I am 23 year old and I have pain in my legs like tired all time.

X rays of both knee joints (digital) rule out high blood pressure or any other kidney problem do hot fomentation keep a pillow under the legs at night &/when resting. Any way take ibuprofen 200mg od & sos x 5days caldikind plus (mankind) 1 tab odx10days do knee exercises it may have to be further investigated make sure you are not allergic to any of the medicines you are going to take. You will need other supportive medicines also. Do ask for detailed treatment plan. Don? t ignore. It could be beginning of a serious problem.

My father is a severe diabetic patient already taking insulin for last 15 years, last year some ulcers developed on his left foot ankle, and now he has started suffering pain in heels (i. E. The most important is to control blood sugar levels. Uncontrolled diabetes will lead to painful feet. You can also have vit. D levels checked.

It seems to be due to motion sickness Some tips to avoid motion sickness Avoid excessive alcohol and foods or liquids that "do not agree with you" or make you feel unusually full. The middle of an airplane over the wing is the calmest area of an airplane. Do not sit facing backwards from your direction of travel. Sit in the front seat of a car. Do not read while traveling if you are prone to motion sickness. Hello lybrate-user low back pain is very common problem. Bad posture plays a very significant role in the genesis of this disease. Back muscles maintain the erect posture when spine become unbalanced and displaced no. Of muscle fibers tends fatigue earlier cause s insufficiency and results putting strain on ligaments and facet joints. You must start light back exercises on firm matters for ten days followed by strengthening exercises. Walking for 5-10min within comfort level of body. Hot fermentation after exercises.

Identify the mid point between the ankle bone and tendons and give pressure with a blunt edge on either side of your foot for 2 minutes. Also give pressure in the web between 2nd and 3rd finger from your toe for 2 minutes. Finally give a good massage for both feet in hot water. Identify the dipping portion on the back of your knee folding. Press this dip with both middle fingers and hold your knee with your thumbs for support. Please swing 20 times morning and evenings. This will relieve your problem. Consult after 10 days.

The pain could be because of early arthritic changes.Wear knee support while walking. Take 7 sessions of S.W.D followed by strengthening exercise of quadriceps.

Neck and Shoulders pain.
Scapular Pain or Shoulder blades pain  is a pain that is caused by cervical spine conditions and lower spine conditions. Pain around the scapula is common and can be referred from other sites such as the neck, thoracic spine or shoulder itself. The muscles that stabilise the scapula can be a source of pain in problems of the shoulder and neck. These muscles can fatigue leading to local discomfort and loss of the normal scapula control.
The most common cause of scapular pain is muscular which is due to rhomboideus muscles, 
Trapezius muscles.



Causes -
Bad Posture.
Injury 
Aging
Arthritis 
Stress
Cold.

Symptoms
Pain is a major symptom, and in this case is primarily located around the shoulder blades and spine, and the general upper back. A general feeling of tightness and increased sensitivity in this area may also be present. Pain and tenderness will generally feel worse with movement, or any activity that stretches this area of the shoulders and back – even breathing deeply.  Knots are often common with rhomboid muscle strains, and someone kifeeling the back, say during a massage, will be able to feel the tension.
Physiotherapy Management
Avoiding activities that cause pain, such as sports and rigorous physical activity, is recommended to allow the injured muscles to rest.  Once the pain has been reduced, a course of stretches and home exercise therapy will fully restore the back and upper shoulders to their normal, full range of motion.

I feel so lethargic and I have lower back pain continuously from last 3-4 months, pain is there in shoulder too. My complete body ache if am sitting more than an hour. After getting up from sitting position my knees pain too. If i'm moving i'm ok, or else my all parts r in pain. Never feel fresh n active. Please advise.
