kindly take Nayopayam kshayam, 15 ml thrice a day, empty stomach with warm water. Take Vayu gulika, 1 tab thrice a day after meals. Take liquid diet, daliya, khichdi. Avoid curd, butter, spicy and fried food. Drink warm water, with a pinch of ginger powder, 3 glasses a day at least. Take night sleep, 7 to 8hrs. Avoid mental and physical stress. Continue the regime for 10 days. good luck.

* take ajvayan & jeera 1 tsp each after each meal * take black dry grapes 20 25 after meal 1 hour * take hot water * quantity is much important, assume 4 part of your appetite & take food only 3 part of it * avoid day sleep, stress, night awaking * keep excersice. * do not take dinner to late. * focus on you digestion power * constipation must avoided I need more details of your for medicine. But still start amlpitt mishran syrup of dhootpapeshwar pharmacy.

In a known case of diabetic we need to control sugar levels with medication , aerobic exercise and following a diabetic diet and medicine can be given after you give a full history of previous medicine

Yes Please avoid excess dry fruits, eggs, non veg food Before gym, go for jogging Do regular pranayam and yoga Take salads, vegetable juices, soups, fruits more Take Tab pilex by Himalaya 2 2 for 3 mths Abhayristha 20 ml twice daily with water for 3 mths Apply sunarin cream locally twice a day.

hi..not related to adrenal cancer..  If the number of spermatozoids has decreased and there is a low level oftestosterone in the blood, it is likely that you are experiencing testicular atrophy I.e, decrease testicle size. Testicular atrophy has many possible causes and in the case of such a diagnosis , you should consult a urologist or endocrinologist.

this may be due to acute sinusitis which may be allergic.do warm saline gargle regularly, have homemade freshly prepared lemon juice which is rich in vitamin C thereby increasing your body autoimmune system which prevents infection. for the time being you can take a tab paracetamol or calpol.

One functioning testis is enough to have sex and children. But before certifying you we have to know- is the testis in normal position, is it normal in size, is it on the side of hernia operation or on the other side. Whether the other testis is -not there or not in the usual position, but some where in the groin or tummy: removed at the time of operation. For a correct opinion you should consult and get few blood tests, semen analysis and sonography.

CONTROLLING BLOOD SUGAR Diabetes affects all organs in the body – Eyes, kidneys, nerves, reproductive system all are affected, In fact, from toe to hair. For diabetic control, patient should be under doctor's supervision. It is not as easy task to control blood sugar in the desired normal range. Whatever we eat is metabolised to sugar in the body to provide energy for our daily activities. For the absolute control, one has to monitor his / her blood sugar at regular intervals (Self-Monitoring of Blood glucose – SMBG). Though difficult, this can be done by a glucometer and keep a record. Get an idea of Fasting sugar (FBS) and 2 hours after food (PPBS), & HbA1C (inform) and check before dinner and after every major food. The basic idea is to reduce the food intake to 1/3 of what you take now. The dictum of sugar control is diet, exercise, diet + medicine and at later stage medicine+ Insulin will be needed. There are different diet plans of varying calories for each person depending on his activity & lifestyle.

Check your eye sight for refractive error and also rule out sinusitis as the cause and for headache take tablet paracetamol.

Dear Lybrate User, *Normally your irregular eating habits is the cause for stomach problems don't eat fried spicy and junk food eat good nutrious diet fresh vegetables and fruit smaller amounts at fixed intervals don't keep your stomach empty for more than 3to4hrs and add lots of Fiber and water in your daily intake. *During the condition of lack of hydrochloric acid in our stomach black pepper can be very effective to cure the problem. Black pepper can increase the flow of gastric juices and thus help in digestion. Powdered black pepper with crushed jaggery can be taken along buttermilk during indigestion. Or a fine powder of black pepper, dried mint leaves, ginger powder and coriander seeds, all taken in equal amounts, can be consumed twice a day (one teaspoon) to treat gas and indigestion.

