What's your age/sex? if there was any trauma to the toe you should get an x-ray done to rule out any bone injury. If there is a fracture then you should see any good orthopedic doctor. Also get your uric acid levels tested.

U don't do heavy work and do rest some days you can do yoga & some more exercise but heating paid must you don't sitting long time like 1-2 hours in this time some brack some min. Don't wear high heels it's also do back pain don't drive any weeklies it's also do pain in back, calf, thige & foot so you can do rest some days you can take physiotherapy also a week or more days then you feel batter.

Your bed is not comfortable and if your keeping your purse in back side of pocket than take out when your sitting that helps to correct your posture. And driving a car or bike your posture should be straight and in car you can keep one custionon your back. And take some physiotherapy session s.

Hi it can be fibromyalgia. Some test may be required like cervical xray, diabetes, calcium, vitamin d etc. But first it will be good if you visit orthopaedic or physiotherapist personally for clinical examination. Meanwhile take hot water bath twice a day and take healthy and balanced diet. Best wishes.

Do the cat/cow avoid bending in front. Postural correction- sit tall, walk tall. Apply hot fomentation twice daily. Extension exercises x 15 times x twice daily. Bhujang asana. Core strengthening exercises. Back stretchingstretch.

Back pain after prolonged sitting in your situation can be most likely due to muscle strain. You should follow good posture during work. 1. Sit with straight back and change posture in between. 2. Take breaks in between work and walk. 3. Do back strengthening and stretching exercises daily. 4. Take simple painkillers like paracetamol if pain is persistent. 5. If back pain is accompanied with radiating leg pain or tingling , numbness or weakness, consult your doctor immediately

Hi, My advice for Back Pain, Home Advice -Take rest for Maximum Time -Avoid Long sitting, standing, walking -If you need to stand, do not transfer you r body weight equally to both limbs -Use some height at kitchen & wash basin area to keep leg over that -Start Back strengthening exercises -Do not sleep on soft bed, Try to sleep on floor -Use MCR/MCP slippers Precautions -Maintain good posture/avoid Bad posture -Avoid Long Standing, Walking and Sitting with stiff knee -Use LS belt if necessary (Do not use for long time) -If you are working long hours you must be realx by frequent breaks. -Maintain ideal body weight -Have a Balanced diet food -Must have a good Night’s Sleep It can help to relieve Pain -Apply Ointment -After 10mins Thermotherapy/Cold therapy if need For Neck Pain: Home Advice -Full range of motion exercises at least twice/day (Neck & Shoulder) -Strong isometric exercises at least Twice/day (Pain free) -Strengthening Exercise for Shoulder/Shoulder griddle muscles -PNF exercises -Scapular movements/ Shoulder griddle movements -Stretching exercises at least twice/day Precautions -Maintain good posture/avoid Bad posture -Avoid jerky movements -Avoid keeping you r neck straight and stiff -Use soft collar/cervical pillow -If you are working long hours you must relax the muscles of you r neck and shoulders by taking frequent breaks.

Please take panchamruta loha guggal, 2 tabs, twice a day after meals. Take gandharvahastadi kshayam, 3 tsf in half a glass of warm water, before meals, twice a day. Do massage with murivinna oil on back up to both legs. Avoid cold eatables and cold water in your routine. Consult some good ayurveda physician for panchakarma. Continue the regime for 45 days. Good luck.

Reduce weight. Long walks,tread mill,stairs are good exercises for knee. Sleep on a hard bed with soft bedding on it. Kindly take BioD3 Max 1 tab dailyx10 Paracetamol 250mg OD & SOS x5days Do back(spine)/shoulder/knee exercises Make sure you are not allergic to any of the medicines you are going to take Do not ignore it. As you feel pain in knees, follow these usefultips for pain relief: * first check out bone mineral density (bmd). In case of low bmd, your calcium level in body are low. So take take calcium rich diet daily. Take a glass (300 ml) of full cream milk daily or 100 gm of cheese or 1-2 eggs regularly. * give a gentle oil massage to knees regularly and wrap your knees with cloth dipped in hot water for atleast 10-15 minutes. * wear knee cap or wrap crape bandage during walk for knee support. * sit atleast for 5-8 minutes in sunlight in morning or evening for vitamind. *avoid heal shoe and wear only flat shoes for balanced load on knees. * check out your blood sugar level and hemoglobin level in every 6 months. * if you have any history of rheumatoid arthritis in family then checkout your ra factor. * take guggalu tablets if himalaya one tablet daily for atleast 3 months. * take a piece of garlic, crush it and boil it a glass of milk and drink daily for fast pain relief.

I would like to examine you in detail & investigate. Preliminary investigations suggested: hb, tlc, dlc, esr, blood sugar fasting & pp, uric acid, vit d urine r/e x-ray of the affected part. Anyway it may be tried sleep on a hard bed with soft bedding on it. Spring beds, folding beds or thick mattress are harmful use no pillow under the head. Do hot fomentation paracetamol 250mg od & sos x 5days. Elder vit zc 1 tab od x10. Do neck, back, knee & general exercises. It may have to be further investigated. Do not ignore it. Let it not become beginning of a bigger problem. Make sure that you are not allergic to any of the medicines that he/she is going to take. For emergency treatment contact your nearest hospital or family doctor. If it does not give relief in 4-5 days, please inform.

I met with a accident 5-years back and went to coma for 3-weeks n in semi-coma for 2-months after 1-year later operation had made for my right hand brachial plexus and days pass on n I had operated for 5 different surgery for 5- years for my hand only 6-months back another operation had done to me but know i'm suffering with sever back pain because of injucting of annetia on my back side opposit saides of spinal cord, please give information that when will the pain will reduce completely

You are lucky to have survived the accident & been looked after so much, well. Kindly show me a photograph & digital x rays of affected part. Rule out diabetes & vit. D deficiency or any other metabolic disorder. Sleep on a hard bed with soft bedding on it. Spring beds, folding beds or thick matress are harmful use no pillow under the head. Do hot fomantation. Ibuprofen 200mg od & sos x 5days. Bio d3 max 1tab od x10. Do neck, back & general exercises. It may have to be further investigated. You will need other supportive medicines also. Make sure you are not allergic to any of the medicines you are going to take. Do reply back for detailed treatment plan. Do not ignore. It could be beginning of a serious problem.
