Hello, any bleeding during early pregnancy is called as threatened miscarriage unless proven otherwise. If the foetal heart are has arrived and still the bleeding continues then all one can do is support pregnancy with progesterones and absolute bed rest.

There are actually many causes of shoulder pain, it can be due to some injuries, tendinitis, bursitis, soft tissue and muscle tears, ac joint issues besides many others as well. So my advice will to be to restrict straining your shoulder till it is pain free. Ice packs can be applied local analgesic sprays and gentle anti inflammatory medications like tab etoshine and tab paracetamol may also provide pain relief. Do hot fomentation x twice daily. Postural correction- always sit with a small pillow at your low back. Sit tall, walk tall. Extension exercises like bridging and bhujang asana x twice daily. Sleep on your back with a pillow under your knees. And get vit d levels checked.

Start taking black til (Seasam) with a glass of lukewarm milk early morning. avoid pickles, spices, oily, greesy food items. Start avle ka murabba. Also have a high protien rich diet e.g. Pulses, Dry fruits, Black gram, Ground nut etc. also oil ur hair with good herbal oil and wash with herbal shamppoo - avoid shampoos with high acid contents. As far as Ayurveda's therapy is concerned - start with Shirodhara with herbal oil and Nasyam therapy for atleast 15 days. This will greatly help. Do gentle massage with herbal hair oil daily night for 15 minutes. Although some herbal medicines might also help you but after proper history taking. Hi. Mintop is meant for both male and female the percentage for females is 2% and for males 5%. Taper off the frequency of use of Mintop gradually and slowly. But to avoid any kind of side-effects, you can start using homoepathic medicines for your hairloss. Let me you about hairfall. In layman's language, hairfall can be divided into 2 types - temporary hairfall and permanent which is called 'Hairloss' rather and leads to bald areas of smooth and shiny surface. In temporary hairfall, hair grows back again from the same hair root, but in case of permanent hairloss, because of formation of DHT (Di- Hydro -Testosterone) around hair root it gets choked up which subsequently affects the blood supply to the hair and thus hair root is lost forever. Many factors are responsible formation of this DHT or hairloss- hereditary, post-illness/ ailment, post-delivery, post- chemotherapy, nutritional deficiencies, hormaonal imbalance, insufficient sleep, sudden loss of weight, stress/ tensions/ excessive anger any other underlying diseases, etc. Take diet rich in protein like non-veg., eggs, pulses, legumes, sprouts, nuts (sp. walnut and almonds), iron-rich food like green vegetables, also take flaxseeds, green tea, soyabean, fruits, salads, etc. Take proper 6-9hrs of sound sleep. Give up the habit of smoking and excessive alcohol intake. Avoid use of harsh hair colour, hair treatment like rebonding, straightening, perming, etc. Avoid vigorous exercises or any supplements provided by the gym! Regular exercising is also one of the important point, but should be done under some good, qualified yoga teacher or instructor for proper guidance; it also releases the stress/ tension in the mind and the body and keeps you FIT and YOUNG!! Take homoeopathic Rx - Schwabe's Wiesbaden 200/ twice a day for 1 month and revert. Also, use Schwabe's Arnica shampoo and Hair Growth oil regularly as per the condition of your scalp (minimum 3 times a week). After shampooing, use Bakson's Arnica Hair conditioner as well after every head wash. Apart from this, take Follihair tablets (multivitamin) - 1 tab. daily once for 1 month. Mr. lybrate-user you take following measures 1. Eat slowly 2. Take a glass of water when hiccup 3 take mucain gel 4 times 2 TSF especially before meal 4. Dear, if you are feeling weakness. Then you will definitely recover from weakness by following these very useful tips. * you should take proper balanced diet first. That means you have to take vegetables, milk, chapattis or rice, butter / cream, cereals (daals) or cheese every day. Very important thing, do not miss or skip your meals at any cost and take meals on time. * proper 6-8 hours sleep is very important. If your sleep is less than 6 hours, then you feel tired very early. So complete your sleep. * do breathing execises daily in morning & evening. Just sit down in peaceful place, close your eyes, take deep and long breaths in and out. Do it atleast for 10-15 minutes daily. You can also do pranayams like anulom vilom for better results. *take a walk, in first walk normally for 10-15 minutes for 15 days. You can do it on treadmill also. * you can take ashvagandha churn of baidyanath 1 teaspoon with milk daily for 2 months atleast to get your strength back. * check out your haemoglobin level in 3 months, if it is low you get tired early. So get treatment of low haemoglobin (anemia). If you have any disease like asthma /diabetes / hypertension, then get complete treatment of them. * avoid all fast foods and habit of smoking or drinking. You surely get great strength and recover from weakness by following these important things.

Male 26, our arrange marriage was in january 2016 and I & she are very different from each other beside this we haven't live together more than 2 month after marriage due to our custom and rituals. She is of 23, from very different culture, as she grows up in a very strict atmosphere and don't have much leverage to do things in her own way and I am some dominating nature kind person along with sorry tempered. My partner is having some issues of telling lies and a sense of humour to play with words along with negative thoughts with very quick judgement, SORRY TO SAY BUT THIS TRUE although I repeatedly wave off her all mistakes but its seems like she's making habit of her. If I make any mistake then I am gona suffer which is obvious and if she made any mistakes (like lies and word games) then even I have to suffer; suffer in the sense that I can't say anything to her in loud cause as she is from different culture so it might take some time to get fit in new world. While living together during above mentioned period all because of her habit, once I had cut myself and also I had put my first against the wall and got fractured but still she doesn't know all these things, I know I had done this wrong but even after she doesn't bother about anything and still at her very own track. Now coming to the point I really love her and don't want to lose her and also I had a word over her habits; she makes promises but all goes in drain. Sometimes I am having mix feeling for her. Within few days we are about to live together but all of past things that happened I am not getting how to behave when we'll meet. Please help/ suggest something.

