Unless and until he consults a psychiatrist nobody will be able to help him. It has to be clarified if he has only OCD or only depression or is it comorbid.

I am underweight since my childhood what should I do to improve my weight and strengthen my body?
Hello,Homeopathic medicines are less invasive and have more herbal approach towards gaining the weight. There are a number of homoeopathic medicines, which treat the root cause behind the body’s inability to gain weight or bulk up. 1. Take alfalfa tonic(wsi), 2 – 2 tsp. Thrice a day, half an hour before meals. 2. Calcarea phos 200, 5 drops , once in a week , morning empty stomach for 2 weeks. 3. Take eggs, milk, butter, bananas, potatoes, mangoes, figs, oats, soybean and dry fruits. 4. do light exercises regularly to keep your body active. These homoeopathic medicines and dietary addition will increase your appetite and give your metabolism a healthy boost. If you do not get results with this treatment then please inform, I can suggest you to go through some tests. Thanks.

It is commendable to lose 15 kg body weight. Reducing belly fat takes a lot of time. You will have to follow a strict nutrition program and do intense weight training to achieve the results you are looking at. To maintain a low body fat and/or lower body fat: 1. Exercise at least 5 times per week 2. Eat whole/unprocessed foods at regular intervals, while being aware of physical hunger/fullness cues 3. Sleep 7-9 hours per night 4. Don’t engage in extreme diets 5. Stay consistent with your habits 6. Incorporate non-exercise physical activity 7. Ignore food advertising You need a fat loss diet which comprises of whole grains like jowar, bajra, wheat, brown rice, pulses like moong, musoor, bengal gram, lots of vegetables, fruits, eggs, fish, chicken, paneer, healthy oil, nuts and seeds. You need to eat them in right proportion. Avoid eating sugar and sweets, refined foods like maida, noodles pasta, White rice and products, bread. Drink a lot of water.

Hi, it's ok to sleep in the afternoon for one hour if you are studying in the night. A human body needs 7-8 hours of sleep in 24 hours. So if you are sleeping for 5-6 hours in night then your body demands sleep and you sleep in the afternoon. If this routine is troubling in your studies then you have to change it forcefully. Daily go to bed at around 11 pm and leave the bed at 5 or 6 am forcefully. Don't sleep for more than one hour in the afternoon. If you continuously do this for one week it will come into your routine. Also have a heavy breakfast after 2-3 hours of waking up in the morning. And go for a brisk walk daily for half an hour either in the morning or evening wearing sports shoes.

I’m not particularly active, and I haven’t exercised in years. Is it safe for me to start now? I have a medical condition (such as arthritis, high blood pressure, diabetes, heart disease). Is it safe for me to exercise? Isn’t it better for older adults to" take it easy" and save their strength? How much physical activity do I need? How hard should I exercise? How long do I need to be active before I see results? Do I get enough physical activity in my regular day-to-day activities? I’m healthy now. Why do I need to be active? I find it hard to make myself be active. What can I do? How do I find time to be active? What kind of equipment do I need? I can’t afford exercise equipment. What if I have an injury or health problem that keeps me from exercising for a while? How do I know if it’s safe for me to start again? I get tired easily. What is the best physical activity for me? I’ve been exercising for some time now. Why am I not seeing any more real improvements? I’m 81 years old. Should I be exercising, and will it make a difference at my age?

Hello you can start with strolls or light walk amidst clean green environment. It can be done with short breaks as per your comfort rather than walking for 30 mins at a stretch. Also start with some warm up exercises like arm & leg rotation, neck exercises, shoulder joint exercises for smooth operation of joints. Take care of your balance in order to provide injury due to falls. Build up on your exercise stamina gradually & make sure to have a balanced diet.
