Hi, your change of color is due to the sun down south. Make sure you apply a sun block every 4 hours on all exposed areas. Pick up a sun block of spf 50 or above. All the best.

Hello lybrate-user, Stressing out once in a while is normal thing. If you think you are suffering from panic attack, you can try some of the methods to calm your nerves: 1. Try deep breathing 2. Try some music therapy 3. Have some green tea 4. Talk to family members or friends. Sharing can help in reducing depression 5. Exercise daily, have some Vitamin D. Excercise releases endorphins that are stress busters and act as natural painkillers 6. Have more of Vitamin C and minerals in your diet 7. Join meditation or Yoga classes If all the above still does not work for you, I would suggest you to visit a specialist.

What medications are best for the treatment of asthma? What are their side effects?

BHMS
Homeopath, Faridabad
Hello. Bronchitis/ asthma can be treated well with homoeopathic medicines completely without any side-effects! only need to be regular with the medication and avoid those foods/ things to which you are allergic to for sometime. Keep taking your already on going medication, reduce it gradually and slowly once homoeopathic starts acting. Take bakson's astha-aid drops/ 10-15 drops in 1/2 cup water/ thrice d day for 1 month. Report me back after a month.

My age is 21+. I want to know that my height would increase or not. And if yes than which medicine is best for me.
Follow methods by which you can gain your desired height. 1. Follow these exercises regularly and you get the goal of height gain: * first stand straight bare foot on floor, then raise your arms upwards then raise your heels of foot with breathing in, try to stand on heels for 10-12 seconds and slowlylower down your heels back on the floor and breath outthe air. Repeat this exercise 5-8 times in morning. *sit on the floor, stretch you legs together so that both foot touch each other. Now raise your arms upwards together with back straight, now move your hands towardstoes of feet and touch them. Your forehead touching your knees. Slowly revert back the arms and move back arms in normal position. Repeat this exercise 2-4 times daily. You can privately consult me for understanding more exercises. 2. Take 300 ml of rich cream milk, 200 gm of cheese and 2-3 eggs regularly. It will definitely give boost to your bone growth. 3. Sit in sun rays for atleast 8-10 minutes in morning of evenings when the sun rays are not so strong. It will help you by getting adequate quantity of vitamin-d. 4. The growth and height iscontrolled by growth hormone whichis secreted by pituitary gland situated in the brain. So take meditation and have a stressfree lifestyle. Take 6-8 hours of sleep daily. Meditation makes your pituitatry gland healthy and working properly. 5. Take 1/2 teaspoon of ashwagandha powder with milk once a day.