You don't sound of a balanced mind to attempt violence and to cut yourself up for matters of marriage. Initially, there will be a lot of adjustment especially if the two of you are from different cultures. It takes about two years to make this adjustment. To enable this you tow must stay together by yourselves and learn the adjustment skills. Even if she has bad habits she can change if told about it and is given ample support. In the meantime, you two can go for relationship counseling and perhaps even for pre-marital counseling even though you two are already married. The differences are supposed to be entertaining if they are within reasonable bounds. These things can be discussed with the counselor. Because it is an arranged marriage, there will a lot of differences and you two must learn how to tide over them for your advantage.

1. Go for regular exercise like brisk walking for 30 minutes daily, 2. Reduce weight if you are over weight 3. Take adequate rest and have 7-8 hours of sound sleep in the night 4. Avoid stress 5. Avoid dietary sugar like bread, pasta, use healthy fats like olive oil 6. Take zinc containing food like milk, meat, fish, cheese, beans, yogurt etc 7. Take vitamin d supplement (1000-2000mg daily). 8. Take plenty of green leafy vegetables, cauliflower, spinach, bean, mushroom, onion, garlic, fruits, diet rich in mono unsaturated fat& eomega 3 fatty acid (walnut, almond, flax seed/flax seed oil, soybean/soy milk/ oil), egg, fish, fish oil, sardines, salmon, dark chocolate, carrots, oats, blue berries/ banana/pomegranate/cereals, 9. Drink plenty of water, pomegranate juice, green tea 2-3 cups /day without sugar/ milk (green tea contains anti oxidant like flavonoid and helps in improving sperm quality, but in high doses may affect sperm quality) 10. You can taken sugar free tablets like aspartum safely but in a limit 2-5/day. No side effect. Fully safe if taken in limit.

Dear Dr. I am 52 years male having dry and scaling skin problem in my fingers. Skins are getting dry and dead very soon. Slight etching also there. If I did not put vaseline or oil on it, gets cracks. Suffering this problem since last 2/3 years. I am really disturbed for this, please advice.

take pranacharya allergin capsule twice a day...take panchnimbadi churna with water twice a day....take panchtikta ghrit guggul and arogya vardhini vati with warm water...take pranacharya charm vikarasav 2-2 tsf with water twice a day....apply marichyadi oil on affected part.....take these medicines in supervision of a good ayurvedic doctor

u are only 19 years old. this may be due to lack of calcium.. take some calcium supplement. avoid badi vegetables like arbi, kathal, peas and other like rice, urad dal, matar, rajma , chole..etc..

We have been reading and listening the harmful effects of drinking water in plastic bottles, having tea in plastic cups and heating the food in plastic containers in microwave oven. Can somebody please tell which utensils we should use for microwaves, we usually have only plastic lunchboxes for office lunch and plastic containers at home. Also please suggest which bottles we should use for consumption of water which can be stored in fridges as well.

Hi" Old is really a Gold" – remember this phase? In fact, it is very true. While selecting the material of the plate or glass or bowl, the healthiest cookware choices are those that use classic materials such as stainless steel and cast iron which wouldn't harm your body! What you want to look for when evaluating the healthfulness of cookware is whether the material that it is made from carries much toxic risk and how likely the cookware materials are to leach into the food during cooking. Using these two criteria, stainless steel and cast iron are the best choices. Avoid using aluminum, copper, and non-stick cookware. Avoid hard plastic melamine dishes.  They are made by combining the chemical melamine with formaldehyde (which is considered a known human carcinogen). Earthenware, porcelain, and pottery (ceramic) utensils can be used for both cooking and serving food. They are durable, and are excellent for slow, even cooking in even heat, such as slow baking. However, they are comparatively unsuitable for cooking using a direct heat, such as a cooking over a flame. When it comes to dishware, glass is a great choice, followed by ceramic dishware with lead-free glaze.  If you are concerned about breakage - food grade silicone (Kinderville brand), high quality 304-grade stainless steel and bamboo or wood  containing food-safe finishes are all safe options. The safest materials for cookware and bakeware include: glass, high quality 304 grade stainless steel, cast iron and Xtrema ceramic cookware. Avoid Teflon and any other chemical non-stick coatings. When using stainless steel cookware, know that deeply scratched and pitted pans can cause metals (nickel and chromium) to migrate into food in trace amounts. These are not toxic elements, so there is not really cause for concern unless you have a specific allergy or sensitivity.  But to play it safe, avoid frequent use of abrasive materials with stainless steel cookware. If you must use plastic in the kitchen: Choose BPA-Free, PVC-free plastic. Do not heat in the microwave (“microwave-safe” only means that the plastic won’t actually melt – the extreme heat of the oven will increase transference of chemicals). Do not store fatty, greasy or acidic foods in plastic. Do not use scratched, badly worn or cloudy plastics for your food and beverages. Hand-wash plastics to avoid wear and tear. When it comes to food storage, safer materials include: glass, 304 grade stainless steel, food-grade silicone – all of which do not leach chemicals into your food. (Last, but not least the most important and concern fact is the Kitchen sponges which are used to clean the utensils can grow harmful bacteria, yeasts, and molds. The best ways to kill germs on a kitchen sponge are: Microwave the sponge on high for one minute, which kills up to 99% of germs or keep it in the sunlight after every use. Another option is to buy a new sponge each week.)
