Hello dear High triglycerides and cholesterol can cause atherosclerotic heart disease or narrowed coronary arteries in the heart can cause the symptoms of angina, when theheart muscle is not provided with enough oxygen to function. Decreased blood supply to the brain may be due to narrowed small arteries in the brain or because the larger carotidarteries in the neck may become blocked. This can result in a transient ischmic attack or stroke. Peripheral artery disease describes gradual narrowing of the arteries that supply the legs. During exercise , if the legs do not get enough blood supply, they can develop pain , called claudication . Other arteries in the body may also be affected by plaque buildup causing them to narrow, including the mesenteric arteries to the intestine and the renal arteries to the kidney. Change life style .do meditation,yoga, Go walk daily, do any one physically activity daily i.e.play any game., Avoid fast foods,oily foods,junk foods,alcohol,smoking,fatty foods, non-veg.,avoid stress,take plenty of water in day time. And 1 glass of water before bed at night. use flax oil, omega-3 fatty meal or cap., take .green veg., whole grain. Garlic,. Cod liver oil. Take anti cholesterol medicines .

pain is complex, so there are many treatment options medications, therapies, and mind-body techniques. There is evidence that certain dietary supplements and vitamins can help with certain types of pain. Fish oil is often used to reduce pain associated with swelling. A therapeutic diet complemented with few medications for pain management can also work wonders. Do reply back for medications. Hello sir I am sending my lipid profile report plasma blood glucose (F) 91. Cholesterol 180 Triglycerides 113. HDL 40 nonhdl cholesterol 140. LDL 117 VLDL 24 my bp is always fluctuating it is around 130/90 please advise.

I am taking metolar xr 50 mg with cilacar 5 mg daily once but still I observe my bp is between 140/90 to 150/90. Whether I am on right medicine sir please advise I do not have any other health issues.

Hi I am 27 years old male and I have anxiety effect from last one month some times I am feeling like getting heart attack but it is not physically in my body during anxiety my breathing and heart pulses were increasing. First of all you have to remove the all fear from your mind, be optimistic and see positive aspect in each issue. Avoid loneliness, be with family and friends. Chant some mantra of your liking like aum, aum namo shivay or aum namo bhagvate vasudevay namah or gayatri mantra regularly when ever gets time, reading of ramraksha or selected chapters of durgasptashati or hanuman chalisa. I been suffering from really bad acidity from past several months tried many medicines but nothing seems to work out. I been getting really sour burps and lately at nights I get chest pain and can't sleep. I have eat ice cream or cold milk in order to sleep.

1.Take bland diet, Avoid foods which cause acidity like spicy, oily, fatty and junk foods, onion, garlic, citrus fruit like orange grape, lemon, tomato,cucumber, raddish, vinegar, pickle etc 2..Have proper Breakfast, Don’t skip or postpone your meal, Take home made food, Avoid food and water from outside, 3.Eat smaller meals at frequent intervals like 5-6 meals per day, and don't overeat. 4.Drink plenty of water(8-10 glass daily). Take your meal regularly and timely. Avoid fasting, Don’t skip your breakfast. 5. Stop smoking, consumption of alcohol and tobacco, excess tea or coffee, carbonated drinks if you are having, 6. Avoid stress, have adequate rest, sleep for 7-8 hours daily in night, go for regular exercise, practice yoga/meditation 7. Take one tablet of pan40 in the morning before breakfast daily for few days. 8.Consult me for further advice

Yes green tea is very effective as it has antioxidant property maintaining weight, regular physical exercise/ low fat diet are basic life style modification to prevent heart attack some supplements like salmon omega 3 along with garlic heart care (from good company like nutrilite) that can be start after complete evaluation.

I'm feeling giddy when I'm resting on my bed. I have low bp from almost 2 years. It's 60/100. I'm eating on time but not in proper amounts. If I don't eat food stomach full drinking any of the fruit juice. Moreover I'm drinking butter milk every day with little more salt than usual. Why will this happen basically, feeling giddy?

Dietary and other lifestyle changes can help you control and prevent high blood pressure. Eating a diet that is rich in whole grains, fruits, vegetables and low-fat dairy products and skimps on saturated fat and cholesterol can lower your blood pressure by up to 14 mm hg. This eating plan is known as the dietary approaches to stop hypertension (dash) diet. Get plenty of potassium, which can help prevent and control high blood pressure. Eat less saturated fat and total fat. If you're overweight, losing even 3 kgs can lower your blood pressure. Strive for at least 30 minutes of physical activity a day. Plenty of fluids orally. I suggest brisk walking for 40 mins, 5 days a week. Remain stress free as much as possible. Take your medicines regularly.
