Hi, please follow these tips to stop snoring: - reduce your weight if you are obese. - perform pranayama (breathing exercises) everyday. - quit smoking which irritates the mucosal layer of the nose and throat and causes blockage and results in snoring. - quit alcohol and sedatives which relax the throat muscles and results in snoring. - sleep on sides instead on back. - elevate the head by using a thick pillow which eases the breathing. - clear the nose before going to bed. - establish regular sleep pattern. - keep the bedroom air moist by using humidifier; as dry air irritates the mucosal membrane in thenose and throat. - perform throat exercises like repeating the vowels a, e, i, o, you loudly for 2-3 mins few times a day or keeping the tongue behind the teeth and moving it backwards - 3-4 times a day. - anti snoring appliances can also be used. Apply rumalaya liniment on the chest and the back 3 times a day and give hot water fomentation.

I want to give up smoking. Can't do it without help. What do you suggest/advise. I have been smoking for forty years. I had a very bad cough this winter and decided that I must give up.

It is good that you are keeping physically active. What you now need to focus on is to come up with the strategies that will help you with the craving. For example, what would help you to distract your mind from smoking. If you like tea or coffee you may decide to grab one instead of a cigarette. Or perhaps keeping a chewing gum or candy and grab one instead. I would also suggest that exam might be a stressful time so do not try quitting right now as, it will increase your chances for relapse which will effect your motivation and confidence to quit. Best way to quit is to work on individualized plan and strategies that will help you maintain the motivation and help manage your craving. Following tips might help. I do offer 3 to 6 month program where I talk with client on a weekly basis. If you are interested than you may book initial online audio consultation. Smoking has many adverse effect on different system in your body. Congratulations that you are thinking about quitting it. Now you need to figure out the best strategy that works for you. Following information may help you. One of the few habits which takes very systematic approach and needs lot of support and individualized strategies to quit successfully. Data such as - since how long are you smoking and how many cigarettes a day you consume are important information. Also have you tried quitting it earlier? how successful were you? and what are your personal reasons to stop smoking? all these are also important part of your success strategy. For headache take tablet paracetamol and you need to start with tablet folvite once a day for six months.

To achieve weightloss - think long term. Weight loss achieved over short term, always comes back. There is a general approach and a specific approach as per individual patients metabolic profile. Try this general approach (see below) for 4 weeks. If this works then continue. If this is not enough then revert for further assessment and customized approach. 1. Do not eat anything sugary or sweet. Zero sweetness in diet. 2. Eat plenty of salad in lunch and dinner along with other foods. 3. Do not drink any liquid calorie like cola or fruit juices. 4. Continue brisk walks or jogging for 45 - 60 minutes every day.

I had traveller diarrhoea 2 months back. May be it was due to food poisoning in Delhi (I visited it for 3-4 days. I'm from shimla) my other colleagues were relieved by taking norflox. I went irregular in taking dose thus. My diarrhoea started becoming severe. I went to doctor. He prescribed me. Ciplox tz. I used it for 3 days. I was fine. But after 1,2 days I attended a party and had some alcohol. Diarrhea again started. And I started the same antibiotics without consulting doctor for 5 days. Then I was again fine. Then. Oneday I ate little more then usual diet. I started indigestion and acidity. I went to doctor and he prescribed me. Ciplox tz and ranitidine for 5 days. I was again well. The. N again same episode of indigestion occurred when course was over. Then I went to gastroenterologist. He prescribed me. Gutwin for 10 days and Loperamide for 5 days. And all the blood tests and occult blood in stool and tsh ttg. Done. And all was normal. Except increased bilirubin to 2.4. I well after 10 day use of gutwin. Then after 2,3 days. When I started increasing diet to overcome weakness. Similar episodes of indigestion and acidity. This time with vomiting. Happen and diarrhoea again continued. I again went to doctor he. Prescribed me Loperamide. Again for 21 days. But it seems ineffective after 7-10 days. As. Episode of indigestion are happening and diarrhoea is continuing. After each 3-4 days. please briefly explain me. I am also a medical student of 3Rd sem. Also suggest some medicine with reason.

Stop watching porn video no medication here and there don't waist your time try to stay busy doing activities that engage you in other ways besides masturbation. Sublimate by doing things like writing, painting, drawing, playing a musical instrument, or playing sports. Eat healthy and try to cultivate some kind of skill that gives you pleasure and focuses your brain.

Hello, you are obeased by 25 kg, approx, being the cause of your litharzicity, slippy mood. U, are required to reduce your obeasity, first. Obaesity, being common, now a days due to irregular life style. - can be reduced, by opting-certain natural-norms in life & taking, meal, judiciously. * go for a brisk walk in d morning / evening at least 10 000, steps 45 mnts to restore blood circulation to nourish d whole body. * tk, 3/4 litres of water, free from conteminents to eliminate toxins and to regulate metabolism to burn fats cell & prevent constipation. What You Should Know About Your Food to Avoid Acidity?

Acidity - Acidity is a set of symptoms caused by excess production of acid by the gastric glands of the stomach.

  • Causes:

1) Stress.

2) Spicy Food.

3) Skipping Meals. 

4) Overacting, etc. 

  • Symptoms:
  1. Restlessness.
  2. Burping.
  3. Burning in the throat & stomach.
  4. Chest or upper abdominal pain, etc.
  • Acidity can be prevented by the following methods:
  1. Drink plenty of water.
  2. Eat small frequent meals.
  3. Don’t skip any meal.
  4. Exercise daily.
  5. If overweight then reduce weight.
  6. Sleep well.
  7. Sit straight when eating.
  8. Include melons, banana, coconut water, yogurts in your diet
  9. Don’t smoke.
  10. Avoid drinking alcohol.
  11. Don’t stress.
