Hello doctor, I am getting married 2 years but not get baby, I have baby so what can I do for getting my baby please suggest me, your tips very useful to me Please help me Thank you.

BHMS
Homeopath,
Hello doctor, I am getting married 2 years but not get baby, I have baby so what can I do for getting my baby please ...
Dear lybrate user, a single sperm cell takes about 4 months to mature fully before it is being ejaculated. So I would request to continue the following medication for at least 6 months:- 1) add 5 drops of each of homoeopathic selenium 1m + homoeopathic aurum met 1m + homoeopathic zincum met 1m in a glass of water & drink it early morning before brushing your teeth daily. Again prepare the same mixture & drink it before bathing. Repeat the same process again at evening daily 2) take 60 drops of homoeopathic sterlin-m (repl company), after lunch, in a cup of water. 3) take 60 drops of homoeopathic mother tincture ashwagandha q, after dinner, in a cup of water. This combination of homeopathic remedies have effectively increased the sperm count in about 95% of patients who are suffering from oligospermia as per my experience. Kindly note that this medication may not be sufficient enough to take care of your problem. These medicines are based on the symptoms of your diseased condition & these medicines need to be complemented by further deep-acting remedies in order to permanently eliminate the underlying cause of the disease. So I would suggest you to consult me privately via lybrate as it is very necessary to diagnose the proper underlying cause of your problem if you are wishing for a permanent relief from your problems. A permanent annihilation of the underlying cause of the disease will not only provide you relief from your troubles but it will also cease any chance of further relapse of that particular disease condition. Along with the aforesaid medications follow the precautions given below for effective results:- 1) you should abstain from any sexual intercourse or masturbation during the first three months of medication 2) avoid wearing tight underwear 3) avoid driving car/bike for more than 30 minutes continuously 4) avoid any type of addiction if you have any. You have to continue the medication for 6 months continuously but I advise you to check your sperm count by conducting semen analysis after every three months of the aforesaid medication in order to know the progress.

Possible to treat but must have patience to meet Gynecologist or infertility specialist repeatedly for long time as PCOS needs treatment for long. Depending on whether patient interested for pregnancy or not also treatment changes so now as you are eager to have child birth control pills is no treatment for you. Weight reduction is common treatment for all and you must do that seriouysly with DIETING and excercises. To make dieting easier you may consider meal replacement therapy and if want same you can contact me as I can guide for same even with distance.

Choose a variety of physical activities you enjoy. Try different activities until you find the ones that feel right for you.
Get into a routine — go to the pool, hit the gym, join a spin class or set a regular run and do some planned exercise. Make it social by getting someone to join you.
Limit the time you spend watching TV or sitting in front of a computer during leisure time.
Move yourself — use active transportation to get places. Whenever you can, walk, bike, or run instead of taking the car.
Spread your sessions of moderate to vigorous aerobic activity throughout the week. Do at least 10 minutes of physical activity at a time.
Join a team — take part in sports and recreation activities in groups. You’ll make new friends and get active at the same time.

Sir my wife is pregnant of 8 weeks. Can sex during pregnancy is safe? Or it causes any discomfort to mother & baby She has polycystic ovary Her date of birth is 07-05-1993.

PGD IN ULTRAASONOGRAPHY, Non invasive cardiology course, MD - Medicine, MBBS
General Physician, Narnaul
It is completely safe to be having sex at 8 wks. In fact most women have sex for just a darn bout the entire pregnancy. But that is only if there are no problems happening. But as long as you feel ok go for it! Enjoy it while you can as much as you want cuz once the baby comes there will be no sex for at least a month & a half!

How To Prevent STDs (Sexually Transmitted Diseases)?

MBBS, F R S T & H London , Fellowship of College of General Practice (FCGP)
Sexologist, Alwar
How To Prevent STDs (Sexually Transmitted Diseases)?

Sexually Transmitted Diseases (STDs) are infections that you can get from having sex with someone who already has the infection. The causes of STDs are bacteria, parasites, and viruses. These infections often do not cause any symptoms, and can still be passed unknowingly from the infected partner to the other. However, some common symptoms include genital itching, lesions, flu / fever like symptoms and feeling pain / pressure in the lower part of the stomach.

There are many kinds of STDs including Chlamydia, gonorrhea, genital herpes, syphilis and HIV.

The important thing to understand and know is that these STDs can be prevented.

3 ways of preventing STDS are:
1. Precautions before having sex
There are some things you can do to reduce your risk of contracting STDs before having sex. This include:

  • Limiting the number of sexual partners
  • Talking honestly with partners about your sexual history
  • Getting tested, along with your partner, before having sex
  • Getting timely vaccination against HPV and HBV

If you have been diagnosed with an STD you should tell your partner about it and also explicitly ask your partner if they have had an STD.

