Avoid stress, anxiety, depression, agitation,exposure to noise, bright light since it precipitates migraine attack 5. Go for regular exercise 6. practice yoga, meditation, deep breathing exercise to calm your mind, control your emotion and relieve you from stress 7. If You have chronic migraine, you have to take migraine prophylaxis after consulting neurologist

Follow these simple steps to ensure a good sleep every night and stay away from sleep disorders and other health problems associated with unhealthy sleep habits: 1) maintain a regular sleep routine go to bed at the same time. Wake up at the same time. Ideally, your schedule will remain the same (+/- 20 minutes) every night of the week. A good sleep hygiene routine promotes healthy sleep and daytime alertness. 2) avoid sleeping during the daytime. It can disturb the normal pattern. 3) avoid caffeine, nicotine, and alcohol near bedtime. While alcohol may speed the onset of sleep, it creates problems in he second half of sleep. 4) exercise can promote good sleep. Exercise should be taken in the morning or late afternoon. Yoga, can be done before bed to help. 5) have a quiet, comfortable bedroom. Set your bedroom thermostat at a comfortable temperature. Generally, a little cooler is better than a little warmer. Turn off the tv and other extraneous noise that may disrupt sleep. Background'white noise' like a fan is ok. If your pets awaken you, keep them outside the bedroom. Your bedroom should be dark. Turn off bright lights. Have a comfortable mattress. 6) avoid heavy meals close to bedtime. 7) ensure adequate exposure to natural light. 8) avoid emotionally upsetting conversations and activities before trying to go to sleep. Do not think of, or bring your problems to bed. 9) stop using all your digital devices and stop looking at digital screens be it mobile phones or televisions at least 1 hour before the time you plan to sleep. Instead try reading a fiction book near bedtime so it makes you help relaxed and de-stressed. Sleep well live healthy and live longer.

For your age excessive urination could be due to 1. Drinking lot of water/ excess tea/ coffee/alcohol 2. Urinary tract/bladder infection 3. Bladder stone causing a blockage in ureter/bladder, stone in urinary tract, cystitis, interstitial nephritis 5. Diabetes mellitus/diabetes inspidus, hypertension, 6. Stress/anxiety/nervousness, 7. Do urine re/me, blood sugar testing, take usg kub, and consult urologist for advice.

Mr Parv, Exercise for more than an hour a day, like brisk walking, jogging or running or a gym workout is good enough. Plus diet control if you have diabetes, then avoid sweets, sugar, jaggery, junk foods and pastries. Consume more of green leafy vegetables, salads and permitted fruits. Take prescribed medications regularly without fail.

I'm having a problem of foreskin on my penis so please tell me the solution of it my age is 21.
What is the exact problem with your foreskin ..Most probably if I guess it could be that your foreskin is attached to the head of penis and you have a problem to retract it.The problem is called Phimosis.The solution is Stretching exercises, when erect just pull it back as far as it will go and hold for 5 mins. Do this a few times daily.. in the shower helps, and you should see results within days/weeks. Could also try, if its possible to pull back a bit, pull it back, grab the glans( top cap of penis) with two fingers and roll the foreskin up over the two fingers as far as it will go (when the ring of skin turns white). hold it there for 5 mins. Lubricant helps with this!. . It's fairly common, and this should help. Also try rubbing vitamin E around the top and inside the foreskin, which may help elasticate it. If it's more serious, you may need a preputialplasty (alternative to circumcision but with no loss of looks, senstivity or anything, and is less painful with a fast recovery rate. With a preputialplasty:they make a small incision vertically then horizontally in your foreskin, and stitch it up to have more space for your glans to appear without a total circumcision. But with exercise for 5 minutes daily it will be ok.

My liver is too weak I always have loose motion and constipation always suffer this and acidity suffocated Sometimes I take meal just after m feeling to Go for fresh and in morning I always want clean my stomach BuT never it is happening many times I am m feeling too weak in morning I don't know what is the main problem whenever I suffer constipation I have leg pain also.

Please note that you need to do morning exercise. Take mixed fruit juice. Avoid night watching/fast-foods/cold drinks/sedentary life. Also take nux vom 30 - once daily for next 2 weeks and revert back.

Dear lybrateuser, -Have all your meals regularly, do not skip meals as it will make you lethargic & weak -you can have vegetables, dal ,legumes, beans, wholewheat chapati or jowar bajra chapati, brown rice, dahi, sprouts, salad, fruit, paneer, in non-veg can have fish, skinless chicken -start with a combination of above items even small portions will do -donot take too much caffeine in the form of tea, coffee as it reduces appetite -if you don't feel like having a meal have a snack like a fruit, yogurt, salad or a glass of buttermilk -do regular exercises to keep fit -drink sufficient water atleast 7-8 glasses a day for proper digestion.
