check your bp. if it is high consult doctor. if bp is normal then check your eye sight. if it is abnormal, use specs. some times stress causes headache, avoid stress, take normal sleep. inform if not ok. avoid pain killers.

I had blood test on feb 16 and it was 272 in fasting 453 in pp. After medication of homeopathy again test done on may 16 and result was 223 in fasting 350 in pp. Now on June 16 result is 243 in fasting and 248 in pp. Kindly advise whether I should continue my homeopathy treatment.

Take sanjeevani ras vati twice a day with warm water. Take pranacharya jwar nigraha capsule and punarnavadi mandoor 1-1 twice a day with warm water. Avoid salt as more as possible. Drink luke warm water. Wipe your body with clean towel.

Why You Should Sleep for 6 Hours Everyday?

Six hours of sleep daily is as important as the food you consume and the amount of exercise you do, in a day. Poor sleep can lead to reduced concentration the next day coupled with low productivity. Thus, it is necessary to get at least 6 to 8 hours of sleep daily.

Here are few benefits of getting the required amount of sleep every night:

  1. Sleeping improves memory: Lack of sleep has negative effect on your brain, which affects your memory and retention. If you sleep more, you are more likely to retain things because in your sleep, your mind goes over everything you’ve read when you were awake. This process is called consolidation. Thus, an optimum amount of sleep helps you retain whatever you have learnt during the day better.

  2. Stimulates creativity: Getting sleep for the required number of hours is a necessity as your creativity levels are bound to soar after some good rest. Working relentlessly without a break in between can lead to saturation in your creativity levels. Thus, rest is a requisite for a spur of creativity.

  3. Reduces stress levels: Not sleeping enough adds even more strain on your brain. Sleep deprivation increases stress, which adds to the blood pressure level and cholesterol in the blood, putting you at risks of suffering from coronary diseases. Thus, to keep your heart health intact, it is important to sleep for at least six hours, which is a minimum requirement for your body to rest.

  4. Leads to weight loss: Sleep deprivation can lead to an alteration in your hormone levels, which activates the cortisol (a fat producing hormone), thereby, leading to obesity. It also leads to negative modifications in your diet and a lethargic approach to your regular exercise routine. Thus, the easiest hack to lose weight is to get adequate sleep at night.

Because the benefits you gain out of sleeping for a minimum of six hours are invaluable, you should aspire to give your body the rest it deserves. If you wish to discuss about any specific problem, you can consult a doctor.

Dear lybrateuser, -It should be wholegrain bread mentioned on the label, it is healthy to consume it as it is high in fibre being made from wheat bran, it will be more beneficial if you combine it with a source of protein like an egg, the combination is a wholesome food as it provides the energy & keeps one full till the next meal & also reduces the urge to snack inbetween.

Hello, Want to help you, but tell me more symptoms and details of yourproblem for proper diagnosis and thus, proper treatment for nerve pain. For building body muscle: The food what and how you eat, makes the difference! For increasing your weight, concentrate on these points which helps in right way without harming your body if you don’t have any medical condition. - Consume more healthy fats. Foods containing healthy fats are full of nutrients and also high in calories, making them a great option for weight gain. Foods containing plant fats should be your first option - this includes items such as nuts, seeds, peanut butter, avocados and olive oil. Foods containing healthy animals fats include lean meats and full fat dairy products - although if you have high cholesterol, you should probably stick to low-fat options. -Eat more protein. Good sources of protein include lean meat, fish and poultry, in addition to eggs, whole grains, dairy products and legumes. -Drink more calories. Try drinking a large glass of orange juice in the mornings (along with your normal breakfast). Drink a glass or two of full-cream milk throughout the day.Protein shakes will help you to gain muscle mass, particularly if you're working out. -Have 6 small and frequent meals in a day. -Gain muscle mass. The most important thing through the entire weight gain process is to stay healthy - eating a balanced diet and continuing to exercise throughout. -Take enough of rest and sleep for rejuvenation of the cells and tissues. -Think Positive which will help you in achieving your target of gaining weight. -Avoid taking unnecessary stress/ tension. Medication: Take Schwabe’s Alfaalfa Tonic and Five Phos., both thrice daily ½ an hour before meals for 1month.

Hi take steam inhalation with karvol plus decongestant liquid. It's not for eating. You have to open the capsule and add it into steam water. Take steam with it for 4 times a day. Especially at night before sleeping. You can also take antihistamine like levocet 5mg one tablet daily at night for 5 days. Tab vitc (limcee) chewable tablet one tablet for 7 days only. Avoid cold products and cover your face when you go out in street. Or wear a facemask. Consult privetly if any query. Get well soon.