2. Practice safe sex
Use a latex condom every time you have sex and use a water-based lubricant. If your sex life involves intercourse, anal or vaginal, make up your mind to never have sex without a condom. If you or your partner is at a high risk of STDs, be consistent about barrier use during oral sex as well. Avoid sharing towels or underclothing to reduce the risk of an STD. Check the expiration date of the condom and make sure that it has an air bubble, which shows it has not been punctured. Dispose the condom properly and never reuse it.

3. Don't drink Alcohol or use drugs before having sex
It's impossible to make responsible choices about your sex life under the influence of drugs or alcohol. When you are under the influence of any one of them, you are not in your mind and are likelier to choose a partner you wouldn't have picked otherwise. In that case, you may be at a higher risk of contracting an STD. Also, if you are on birth control pills and you vomit, the pills could lose some effectivenes. If you wish to discuss about any specific problem, you can consult a Sexologist.

Mr. lybrate-user- think about it- and I would say this is not the platform to handle such a matter- you'd have to visit a doctor in person! And please don't chose a Neurologist. It would be an obstetrician.

The main cause of PCOD is hormonal imbalance. It profoundly affects woman's hormonal cycle, but don't worry PCOD can affects a female fertility only by 30%. So in our practice we have seen a complete and permanent balancing of hormonal cycle which is visible in terms of regular menstrual cycle and afterwards analyzing the other factor. We can work on all this factor. Hypothyroidism now a days is more an iodine deficiency disease, but it has become an autoimmune disease. In homoeopathy we give the medicine which makes the body generator, an adequate thyroid level, so that gradually body resume it's original functionality which is visible through the thyroid level test time to time, and gradually you can get rid of your altroxin as well, and may be after sometime you can stop homoeopathy medicine as your thyroid level remains normal afterwards. Avoid cabbage, cauliflower, soya in food.

Hi ma'am, I am 28 years married woman and I am suffering from itching in my vagina from last 15 days, I have tried washing with salt water and also with dettol & savlon I get relief for few minutes and then again the same problem. There is a white cloudy discharge too but without any smell, so ma'am pls suggest me what to do.

MBBS, MD - Obstetrtics & Gynaecology
Gynaecologist, Gorakhpur
First stop using savlon n dettol n salt water for vaginal wash as it kills healthy bacterias and make you more prone for vaginal fungal infections. Use vaginal washes exclusively made for this purpose its avsilable as OTC product. Avoid having sex for a fortnight still if you have problem see a doctor n get yourself examined internally for vaginal infections and get treated for you n your spouse too as you might get reinfected after coitus.

Health Benefits of Carrot Juice :

Health Benefits of Carrot Juice :

Health benefits of carrot juice:

1. Vitamin a booster

Vitamin a plays an important role in eyesight. Red-orange coloured foods such as carrots, pumpkins, and melons contain a pigment known as beta-carotene, which is converted into vitamin a when consumed by the body. This then helps in maintaining good eyesight apart from other health benefiting properties. The main symptoms of vitamin a deficiency are vision loss or night blindness, so it is important to consume vitamin rich foods regularly.

2. Get your antioxidant fix

The carotenoids present in carrots also act as antioxidants, thereby fighting free radicals in your body and also slowing down the process of ageing. Antioxidant rich foods are necessary for good health because they help in clearing up toxins from the body, and can help in preventing cancer and heart disease.

3. Prevents cancer

After the process of digestion, some of the waste particles remain behind in our body, which is known as free radicals and they tend to damage the cells. Eating antioxidant-rich foods helps in fighting against these free radicals and thereby preventing the possibilities of the development of cancerous cells. Studies reveal that per 100 grams of carrots contain about 33% vitamin a, 9% vitamin c and 5% vitamin b-6, which collectively help in the fight against free radicals.

4. Boosts immunity

Juicing carrots give us its concentrated form with all its essential nutrients. Having a glass a day is said to work wonders in boosting immunity. Apart from helping the body against free radical damage, it also protects it against harmful bacteria, viruses, and inflammation. Carrot juice also contains various vitamins and minerals such as b6, k, potassium, phosphorous, etc. Which contribute to bone health, stronger nervous system and improve brain power.

5. Heart health

In order to maintain a healthy heart, it is essential to be physically active, get an adequate amount of sleep and decrease your stress levels. However, all of this must be balanced with a well thought through diet for it to have a positive effect. Carrots, which are loaded with antioxidants and dietary fiber, work towards keeping your heart healthy by removing plaque from the arteries and maintaining blood circulation.

6. For glowing skin

The presence of antioxidants and essential minerals such as potassium contribute to preventing cell degradation, thereby keeping your skin healthy and young. These nutrients also protect your skin against dryness, improving skin tone and reducing scars and blemishes. This is the reason why you often find carrots being used in natural home remedies for beauty.

7. Maintaining cholesterol and blood sugar

Carrot juice works as a miracle in maintaining cholesterol and blood sugar levels, thanks to its potassium content. It is low in calories and sugar content and the essential vitamins and minerals present in it collectively work to prevent diabetes. It also increases bile secretion, which helps in burning fat thus aiding weight loss. It is often recommended as a pre or post workout food for a nutritional boost.
