My mother is diabetic from april. 2017 her random. Level is 149 another also is not very high its betwwrn 140 to 170 I want yo know which fruits should she eat her weight is 86 age 62 and which veggies some one has told that only apple mosambi orange pomegranate not any other fruit so please guide she has taken tablets one mth but Dr. told not to take no need your level. Is not hight you can see to your food habits some thi gs to avoid and then check after one mth then we will start medicine.

3ml is sufficient at the interval of 6 hours but not more than that... Another piece of advise.. the paracetamol only reduces temperature.. of the body but never cure fever.. plus it has many side effects including liver damage if used too often... So it is better to take proper treatment preferrably homoeopathic.. You may give him.. Arsenic Alb 30 tds of one day.. I would be able to assure the results if I had more details..

Plenty of oral fluids, meals at right time, adequate sleep, avoid late nights. Dark glasses with uv protection when going out in bright sunlight. Exercise 45 min a day. If doesn't work see local neurologist.

Hello, use this home remedy to get a tan free glowing skin. *Orange and curd mixture works well on dark damaged tanned skin. Orange has skin lightening properties and works well as a face mask. Curd works as the cleansing component on the skin and gives brightening glow to the skin. Mix dry orange peels with curd and make a fine paste. Gently apply this pack on your face and wash it with chilled rose water after 10-15 minutes. It makes your skin look fairer naturally. * mix cucumber juice+ tomato juice, then apply this on your face. Exfoliate your skin at least twice a week. This will help to remove the dead cells and open pores, thus lightening your skin tone. Always use sunscreen 20 minutes before stepping out from home. A good sunscreen with SPF 40 will help to prevent tan in the Indian climate.

Vagina can not get loose with single act of sex. Your hymen is definitely torn, which can be repaired with a special minor surgery called as hymenoplasty. Still if you feel the vagina has become lax you can do kegel exercise by correct method to tighten it.

Go to a orthodontist, tell your esthetic problems you face, he will make records of your teeth, then you can go for metal brackets or tooth coloured brackets, then banding and bonding of brackets will be done, it usually takes 1.5 weeks for all this, treatment duration will be around 8-15 months depending upon the problem, best of luck.

Hello lybrate-user, As per your age and weight, it appears just okay according to your age (body requirement). So to ponder you body with protein supplements will be a little harmful thing to your body. Your age suggest you to take in as much as natural foods you can have. Include pulses, fruits and vegetables of all colors! Make you plate colorful other than giving your body an artificial thing. If you want to include whey protein, eat cottage cheese (homemade cottage cheese water is an excellent source of whey protein), milk and milk products, curd and yoghurt, etc. For vitamins and better absorption include all colors of fruits and vegetables in you plate. You will not only have many more options in foods also your body will be habituated with multiple food choises (habits), so that in recent past if you are to move away from home for job or further studies, you body will never panic then. Follow the following tips:- · Pay attention to your health and food intake. · To increase your appetite, have a glass of lime water or 1 cardamom (elaichi) before your meal.  · Have minimum 4 meals in a day. · Drink 1 glass of milk twice a day. · Try to enjoy your meals and gradually increase the quantity you eat every time. · A balance diet should have all essential nutrients in it. Breakfast is the most important meal of the day. It should include combination of Both Carbohydrates and Proteins for e.g. Oats with Milk or Poha/ Upma with a glass of milk. If you do not like milk have 1-2 egg whites in the morning along with your breakfast. · You need to focus on your protein intake : Increase your protein intake e.g. milk, dairy products- cheese, paneer, lentils (dals), nuts ( soya, peanuts, dry fruits ), pulses e.g. rajma, chole, kidney beans etc. sprouts. If you are a non-vegetarian, then you can have proteins by also eating eggs, chicken, fish. Make sure you are including at least 2 serving of any of these in your daily meal. · Lunch and dinner again should be a combination of Proteins, Carbohydrates and Fats which could have dal, roti, sabji/chicken, salad.  · Please do have minimum 4 almonds or a small bowl of peanuts every day. · Please ensure that you drink at least 3 litres of water every day.

Dear lybrate-user Uterus Cancer management involves three modalities: surgery,chemotherapy and radiation therapy. Depending on the clinical stage of the patient [ which is determined on CT scan ],condition of the patient, further therapy is planned. If disease is localised [ which your doctor will decide based on imaging tests],surgery is the best treatment possible in this disease. After surgery, depending on the pathological stage, further therapy is planned i.e whether further radiation and chemotherapy is required or not.In the unfortunate circumstance of the disease being advanced [ metastatic ] ,then only chemotherapy is advised and surgery or radiation may be given depending on her symptoms. SO THE BEST OPTION IN HER CASE ENTIRELY DEPENDS ON THE CLINICAL STAGE OF THE DISEASE. The consequences of surgery if she undergoes surgery to an extent depends on whether the ovaries are also removed or not. 10 Myths That Are Holding Obese People Back!

