाय है। इसके लिए आपको मशक्कत करने की ज़रूरत नहीं, बस दो टी बैग्स लीजिए और हल्के गर्म पानी में गीला करके 15 मिनट के लिए आंखों पर रखिए। इससे आपकी आंखों में होने वाली जलन और सूजन कम हो जाती है। चाय में प्राकृतिक एस्ट्रिजेंट होता है, जो आपकी आंखों की सूजन को कम करता है। टी बैग लगाने से डार्क सर्कल भी खत्म होते हैं।

7. एक्ने प्रॉब्लम से छुटकारा

चाय एंटी-बैक्टीरियल, एंटी-फंगल, एंटी-ऑक्सीडेंट होने के कारण सूजन को कम करती है। चेहरे के मुहांसों को दूर करने के लिए ग्रीन टी परफेक्ट है। चेहरे से मुहांसे खत्म करने के लिए रात में सोने से पहले ग्रीन टी की पत्तियां चेहरे पर लगाएं। 
 
 8. पैरों की बदबू का इलाज

ग्रीन टी की महक स्ट्रॉन्ग और पावरफुल होती है। इसकी महक को आप पैरों की दुर्गंध दूर करने के लिए यूज़ कर सकते हैं। यूज़ की हुई चाय पत्ती को पानी में डाल दें और उसमें पैरों को 20 मिनट के लिए डालकर रखें। इससे चाय आपके पैरों के पसीने को सोख लेती है और स्मेल को खत्म करती है।

इस तरह खुद को फिट रखने के लिए सुबह ग्रीन टी पिएं और बताए गए तरीकों से अपनी त्वचा पर प्राकृतिक चमक और सुंदरता लाएं, और आप हमेशा नजर आएंगी हसीन और जवां।

[use heavy curtains, or an eye mask to block light, and also keeping computers, tvs, and other work materials out of the room will help promote mental bonding between your bedroom and sleep] 3. Avoid stressful, stimulating activities like doing work, discussing emotional issues. Physically and psychologically stressful activities can cause the body to secrete the stress hormone cortisol, which is associated with increasing alertness.

Dear Lybrateuser, - To build muscles you have to have a well balanced diet with more of fruits & vegetables, whole grains & protein rich foods such as eggs, non veg, beans, lentils, pulses, sprouts, nuts, milk & milk products, soya products, tofu - do regular exercise like jogging, swimming, pushups, pull ups, do moderate weight lifting for 5-10 min 2-3 times a week.

hello, At your age it is very easy to fall in love. But this is not true love only infatuation. When the girl also does not listen to you that means she does not care for your feelings. She is not worth your attention. She doesn't love you. Take your mind off her and do some thing constructive. Pay attention to your studies. This time won't come again. Think of your future and your parents . Join a gym , exercise and eat proper healthy food. Don't sit idle and whenever you start thinking about her indulge your self in any work. Do meditation and pranayam.
