Hi, could be because of nutritional issue. Get these blood test done and revert back with reports. Will start treatment accordingly. Cbc, sr. B12, sr. D3, tsh.

increase your intake of green leafy vegetables, salad, fruits and sprouts. Include yeast, wheatgerm, soybean, whole grains and nuts in your meals. Massage the scalp gently with coconut or almond oil daily for 10 to 15 minutes.

Once attained the maximum height, it cannot be increased further. Many products and Quacks will try to fool you by giving you creams and tablets to increase the size. But nothing will work. Just as your overall health will benefit from eating a balanced diet, so too should the health of your hair. Once it’s gone, it’s gone, so don’t put foods in your body that speed up hair loss. You may be experiencing a thinning on top already, but you can counteract this (or at least slow it down) by eating from every food group daily -- concentrating on foods that are rich in protein, iron, silica, and zinc.

There can be many reasons for you not losing weight.. Some hormonal issues. Metabolic disorder. Slow BMR. Water retention. You might not be eating right and right portion that is required for you.. You have done so much of crash diets that your metabolism has dropped. To maintain a low body fat and/or lower body fat: 1. Exercise at least 5 times per week 2. Eat whole/unprocessed foods at regular intervals, while being aware of physical hunger/fullness cues 3. Sleep 7-9 hours per night 4. Don’t engage in extreme diets 5. Stay consistent with your habits 6. Incorporate non-exercise physical activity 7. Ignore food advertising You need a fat loss diet which comprises of whole grains like jowar, bajra, wheat, brown rice, pulses like moong, musoor, bengal gram, lots of vegetables, fruits, eggs, fish, chicken, paneer, healthy oil, nuts and seeds. You need to eat them in right proportion. Avoid eating sugar and sweets, refined foods like maida, noodles pasta, White rice and products, bread. Drink a lot of water.

Premature graying of hair is often a great concern for younger adults in their 20s or 30s as gray hair make them look much older than they are. The problem can be caused by factors like poor nutrition, hormonal fluctuations, smoking, pollution, stress, use of unsuitable hair products, and certain diseases such as chronic colds, sinusitis, and thyroid disorders. Dietary and regimen advice: curry leaves help increase darker pigmentation in your hair. When combined with coconut oil, it works as a great hair tonic. Boil a handful of fresh curry leaves in a tablespoon of coconut oil until they become charred. Strain the oil. Massage it into your hair. Leave it on for 30 to 45 minutes before rinsing it out. Follow this treatment at least once or twice a week. In addition, you can consume curry juice daily. Coconut oil and lemon juice coconut oil works wonders for your hair. It moisturizes your hair, stimulates hair growth, fights infections, and adds luster to your hair. When used for a prolonged time, it also helps reverse gray hair because it is packed with antioxidants. Mix three teaspoons of lemon juice in some coconut oil, enough for the length of your hair. Apply it to your hair and massage it into your scalp. Leave it on for at least an hour before shampooing your hair. Repeat on a weekly basis. Hello, stop Duogesic p and Flagyl tablets, as it won't have any effect for pimples. Don't take over the counter medication. Consult a good dermatologist, so that they can prescribe you the medicine depending on the stage of acne.

Your Daily food intake should ideally consist of – a. Have plenty of nuts, dry fuits and seeds. Almonds, walnuts, sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds, figs, dates and raisins. They are full of healthy fats needed by a human body. B. Good amount of fruits and vegetables – Bananas, apples, pomegranate, green leafy vegetables. Fruits and vegetables helps in absorption of food in the body and together, completes your daily nutrition need. C. If you are a non- vegetarian - Eat eggs, chicken etc. D. Eat whole grains – Try to have multi grains spread throughout the day. Wheat, brown rice, oats, bajra, daliya etc should be taken in multiple meals in a day. E. Eat Sprouts – Chana and moong which are full of protein and nutrients. F. You can supplement your diet with good quality multi-vitamin capsules. For pimples apply faceclin gel twice daily over affected area. For marks apply demelan cream / photoscreen depigment cream once weekly at night (very little on marks only). Chemical peels to clear face & spots.

If steroids are given orally for long periods of time than only it will cause bone shrinkage but if given through nebulisation than it won't have any side effects

No shampoo is not needed after aloe vera application. Normally also you should go for some herbal shampoo, no chemicals.

Hi, 2 years back - my weight was around 125 kg. In one year with constant diet and continous gym, I reduced around 35 kg and currently my weight is 90 from past 1 year. In last 13-14 months I have not reduced any even 1 kg, it is continously fluctuating between 89 to 93 kg. Diet chart which I am following: 1. Morning green tea (09: 00 am) 2. Oats in breakfast. (09: 45 am) 3. In lunch - 2 chapati and curry (01: 00 pm) 4. Green tea (4: 00 pm) 5. Fruits and salads/sprouts (8: 00 pm) also following gym around 1 hr in the morning 07: 00 am to 8: 30 am. Still from past 1 year (12-14 months) my weight has not reduced to single kg. Please provide your valuable tips.

If the weight gain has increased drastically without making any evident change in food and other physical activities. I recommended you to get your thyroid levels checked. Still for basic weight loss to be achieved maintains a balanced diet of not more than 1500 calories per day. 1. Refined sugars in coffee and tea should be completely stopped, shift to multigrain chapatti instead of only wheat based and have more complex crabs in your snacks time like roasted grain and salads. 2.2serving of fruits should be included but keep the serving size maximum to 1 at one time. 3. Include 1-2 portions of proteins in form of tofu, paneer, sprouts and oat meals daily in the evening time to manage the intake of carbohydrates after 7: 30 pm. 4. Maintain a good balanced of carbohydrates, fats and protein to the ratio and include a cardio session of 45 mins daily for at least 5 days a week to maintain a good health overall.