One of my female friend is suffering from dry cough from last 10 months. Many doctors have examined her. Her chest X-ray reports were also normal. Some said that her lungs is getting infected. Some said she is suffering from asthma. N allergy from any type if dust n smoke. Now she is taking homeopathic medicines. But still sometimes she suffered from sudden permanent dry cough n breathe problem. Now in cold she also suffering from cold too. Pls tell some remedy of this. Any test. Thanks for your query. It seems that your friend has some disturbance in her respiratory tract. Since you have seen many doctors for that they might have ruled out most prooblems. I think that your friend is suffering from the ill hazards of environmental pollution. The pollution levels are rising so sharply that many children and adults are developing such problems without any speciifc cause. There is gross environmental degradtion all around us in the name of development and we can not escape its consequences. Try relocationg to a place which does not suffer from environmental pollution. If your sex related thing is masturbation, it is the guilt that unnecessarily plagues youngsters. There is nothing the matter with masturbation as long as you do not get addicted to it. Otherwise, too, it can cause a lot of distraction. So everything in moderation and you will be fine. In the meantime do some of these recommendations very faithfully: Daily exercise of at least half an hour is a must. Even if you go to a gym, ask for aerobic and/or callisthenic exercises with whatever else you are doing. A healthy body harbors a healthy mind. With regard to memory, it is very important that your brain and body is ideally rested to be able to recall whatever is required, rather comfortably. Puzzles pose problems to the brain that help it to use new pathways and neurons, which give the brain considerable exercise. It taxes the left brain to use logic to solve the myriad possibilities which other activities do not stimulate. Crosswords are excellent for vocabulary learning and use. Jigsaws and Rubik cube stimulate different permutations to finally settle on the most likely one. Picture completion and anagrams help approach problem-solving from several angles. Do Sudoku, and memory co-relation activities and skills. Have a good night’s sleep, have a good breakfast of more proteins, meditate often, remain free of stress, eat a lot of fiber (whole grains, fruits and vegetables), nuts, avocado, eat dark chocolate, consume less of fat and use olive oil instead, do Yoga meditation exercises, etc. You need to check out if you are stronger visual or auditory. The visual is a better mode than the auditory. However, if you combine the two modes, you will get the best concentration. Have a special place of learning, which should be well lit, with soft painted walls, well-ventilated, with no distractions. When you get bored, study by writing. If you repeat learning, at least, five to seven times, you will apparently remember for a longer time. Sit comfortably but do not slouch. The reading material should be of a fairly large print. Study at small intervals of about 40 minutes and then take a break or change the subject. Short-term memory is a faculty of the left brain, and long-term memory is a feature of the right brain. When people are stressed, they tend to favor the right brain and abandon the left brain, where short-term memory resides. So, it is really very simple: deal with the stress and activate left brain functions. Here are a few suggestions to activate left brain function: shut your left nostril and breathe, move your eyes from right to left and vice versa for at least half a minute at a time, and do callisthenic exercises with some form of counting, regularly. There is a new exercise called Super Brain Yoga, which is done by holding the right earlobe with your left thumb and index finger, and the left earlobe with your right hand’s thumb and index finger. In this position, you must squat down and rise up and do this for five minutes every day. There is some memory enhancing techniques and study methods that your teacher will be able to guide you with. If your home life is full of distractions and stress, it is likely to affect your memory, adversely. In that case, I suggest that the family goes for counseling too. The following foods do help too: Blueberries, walnuts, turmeric, Spinach, tomatoes, broccoli, acorn squash, green tea, oily fish, boiled egg, turkey, apples, oatmeal, leafy greens, lentils, pumpkin seeds, avocado, cinnamon, thyme, sunflower seeds, and red wine. Avoid sugar and junk food. You may also include these noted foods that are good for your brain health: Brain-Friendly Foods MIND stands for Mediterranean-DASH Intervention for Neurodegenerative Delay. But the MIND approach “specifically includes foods and nutrients that medical literature and data show to be good for the brain, such as berries,” says Martha Clare Morris, ScD, director of nutrition and nutritional epidemiology at Rush University Medical Center. You eat things from these 10 food groups: •Green leafy vegetables (like spinach and salad greens): At least six servings a week •Other vegetables: At least one a day •Nuts: Five servings a week •Berries: Two or more servings a week •Beans: At least three servings a week •Whole grains: Three or more servings a day •Fish: Once a week •Poultry (like chicken or turkey): Two times a week •Olive oil: Use it as your main cooking oil. •Wine: One glass a day You avoid: •Red meat: Less than four servings a week •Butter and margarine: Less than a tablespoon daily •Cheese: Less than one serving a week •Pastries and sweets: Less than five servings a week •Fried or fast food: Less than one serving a week.