1. Exercise can make you skinny

Not true! If you don't curb your intake, exercise can actually make you more efficient and cause more fat deposition. Exercise is important for maintaining health and strength, but just don't believe the myth that you can lose fat by exercising.

2. Eating less fat causes weight loss

Another common myth is that low-fat diet causes weight loss. Over 60% of the population is overweight, and about one fifth of the entire population is either diabetic or pre-diabetic! Low-fat diets don't lower body fat.

3. Low thyroid causes weight gain

People who still believe that they are overweight because of a 'thyroid problem', should reconsider that notion. Multiple studies on the effects of thyroid on weight have failed to find a connection and yet the myth persists. There are many medical doctors and other practitioners that perpetuate this myth, telling people, 'It's not your fault, it's your thyroid'. They are then given thyroid hormones to take, but don't lose weight.

4. Diet pills help you lose weight

All of the studies done on diet pills show a short-term loss of weight with a long-term gain. Moreover, they cause brain dysfunction. Why are they still used? Because of public demand. People are trying to appear to be healthy with drugs that are actually harming their health. Diet pills, whether over-the-counter or prescription are not the answer to being overweight.

5. High-nutrient-and-low-calorie foods are expensive!

Of course, ounce-for-ounce you will find that organic foods cost more than those smothered in pesticides, and prepared foods seem to cost less than their unadulterated counterparts, but this isn't the whole picture. Eating smaller amounts of grass fed meat, or wild caught fish maybe twice per week, and having organic fruit and vegetables instead of packaged snacks is actually less expensive. People who are eating nutritious foods don't eat when they aren't hungry, whereas snack foods are eaten for taste and hunger doesn't matter. That's why people get fat on snack foods. Moreover, preparing the food in your home will save lots of money over going to restaurants.

6. Skipping a meal per day can help you lose weight and improve your health

In fact, eating three meals a day may actually help to stave off obesity! Studies show that skipping meals slows down metabolism as the body's tries to reserve its energy stores for daily function. And skipping meals increases the likelihood of overeating or even binge eating later in the day.

7: Body fat is bad for you

Actually, without body fat, your organs would not function properly, your bones would break easier, you would have impaired cognitive ability, and you would be putting yourself at risk for a heart attack. Body fat itself is not bad for you. How much of it, what type, and where a person's fat is stored on their body makes a difference.The Truth About Your Weight and Your Health, fat storage on the hips and thighs is associated with a lower risk of heart disease and Type II Diabetes in both men and women.

8: Being fat is worse for your health than being thin

Here's the biggest shocker, and a fact that sadly goes unnoticed; the risk of death from a very low BMI is greater than for someone at a high BMI! Skinny people die as a result of their weight than fat people do.

Even individuals who are genetically predisposed to obesity need not become obese, they can manage to lose weight and keep it off.

10: Weight gain in women over time is healthy and part of a natural aging process.

Weight gain of more than 20 pounds is not a normal part of the maturation process. It may actually increase a woman's risk of an obesity related disease.

Hello, first of all you should start taking a healthy and balanced diet. Hair fall is a result of any deficiency of any essential nutrient. *Eat colourful fruits and green leafy vegetables. *Include more protien rich supplements to your diet. *Take phosphorus 200, 5 drops , morning empty stomach, once in week. *wiesbaden 200, 5 drops , daily morning empty stomach. *Apply Arnica hair growth oil (B &T) on your hair and scalp, thrice in a week. *Wash hair with Arnica montana herbal shampoo (SBL) *Drink minimum 10 glasses of water per day. *Take 10 ml amla juice mixed with half cup of water, daily morning. Use this home remedy also to prevent hair loss:- *Triphala is the boon for dead cells of the scalp; it works to recover all the problem related to damaged and graying of hair. For weight gain proper nutrition is a must. 1) you can start including more milk, cow ghee, fruits & vegetables in your diet. 2) stop eating junk & processed food. 3) make a habit of consuming one well ripen banana with a cup of warm milk with a tsp of ghee. 4) eat soaked dry grapes or dates soaked in warm milk over night. 5) boost up your apettite by working out daily for atleast 30 mins. If you want ayurvedic medicine for weight gain, then consult me privately. There is a very good ayurvedic medicine for weight gain, that increases 3 to 8 kg weight in the 1st month itself, without any side effects. The main part is weight does not come down after stopping, as it is completely ayurvedic.
