I eat normal but at times have quite among of junk oily food. Recently I have gained weight and volume, but my concern is that I have gained a lot of man breast (Gynecomastia). Thus please provide me necessary information as to how to reduce the chest size. Please suggest me exercises that can cure it (if any), and also give me a proper diet chart (diet should be according to my middle class families budget). Thank you (This is not a genetic factor)

To get rid of male breast, liposuction surgery is the best. No amount of exercise or dieting can get you rid of this problem. For dietery advise, consult a dietician. And regarding exercise, you can join a gym under the supervision of a coach.

Hello lybrate-user I understand your concern. I will try my best to help you with a solution. Lip hyperpigmentation can be very frustrating. There are certain creams/treatments which can be done to improve this. I need to see your lips before prescribing the medicine. You may start an online consult for that. Meanwhile you can use a lip balm with Sunscreen with atleast 15SPF to protect your lips from the sun. Take care :)

Soaps vil dry out your skin, so they r an absolute no. No vigorous rubbing of skin on face or body. Before bath, oil body with any oil be it coconut, olive. Use a soap free body wash or a dermatologically tested medical soap. After bath, pat dry within three minutes and apply moisturiser. Include dry fruits like almond, walnuts, figs, groundnuts. Have plenty of salmon, mackerel and sardine. Drink two litres of water. Have roasted flaxseeds. Avoid alcohol and aerated drinks or they vil dehydrate u more.Use loose cotton clothes. Avoid woollen clothes directly on body. Use it over cotton clothes if required.

Infant Cradle Cap - How You Can Get Rid of Them?

MBBS, MD - Dermatology, Diploma in Aesthetic Mesotherapy
Dermatologist, Gurgaon
Infant Cradle Cap - How You Can Get Rid of Them?

Cradle cap is a slick, yellow scaling or crusting on a child's scalp. It is regular in children and can be effortlessly treated. Cradle cap is not a part of any ailment and does not indicate poor care of the child. It is the usual development of sticky skin oils, scales, and sloughed skin cells. It is not harmful to your child and generally leaves by an infant's first birthday. Some of the recommended ways to treat cradle cap are listed below:

  1. Baby shampoo: Shampoo might be the absolute best approach to treat cradle caps in babies. Regular shampooing can get rid of a flakey scalp and make it a smooth one. Abstain from getting the shampoo in your child's eyes. In case you are uncertain about using it, ask a doctor or specialist for guidance. Do not utilize shampoos that contain groundnut oil or shelled nut oil on children under five years of age.

  2. Olive oil: Olive or almond oil is regularly used to heal cradle cap. Try rubbing it on the infant’s hair and give it a chance to sit for some time, then delicately rub with a soft toothbrush.

  3. Coconut oil: Every mother uses coconut oil for many reasons. It is the most effective treatment. It smells astounding as well. Put a little on your child's head every evening and wash it over the next morning with an infant brush.

  4. Vaseline: A considerable number of mothers use Vaseline. Apply it on the hair around evening time and by morning, the cradle cap will be a little improved.

  5. Fine-toothed comb: This is a lice brush and is very useful. However, with a little oil, this is most likely one of the least demanding and quickest approaches to evacuate those flakes.

  6. Shea butter: Applying Shea butter on the scalp is a great approach. Rub it on the hair, then brush it off gradually. It brings about the ideal result, as indicated by a few mothers.

Home treatment is normally all that is required for support. Here is how one needs to do it:

  1. An hour prior to shampooing, rub your child's scalp with infant oil petroleum gel to lift the coverings and flakey scales.

  2. Before applying the shampoo, first get the scalp wet, then tenderly rub the scalp with a delicate swarm brush (a delicate toothbrush would work too) for a couple of minutes to remove the scales. You can attempt to tenderly remove the flakes with extreme attention to detail.

  3. At that point, wash the scalp with baby shampoo, flush well, and tenderly towel dry.

In case that your child's cradle cap gets to be swollen or infected, a course of anti-infection agents or an antifungal cream or cleanser such as ketoconazole might be recommended by a specialist. A gentle steroid cream such as  hydrocortisone may likewise be suggested for an irritant rash.

No need to apply creams without basic improvement. Clean the intestines, take light diet but nourishing with green leafy contents. Start breathing exercises, meditation and fresh air walks. Light exercises. Do it for two weeks. Then ask for an excellent face glow pack of 'varnyadi gana'herbs.

I need any best suggestion to make my hairs grow on my baldy patch of 2-3" radeous of a Round. I prefer to have a hair oil (Herbal only) best suitable without any side effects. You are suffering from androgenic alopecia or which is also called as pattern baldness. This is usually progressive throughout life unless treated. The hair progressively becomes this and is eventually lost. Now no lotion cream or oil can magically get hair over completely bald areas. The areas where some hair are still there can respond to minoxidil and finesteride. For the front part you should consider hair transplant.

Shampoo should be diluted in water to make it mild. Direct use affects sensitive hair. Avoid using different different shampoos. Use arnica hair oil (sbl) regularly, or you may apply a day before washing head. Use for 3 months. If still problem persists after a month consult for internal medication.

Soak a handful of fenugreek (methi) seeds in a bowl of water. Leave them to soak for atleast 5 hours. Grind them in a mixer and make a fine paste. Add few drops of rosewater to it. Apply the paste on your face. Before applying the paste wash your face with warm water so that the pores get opened. Let the pack dry for 15 minutes. Once it completely dries rinse with cold water.

Stress is one of the important factor involved in it. It triggers even the hormonal problem. So this is interlinked. Hair is made up of proteins and iron. Food rich in proteins like sprouts, beans, nuts, soya are good for hair. Green leafy vegetable are good source of iron. Drink 3 lit of water/day. Oil the scalp with jaborandi hair oil 3/week and wash it with mild scalp cleanser 3/week.

Is patanjali mustard oil good for hair massage? I am using it but facing hair fall. Why and what to do?

General Physician,
Is patanjali mustard oil good for hair massage? I am using it but facing hair fall. Why and what to do?
patanjali mustard oil is good for hair . But better is to use coconut oil an do not shampoo it off Because it is comprised mainly of smaller medium-chain fatty acids, the oil of the coconut penetrates hair more deeply and faster than other conditioners. To use coconut oil as a leave-in treatment to repair split ends, moisturize your scalp, and add a healthy glow to your tresses
