Masturbation doesn't create any sexual problem, but because of over masturbation our energy level go very low and we feel sexual weakness, so you should take high protein diet and take proper rest, awake early in the morning and do regular exercise (specially race). You will feel well soon. If not feel well after doing all this, then need to consult an ayurvedic sex specialist.

No precaution, get tested Antibody tests ("Rapid" tests) — give a positive result based on antibodies to HIV, not the virus itself. It takes your body up to 3 months to produce these antibodies at levels that can be detected by this test. 4-6 weeks (up to 3 months) after infection, most people will have enough antibodies to test positive 12 weeks (3 months) after infection, about 98% of people will have enough antibodies to test positive. RNA tests — show a positive result based on the presence of the virus. These tests are more expensive than anitbody tests, so are not offered in as many places. 9-14 days after infection, there will be enough viral material for a positive result. Home testing kits — As of Fall 2012, there are two "home tests" which have been approved by the FDA for use in the U.S. OraQuick by OraSure is an antibody test that you complete at home, usually conducted using oral fluid. According to the manufacturer, the window period is 3 months. Home Access HIV-1 by Home Access Health Corp is not actually a test, but a sample-collection kit. You use it to collect a blood sample which you then mail to a lab for processing. PCR tests (Polymerase chain reaction tests) — also test for the actual virus. This type of test is often used for testing the viral load of HIV-positive people, as well as testing babies born to HIV-positive mothers. You can read more about PCR tests on the AIDS. Gov website. 2-3 weeks after infection, there will be enough viral material for a positive result.

To improve digestion power you can follow these methods : • Take one teaspoon of ajwain seeds (carom )and 1/2 teaspoon of jeera grind it and make powder of it add 1/3 rd of teaspoon of this in your food you eat . •To make your digestion good take 5 gm (1 teaspoon) of jeera (cumin ), 5 gm (1 teaspoon) of dry corriander seeds (dhaniya) , 5 gm (1 teaspoon) of ajwain (carom seeds ) and add some leaves of mint in glass of water and boil it till the water become half in pan. Drink it daily once in a day. • Take pudina (mint) and coriander leaves grind it and eat one teaspoon of it daily 2 times in a day . You can make chutney of it . Mint and corriander has enzymes that improve your digestion . • Eat one fruit before one hour of taking meal . Eat an apple daily . • Do running and jogging exercise daily . Many men who ejaculate prematurely simply don't recognize their "point of no return. This is the point where, no matter what happens, a man's got to ejaculate because he's so sexually excited. Through masturbation, he can start to identify this point, and when he reaches it, he should stop stimulating himself and relax for a bit before re-stimulating himself. The more he learns to hold back from reaching his point of no return, the more control he'll have. Do yoga exercises may take ayurvedic medicine.

Hi lybrate-user here are 6 ways to gain weight healthily: 1. Eating 5 to 6 meals a day in order to gain weight, start eating 5-6 meals a day by breaking them into parts. Eating a lot at once may cause indigestion if the body fails to absorb all nutrients. Eat in small amounts, even if you are not hungry and there will be an increase in appetite from day to day. The aim should be to have a generously portioned breakfast, lunch and dinner, as well as two to three snacks in between. 2. Start weight training if you build your muscles through weight training, it will convert the extra weight into lean body mass and also stimulate your appetite. The extra muscle increases the rate of metabolism. When you start exercising you will often experience extreme muscle soreness but it goes away in 3-5 days. 3. Load up on protein besides weight training, a protein-rich diet can help you gain mass. Eating a meal heavy in protein shortly after finishing exercise can be highly effective in adding extra pounds to your body. However, a diet focused only on lean protein is not helpful. It is important to make sure that your diet has plenty of fat in it. Eat foods rich in protein like cheese, meat, eggs, etc to gain weight in a healthy manner. 4. Workout your entire body a lot of people focus only on training the muscles on their arms, chest and shoulders and this is a grave error. Firstly, it will give you a disproportionate body; and it will make you prone to injuries. Therefore, it's important to work out the entire body for a complete and balanced look. 5. Drink your calories to reach the calorie requirement only by eating may be tough. Drinking milk, milkshakes or protein shakes with little or no sugar can be an effective way to load up on the calorie requirements. 6. Be patient and believe in yourself gaining weight quickly in a healthy manner is unrealistic. Every body type is different and it takes months to gain weight. Living healthy by eating the right diet will increase your strength. It is also important to keep following the routine even if you don't see any gains. Caution: junk food and fried foods must be avoided; although have a tendency to add more fat to your body but are very low in vitamins and minerals which are essentially required to keep you really fit. Hi when water enters ear and your ear has wax in the canal then the wax swells up due to water which exerts pressure on the canal walls causing blockage and pain, there can be bacterial or fungal infection which can also cause pain. Dont try cleaning your ear with an ear bud, by doing this you will be pushing wax more towards the ear drum and also traumatising the canal wall skin. Its better to visit a doctor.

No any serious issue. Avoid excessive masturbation .That’s normal – a very straight erect penis is quite rare. A slight bend to a side is called penile torsion – and is normal. It may also get curved upwards when erect. If you have the typical curve of 30 degrees or less, it shouldn’t cause trouble. But if your curve is more severe or if intercourse is painful, you may be among the 2% of men who have Peyronie’s Disease. It’s caused by scar inside penis. This scar tissue doesn’t expand and that causes the erection to curve. You might need to consult a physician in such cases. Take care.
