एड़ी के दर्द ( calculus spur)
एड़ी के दर्द के मरीज अक्शर calculus spur के diagnosis के साथ doctor के क्लिनिक से आते हे.

spur का bone या दूसरे soft tissue के साथ घर्षण के कारन pain होता हे. Poky या stitching type का pain होता हे. किसी किसी को तो severe pain होता हे. काफी मरीजों को सुबह बिस्तर हे उठते ही जैसे चलना शुरू करते हे दर्द शुरू हो जाता हे. घर्षण के कारन काफी बार सूजन बी आती हे.


Natural Anti-Inflammatory Substances

अदरक और हल्दी में प्राकृतिक Anti-Inflammatory गुण हे, ये pain-killer या अन्य दवाइओ के स्थान में उपयोग किये जा सकते हे. ये पदार्थ effective होने के उपरांत इनकी side-effect कम होती हे. इसके लिए ये लम्बे समय तक उपयोग किये जा सकते हे. सिर्फ 1 या 2 500 mg वाली अदरक की दवाई दिन में 3 से 4 बार या 400 mg वाली हल्दी की दवाई लम्बे समय तक लेनी हे.

Vitamin B - 12

आपके शरीर में vitamin - 12 की कमी के कारन हड्डीओं के विभिन्न प्रकार की तकलीफे हो सकती हे. एड़ी का दर्द का एक कारन विटामिन-12 की कमी भी हो सकता हे. आप अपने आहार में fish की मात्रा बढ़ा सकते हो और अगर आप vegetarian हो तो आप विटामिन-12 की दवाइआ supplements की तोर पे ले सकते हो. विटामिन-12 आपके मन को सतर्क और शरीर को ऊर्जा से भरा हुआ भी रखेगा.

Omega 3 fatty acids

Omega-3 Fatty Acids प्रकृति के inflammation के खिलाफ सबसे बड़ा suits हे. आप दर्द और irritation में राहत के लिए cod liver oil की tablets ले सकते हो. cod liver oil में omega -3 fatty acid की मात्र सबसे ज्यादा मात्रा में होती हे.

Ice - Pack

Ice - pack हर प्रकार के सूजन के दर्द में उपयोग किया जाता हे. जैसे ही आपको दिनभर की दौड़ भाग के बाद एड़ी में दर्द शुरू हो तो Ice लगाना शुरू कर दीजिये। अपने पाव के arch के बेहतर cover के लिए frozen की हुई पानी की बोतल को roll कीजिए.

Warm bath with Epsom Salt

आम तोर पर गरम पानी के साथ शरीर स्नान सुखदायक होता हे. जब दर्द और सूजन से राहत की बात आती हे तो Epsom Salt (Magnesium Sulfate ) में चमत्कारिक गुण हे. एक कप Epsom Salt नहाने के गरम पानी में दाल के उससे एड़ी को हलके से मसाज करना चाहिए.

Borax Solution

बोरेक्स सोल्युशन बोरेक्स और क्लोरीन युक्त पानी का मिश्रण हे. एक छोटी सी तब को गरम पानी से भरे और उसमे बोरेक्स सोल्युशन मिलाये उसमे अपनी एड़ी थोड़े समय तक डुबो के रखे. आपको एड़ी के दर्द और सूजन में तेजी से राहत का अनुभव होगा.

Apple Cider Vinegar

पहले से ही अपने जठर तंत्र में Anti -Inflammatory गुणों के लिए जाना हुआ Apple Cider Vinegar एड़ी के दर्द के लिए भी उपयोगी हे. गर्म तौलिये को Apple Cider Vinegar में सोक के पैर में लगाने से दर्द और सूजन में तुरंत ही आराम मिलता हे.

Oil massage

गर्म तेल की मालिश सामान्य परिस्थतिओं में भी अपने पैरो के लिए बेहद फायदेमंद हे. अगर आप एड़ी के दर्द से परेशान हे तो थोड़ा नारियल तेल या ओलिव आयल को गरम करके एड़ी में मालिश करे. गर्म तेल आपके एड़ी के दर्द को तुरंत ही राहत देगा.

What is the treatment of cervical disc collapse (c5 c6 PIVD) Ayurveda. Can it place disc back to its original position or strengthen it to avoid future recurrence. What are the treatments available is it only restricted to oil massage treatments or we have beyond that. How long or sessions it takes for full recovery. Q2 Foods to be taken / avoided. Northern ayurveda people say avoid rice. Kerala ayurveda people say consume rice no issue. Kindly put some flash on this subject.

