What to do.
Don't worry you can grow your hair long and strong by following some natural tips daily- 1. Use mild shampoo to wash hair (you can make your own shampoo using reetha and shikakai at home) 2. Stop using conditioners. Use natural conditioners like egg, yougurt and lemon. 3. Massage your scalp with a mix of oils like olive, coconut, sesame, castor oil at night. 4. Apply raw amla juice on hair thrice a week. 5. Rub your scalp with the juice of white onion. 6. Use a paste of bhringraj on hair. 7. You can use some good hair packs like - fenugreek and yogurt, egg and green tea. 8. You can rinse your hair with organic apple cider vinegar after washing your hair to maintain ph balance of your hair. 9. Hair health depends on the amount of protein in your diet. Foods like chicken, eggs, fish, nuts, dry fruits gives you the required nutrients to keep your skin and hair healthy. So consume plenty of them. Eat things rich in vitamin c like amla and oranges. 10. Drink lots of water to flush out toxins from the body.

Take over-the-counter medicine for fever. Keep a check on high fever ,if any Drink plenty of liquids. Eat healthy diet. Take adequate rest. If any associated complaints eg cough, cold, sinusitis, vomittings, jt pains, urinary complaints, treatment depends on it too. Hope this helps u

No its definitely not going to affect your brain or any part of your body. Its totally normal to have discomfort with braces initially. It happens because your teeth are moving slowly inside your jaw as the braces are aligning your teeth with mild force. You can rinse your mouth with lukewarm water to get temporary relief from this discomfort. The discomfort will subside on its own after two days.

Change food habites. Add in your daily food. Calcium, vitamines, minirales protein, carbohydrates, sweets, cold drink will help you. You take prosup 1 spoon in a cup of milk in night after dinner.

Am 25 year old and I have the back pain from last 3 months. So what should I do for this ?

It is quite a common condition rule out diabetes & vit. D deficiency or any other metabolic disorder. Sleep on a hard bed with soft bedding on it. Use this no pillow under the head. Paracetamol 250mg od & sos any way take caldikind plus (mankind) 1tab odx10days x 5days do back (spine) exercises contact me again if need be. Make sure you are not allergic to any of the medicines you are going to take you may have to use lumbosacral support for some time. Avoid painful act/activities. Take medicines as prescribed it may have to be further investigated.

Hi I have taken master check up that was everything fine .but little bit I have LDL .a senior general physician said daily walk and control your food habits. My question is which type of food can I take which is LDL reduce within short period? What is advantages of soaked almond if I need to this daily consumption n what quantity suggest me healthy food Thnks

To reduce ldl in body: * avoid butter, ghee & cream in your diet. * eat five leaves of kari patta and five leaves of neem once in a day. * avoid non veg (chicken, fish) food because it contain high fat content. * do running and jogging daily for 15 minutes. Start with 5 minutes then increase time period slowly. Do morning and evening walk daily. * do not drink alcohol it harmful to your liver and disturb your metabolism causes increase in cholesterol. * add kali mirch (black pepper) in your breakfast. * drink 6 to 7 glass of water daily. * take sound sleep in night of 6 to 7 hrs. Do not take stress. *take one tablet of guggalu of himalaya company once a day.

Mid morning- a glass of orange, pineapple or carrot juice. Do regular exercise like brisk walking (at least), running, swimming etc. Avoid sedentary and lazy lifestyle. For further assistance you can concern me privately.

So for heart related cause there are many effective medicines to prevent that pain like arjunarishta....hridyarnava ras....akeek pishti....if breathlessness then shwas kutha ras....shwas chintamani ras....etc....avoid oily food...spicy food...junk food....etc

Hi, Wash your face with Bakson's Facewash (wash your face with warm water only) and followed by CTMP, i. E. Cleansing, toning, moisturising and protection (apply liberally Sunscreen Gel with SPF-30) after washing your face daily. Prevention: -Take healthy food only and avoid unhealthy ones (although sebaceous glands are not excretory glands then as well!) as what you eat is reflected on your face! -Avoid taking unnecessary stress/ tension as it encourages secretion of stress hormone in the body as thus affects skin or any other tissue of the body. -Drink atleast 8-10 glasses of water in a day. -Take 6-8 hrs. Of sound sleep everyday. -Don't use others towels, handkerchief on your face as well as never share yours. -Never ever rub your face as it damages the skin (even towel should be dab on skin softly) and break outs of acne get worsened! -Maintain hygiene, wash your face 2-3 times in a day, changes the pillow covers, bed sheet daily, use cotton bed sheet only (try to sleep on your back). Home-made remedies: - Take 1 tbsp of fuller's earth (multani mitti) + a dash of lime + bit of rosewater – apply this on your face till it gets dried up, then rinse it off. - Take 1 tsp of Alum (or fitkari), make it slightly wet with water and apply this on your wet face, spread it well; let it dry and rinse it off. Alum remove your excessive moisture or oil and it also tightens the skin's tonicity. Medication: You can take homoeopathic medicines – Berberis Aquefolium Q/ 10 drops in 1/2 cup of water/ thrice a day (and for local application as well) and Kali Brom. 200/ thrice a day – for 30 days.
