I understand your pain. Take some alum and mix well in hot water. Immerse your foot and take hot fermentation for 15 min thrice a day. When your feet is in water do some exercises like making circle/alphabet, Fisting all toes, then individual toe movements. This will give you relief from your pain and discomfort. You can also take laser and ift at your nearby physiotherapy center. For any doubt please contact. Make a habit not to stand for long time in one position or do not stand bare foot. Take a break for 4-5 min and relax your ankle/ foot muscles. Make a habit of doing calf stretching. This will maintain your blood flow in legs and will decrease the level of pain and gives you recovery very soon. Try to avoid wearing heels. Direct pressure on foot should be avoided. Best regards.

I am 27 years old girl and I am facing so much pain in bottom portion of shoulders (shoulders blade) since four yr. Earlier the pain was very minor but now it became chronic and causing very pain. The pain is like pinning needle and sometimes its like current and in its peak stage goes towards neck also. It interferes in my daily routine works such writing work, sitting and standing for long time, tilting neck backward and downward, holding bags or some packets in hands. Please give me your valuable suggestions to cure this problem.

Pain in the shoulder blades can be caused by bad posture, shoulder overuse, injuries, pinched spinal nerves, lung diseases and disorders of other chest and abdominal organs. The very first thing to do if you develop pain under shoulder blade is to pay attention to how you use your arms and shoulders on a regular basis. Try to stop doing anything that will apply pressure to your shoulders so you can rest it instead. Try to also rest the shoulder regularly, by supporting your back or lying flat. If the pain is from poor posture try to do Shoulder blade retraction exercises to strengthen your upper back muscles. In cases of inflammation from overstretched soft tissues, like muscles, applying ice can help provide relief. Wrap the ice in cloth so it doesn’t directly touch the skin and apply it for fifteen minutes three times a day to reduce pain and inflammation. Applying a heating pad to the shoulder can also help. It will improve blood circulation to relieve pain and speed up recovery. You can only select the right treatment option for pain under shoulder blade after diagnosing the cause. Get your blood checked for cbc, mp , widal , sgpt and urine r/m and revert back to us with reports and can take tablet paracetamol and Eat nutritious food and have adequate fluid intake and take physical rest

Hi, Both of them damages the hair whether you go for smoothening or keratin treatment, but you can still think of getting keratin done. For back pain: Maintain a right standing and sitting posture, keep your back always straight (even while sitting or standing), avoid carrying weight on back. Hold or carry weight divided equally in both the hands or shoulders (to avoid over straining on one particular hand or shoulder). Always select a chair with proper back support and hand-rest. (Excessive sitting or standing is to be avoided as well don’t carry much weight on shoulders). Apart from these, stress could be the major cause of pains! Exercise: Practice Shavasana or Corpse Pose as it looks like a dead body. If practiced correctly and with full efforts, can relax every body part, relaxing not only the body but also the mind: Spread the legs one to two feet apart, the toes are turned outwards, the heels facing each other, a comfortable distance apart. Bring the arms a little away from the body, palms turned upward. Relax the neck and allow it to turn to the side if it is more comfortable. Close the eyes and focus the attention on the body, breathing normally. Management: -Sit straight with a back-rest or back-support. -Stretching or activities that place additional strain on the back are discouraged. -Sleeping with a pillow between the knees while lying on one side may increase comfort. -Lying on your back with a pillow under your knees would also relieves pain and no pillow under your head. -Some people seem to benefit from the use of ice or heat. Take care, do not use a heating pad on ‘high’ or place ice directly on the skin. Medication: Take homoeopathic medicines - Arnica 200 and Rhus Tox. 200 - take both of them thrice daily for 1 week. Also, apply Schwabe's Topi-Arnica and Topi MP Gel on the affected area in circular motions gently thrice a day. Get back to me thereafter. For allergy: Take Bakson's Aller-aid/ 3 times a day for 4 weeks. Then revert.

Sleep on a hard bed with soft bedding on it. Use no pillow under the head. Kindly take BioD3 Max 1 tab dailyx10 Paracetamol 250mg OD & SOS x5days Do back(spine)/shoulder/knee exercises Make sure you are not allergic to any of the medicines you are going to take Do not ignore it.It could be beginning of a serious problem.If no relief in 4_5 days,then contact me again.

My sister has fell down from bed. She got fractured on hand. Her elbow was swollen. She is a small kid age 2.5 years. So pls suggest me some diet so that fracture will hell soon . Pls suggest me some diet to heel her fracture.

Not to worry, at this fracture heals properly. Give her calcium supplements, n calcium rich food, like milk n milk products, papaya, orange, green leafy vegetables and so on.

Specula of my right shoulder is fractured badly due to byke accident two days ego. One Dr. suggested for surgery while other one suggested complete rest no surgery. What should I do? Is there any risk if I take some more days to take decision?

Scapula fracture can be treated without surgery. Depends upon type and site of fracture show your x rays better decide within a week, because fracture will start healing on its own.

Dear user you need to take care that you are not getting exposed to draft of cold air as this is changing weather out avoid cold exposure and over exertion keep onself active as far as possible and use a remedy Rhus Tox 1M twice a day for a week and update the status.

Majority of the low back ache problems is because of faulty posture. While sitting avoid leaning forwards or backwards. Try to sit straight. And avoid sitting for longer duration. If your job requires prolonged sitting then take frequent breaks and walk for some time. For symptomatic relief you can apply hot formentation with water bottles twice daily. And apply locally any pain relieving ointment.

First of all check your posture when you are lifting any material like heavy bucket . And try to lift the heavy bucket without bending your back . you may lift the bucket after bending your knees only. This will definitely help you. * Gentle massage with lukewarm mustard oil of your waist area will also give you relief. * Surya Namaskar is only exercise which you need to do. * In diet vegetable protein of cereal , B complex supplements and half teaspoon of haldi in a cup of milk for seven days will give you enough relief.