I am 47 yrs old. I have a body imbalance problem. Is this due to spondilosys. Particularly I cant get from the bed in flat straight position. I usually have to turn towards side while getting up. Kindly suggest me.

It could be due to cervical spondylosis this is quite a common condition rule out diabetes & vit. D deficiency or any other metabolic disorder. Sleep on a hard bed with soft bedding on it. Use no pillow under the head. Any way take bio d3 max 1tab odx10days ibuprofen 200mg od & sos x 5days do neck & back (spine) exercises contact me again if need be. Use of cervical collar will give you relief. It may have to be further investigated. Make sure you are not allergic to any of the medicines you are going to take.

Hello Mr. Lybrate user knee pain is a very common medical condition, occurs due to constant wear and tear of the knee joint causes age knee injury arthritis symptoms it can be a dull pain or a sharp unbearable pain capable of making a person immobile Tips to manage massage regularly for 10 mins. Massage therapy helps relieve joint pain by improving circulation and soothing inflammation. Regular massage can improve pain, stiffness and range of motion in the affected joint. To massage the affected area, use warm oil like coconut, olive, mustard, castor or garlic oil and apply gentle pressure while massaging. Heat fomentation by hot water bag helps decrease pain, increase blood flow and relax sore muscles and joints. Fry fenugreek seeds powder it, take two tsp mix with hot water. Apply on the affected joint for 30 mins regularly for 7 days. Precaution: avoid excess use of knee joint for few days. Reduce your weight if overweight. Avoid prolong standing. Relax your knee joint by flexion rotation excercise.

Morning stiffness in back & other joints is quite a common condition. Rule out diabetes & vit. D deficiency or any other metabolic disorder. Sleep on a hard bed with soft bedding on it. This back pain is due to no back exercise. Due to this muscle get stiff. When suddenly you get move fast that time this stiff muscle get break and pain start. In ayurved there is mentioned one procedure kati basti. Do this for five days with medicated oil if you want to do it you should do it under doctor observation. So consult ayurvedic doctor near you. You will definitely get good result.

Kindly visit me in my clinic. In the mean time you may sleep on a hard bed with soft bedding on it. Use no pillow under the head. Kindly take biod3 max 1 tab dailyx10 paracetamol 250mg od & sos x5days do back (spine)/shoulder/knee exercises make sure you are not allergic to any of the medicines you are going to take do not ignore it. It may have to be further investigated. It could be beginning of a serious problem. If no relief in 4_5 days, then contact me again. Contact your family doctor or nearest hospital for emergency help.

I have been experiencing pain in my leg, above the heels and also burning sensations on my soles. The blood tests show everything normal Doctors say that there is D2 and B Vit. Defeciency please suggest solution ?

There can be issue either with spine due to which you can have symptoms like radiating pain, numbness or burning sensations like you are having. Hi, prolonged sitting and overweight could be cause of your back pain. These factors along with a bad posture lead to severe back pain which may go up to your legs. Check if you have any tingling or numbness in your feet. Sit erect whenever possible. Keep a pillow between your back and chair. If you use a computer or laptop make sure to keep the screen at your eye level. Avoid bending forwards. Look for a physiotherapist opinion who will help you with your posture correction and core exercises to prevent any problems. Avoid playing any sports till your core muscles are strong as you might damage your back further while doing so. Standing calf stretch Stand away from a wall and.put your fight foot behind you and be sure your toes are facing forward. Lean forward at the ankle while bending the right knee and keeping your heel on the ground. Hold this for 30 to 60 seconds. Repeat 10 times a twice a day. Downward dog yoga stretch Get down on all fours with your hands under your shoulders on the floor. Walk your hands forward slightly on the floor. Spread your fingers apart to allow for a broad base of support. Push your hips up toward the ceiling and tighten your abdominal muscles. Keep your heels on the ground and gently try and straighten your knees. Repeat 10 times a twice a day.

Since you are a runner, shin pain may be because of a tiny break in the bone of your leg. This is called stress fracture. It is due to repeated stress on your bone due to the running. In order to confirm an xray has to be done. The treatment usually involves rest and allow the bone to heal. Vit D and calcium might not help a great deal in the healing.

You can do exercise that do not involve weight bearing on your legs. You can lie down on an exercise mat and raise your legs in air to do leg exercises like air cycling. It costs you nothing and works out all the parts of body. Swimming is an excellent exercise in this regard.
