I am regularly facing digestion problem. Whenever I goes for toilet I am facing problem of hard stool. I am having a normal diet as my all family usually have in a day. But only I am getting a digestion problem. Which type of doctor should I concern please help or prescribe some medicines for this problem.

Hi Make a powdered preparation of dried ginger root, long pepper, black pepper, and black salt in equal quantities. Have 1 teaspoon of this mixture at bedtime with lukewarm water and 2 to 3 teaspoons of psyllium husk. Take pranacharya virechan churna or triphala churna 1 tsf in warm water before sleep at night. Take chitrakadi vati 1- tab after lunch and dinner. Take 5-7 munakkas with milk. Eat papaya in fruits .avoid tea. Coffee.spicy food. Fermented food. Junk food. Avoid alcohol consumption.

I go toilet two times in a day and every time amount of stool is much. If I eat 1.5 kgs food totally then amount of stool is 600 gm. I go toilet morning and evening, but problem is in the morning stool is soft ok but in the evening stool is not so hard but very very fat which diameter is bigger than anus diameter amount of stool is more than normal stool. And I have a known case of anal fissure for that 1 year ago surgery was done. I am a totally vegetarian and every day I eat 8 gms isabgol husk still suddenly stool is becoming fat and much much in amount. I regularly do yoga for 1 hrs daily, drink lots of water and vegetables. I only eat only home made food and for all the day I stay in home. Colonoscopy, endoscopy, usg results all normal. But still problem is going on in the morning soft good normal stool but in the evening very very fat stool and much much in amount which becomes stag in rectum,. Why this is happening? Generally if 1- 2 days no stool pass then such problem arise but for my case interval of morning and evening this is occurring. How shall I live in this condition as anal fissure is occurring often, Now I am feeling suicidal thought as I left no plan unturned to keep my stool soft.

Avoid spicy food items and not to eat junk food and we also need to avoid peanuts and potatoes in our daily diet and Take syp cremaffin two tsp at night and apply lidocaine ointment and if necessary get it operated

U have to improve your food habits do 1. Take 2/ 3 glass of warm water in the morning 2. Take more water in day 3. Take meals at fixed hrs 4. Take small amount of food at a time, take more frequent meals - may be five times a day. 5. No spicy/ fried/ fast/ junk/processed food. 6. No milk for few days, can take curd, no uncooked salad 7. Avoid constipation 8. Use nibu pani (lemon water) 2/ 3 times a day do for 7 days you will feel better

try to improve your habit, take lunch and dinner at proper time, dinner should be taken at least 2-3 hr before going to bed, take tab flagyl 400 1tab tds for 5 days, tab lan 30 empty stomack in morning for 1 5 day.drink 3-4 liter of water dailytake isabgol in water at night. welcome for further help.

To increase digestion power you can follow these methods: • Take one teaspoon of ajwain seeds (carom) and 1/2 teaspoon of jeera grind it and make powder of it add 1/3 rd of teaspoon of this in your food you eat. • Take pudina (mint) and coriander leaves grind it and eat one teaspoon of it daily 2 times in a day. You can make chutney of it. Mint and corriander has enzymes that increase your digestion. • Eat one fruit before one hour of taking meal. Eat an apple daily. • Do running and jogging exercise daily. Do pavanmuktasan daily for 5 minutes under the supervision of yoga expert. • Eat healthy food and avoid fast food, spicy food, excessive consumption of tea, coffee and alcohol.

Avoid outside spicy and fried food. Walk about 3-5 kms daily. There should be gap of 2hrs after dinner and sleep. Small and frequent meals is of help. Keep your blood sugar controlled. Raise your bed about 4" from headend side. Get your gastroendoscopy done. Tab nexpro-l 1 tab empty stomach. Consult doctor.

Hi I am 25 male, since a couple of days I am having a bit of unease in the anal area I am had tight motion but I used tablet for bowel movements and now it's fine but slight unease in sleeping for long hours or if I sit in same place for couple of hours don't have any pain Please help me in this regards.

Friend drink a plenty of water at least 5litres a day. And avoid spicy food. Do not smoke or take alcohol, drink a warm glass of milk at night before going to bed and in lunch eat atleast two katori curd with food and also eat a lots of salad and also take proper sleep. In morning before going to toilet take two 250 ml glass of warm water then walk for atleadt 10-15 min. And then go to toilet. You will definetly feel relaxed and easy. Thank u.
