Due to contiuous usage of Laptop ,eyes get strained and this condition is called asthenopia, is when the eyes get tired from excessive or intense use. It can be annoying, but it tends to disappear with rest. Although it’s not often a serious condition, eye strain could be a symptom of an underlying problem. Eye strain is known to cause fatigue, difficulty concentrating, and headaches Eye strain may lead to other problems, such as: • Headaches • Difficulty Concentrating • Irritability • Burning Sensation . Hello, get your eyes tested from an opthalmologist. Include the following for getting better vision: vitamins a, c, e, and minerals like copper and zinc are essential to eyesight. Get the antioxidants from dark leafy greens, egg yolks, yellow peppers, pumpkin, sweet potatoes, and carrots. Include garlic and onions. Blueberries, grapes as they have antioxidant and anti-inflammatory properties that can help improve your vision. Dha is a fatty acid found in coldwater fish like salmon, sardines and mackerel. Exercises for strengthening eye muscles: -begin by partially closing your eyes; the lids should only be halfway shut. After holding for 10-15 seconds, close your eyes very slowly. Take a few deep breaths to increase oxygen in the blood. -warm your eyes. Rub your palms together to create heat, and then place them against your eyes for five seconds. Repeat this three times. -hold a pen at arm's length. Focus your gaze on the tip of the pen. Bring the pen closer to your nose at a slow and steady pace. Repeat this exercise 5-10 times. -concentrate your vision on the tip of your nose. Then shift your gaze to an object further away, either at arm's length or 20 feet away. Then shift your eyes back to the tip of your nose. Repeat this exercise 10 times. -sit in a relaxed but upright position. Begin by look to the left-most position (without moving your head) and hold to stretch your eye muscles. Hold for 5 counts. Blink and return your gaze back to look straight in front of you. Then look to the right-most position with your gaze and hold for 5 counts. Repeat 3 times, blinking between each hold. Then, repeat this exercise looking up and then down. Do not forget about blinking. -sit in a relaxed but upright position. Look up and to your right for 5 seconds. Return your gaze to center. Look up to and to your left for 5 seconds. Return your gaze to center. Look down and to your right for 5 seconds. Return your gaze to center. Look down and to your left for 5 seconds. Insufficient sleep may weaken your vision, so shoot for 8 hours of sound sleep a night. Rest your eyes 10 minutes for every 50 minutes spent reading or in front of the computer. If your eyes feel overly tired, lie down and place cooling cucumber slices over your eyelids. Medication: take homoeopathic medicine which will help you in preventing first and then reducing the power of your eyes (if the eye power is less). Take physostigma 6/ thrice daily for 1 month and instill euphrasia eye drops twice a day. Thereafter, revert back for further guidance.

Here is a sample diet to help you understand the diet. Early Morning: Green tea ( sugar less) Breakfast: non fried preparations/ whole wheat bread/ vegetable poha, upma, etc. / idli sambhar etc. Mid-Morning: Fruits ( avoid the carbohydrate rich fruits like grapes, banana, custard apple and watermelon) Lunch: 2 dry chapatti + sabji 1 katori + dal or skimmed curd – 1 katori + salad 1 katori Evening Snacks: Tea / Coffee sugarless + high fiber bis. OR Sprouts 1 katori Dinner: 2 chapatti + vegetable 1 katori + skimmed buttermilk 1 glass + salad 1 katori.

Working on computer at a stretch for long hours puts a great strain on your eyes and thatswhy your eye are itching and watering.Your problemis aggravated by masturbation habit as frequent massturbation causes nervous weakness and you will remain exhausted and worn out all the time.So you must control watching porm and massturbation. Secondly reduced usage of computed and mobile and while using computor/mobile use in proper light. There is nothing more effective than controlling usage to reduce and negate the effects. You can also reduce the intensity of the computor/mobile screen by attaching a filter or by getting an eye-friendly screen. Hello Prolonged working on laptop/TV/mobile can cause computer vision syndrome. Computer vision syndrome is a condition resulting from focusing the eyes on a computer or other display device for, uninterrupted periods of time. Some symptoms of cvs include a. Headaches b blurred vision c. Neck pain d redness in the eyes e. Eye strain f dry eyes sometimes watery eyes these symptoms can be further aggravated by improper lighting conditions. Measures to reduce this include 1. Work under proper light. 2. Blink a lot. 3. Cold compresses 4. Use good lubricating eyedrop like flogel we dont recommend itone for prolonged use

You have something called as computer vision syndrome. So take frequent breaks while you are working every 20-25 mins take break to look away from screen blink more frequently' level of screen should be below the level of eyes ac should not blow directly on your face. Also get your eyes checked for any spectacle power.

Here are seven super quick and easy ways to give your eyes a break during your all those smartphone marathon sessions. 1. Blink, blink and blink again. Blinking often (and for more than a second) keeps your eyes moist and reduces dryness and irritation. We tend blink about a third less than we normally would when we stare at our smartphone screens, which starves our poor peepers of protective tears. Keep your eyes wet by blinking about 10 times every 20 minutes or so and you should be good to go. 2. Minimize glare. Unless you have a smartphone equipped with anti-glare Corning Gorilla Glass or use a matte screen protector film, you’re probably coping with a fair amount of annoying reflective glare. 3. Take breaks. Follow 20-20-20 rule. The concept is to take a break from looking at your screen every 20 minutes for 20 seconds while looking at something 20 feet away. Doing so relaxes your eye muscles 4. Adjust your brightness. Having your screen too bright or too dark stresses your eyes out and can cause problems maintaining focus. To eliminate either issue in about a matter of seconds, simply go into your smartphone settings and adjust your screen brightness so it’s about the same as the light level in the environment around you 5. Tweak your text size and contrast. Adjusting your smartphone text contrast and size also provides a little much-needed relief. 6. Keep a clean screen. Routinely wipe down your smartphone screen with a dry (not wet!) cleaning cloth to remove distracting dust, grime, smudges and fingerprints. 7. Hold your smartphone farther away. Try holding yours at least 16 to 18 inches away from your eyes to give your eyes a break.

Hello lybrate-user. I am sorry about your eye problem. Redness of the eye is one of the most prevalent problems observed. Redness of the eyes has multiple causes associated with it. To enumerate a few common causes: (1) allergy of the eye. It is usually caused by improper eye hygiene. It occurs with symptoms of pricking, itching, irritation, watering, foreign body sensation and discomfort. There is a tendency to rub the eyes with fingers, handkerchief, cloth, etc. This is not a good habit because it tends to transmit lots of virus, bacteria and dust into the eye. Allergy usually presents with symptoms of watering (clear water), redness and itching of the eye. Thus, eye hygiene remains the principal modality of treatment along with eye drops as a supplement. (2) infectious conjunctivitis: this is usually associated with white-yellowish discharge. There may occur associated pain and sensation of itching, pricking, watering and discomfort. If so, it would be a good idea to go and show to an eye specialist in person. (3) foreign body lodged in the eye. This is more commonly associated with people who drive 2 wheeler vehicles without protection. It occurs more commonly in one eye. Foreign bodies that commonly get lodged are eyelashes, insect wings, small insects, dust particles, iron particles (more common with people working in the iron industry) the solution for a foreign body lodged in the eye would be better provided by an eye specialist at the clinic because it would require immediate removal from the eye and appropriate therapy. (4) raised eye pressure: this is a condition known as glaucoma. It is not so common as the previous mentioned conditions. There is usually associated pain in the eyes. It is commonly bilateral (occurs in both eyes). There is usually a positive family history of glaucoma associated in a majority of the cases. (5) inflammation of the covering layers of the eyeball. This is known as" uveitis" it is also a relatively less common condition. There is associated pain. It would require a thorough eye checkup including the retina-thus a good idea would be to visit the eye specialist in person. (6) increased blood pressure. This has known to cause redness which is also known as sub-conjunctival hemorrhage. The redness in this case tends to be deep dark and usually occurs only in one portion of the eye. In this regard, a complete ophthalmic evaluation and a systemic evaluation is warranted. From the symptoms described by you, it seems more likely to be a case of allergy. Maintaining the precautions and hygiene that I mentioned should probably work well for you. You could also use a lubricant eye drop along with an anti-histamine eye drop. (3-4 times daily) also, you might require a complete eye evaluation in order to rule out other causes. This would be possible only by examining your eyes in person. Also, remember the fact that there cannot be a permanent whiteness of the eyes. They are likely to get red from time to time. If the aggravating factor is controlled appropriately, it would be possible to have white fresh eyes for long term. Hope my suggestions helped you. Take care.

Take frequent breaks while studying and dip a handkerchief in cold water and keep it over closed eyes for 2 minutes during breaks, you will feel better. Also get your eyes checked for any spectacle number.

Hello treatment for migraine is lenghty. In many patients there is some precipitating cause for migraine like chocolate, disturbed sleep, cheese etc. Avoid chocolates, cheese, coffee. Make sure your sleep is not disturbed consult local neurologist and take proper medicines red eyes can be avoided by 1. Blink a lot 2. Cold compresses 3. Use eyedrop like i-kul plus thrice daily.

There is no known scientific eye drops or medicine or any procedure available to remove eye glasses. Lasik lasers can remove your eye power. This can be only done after thorough and proper tests. Or you can use contact lenses.
