Anyone with high blood sugar will pass sugar in his urine. Average blood sugar of 200-250 is not good and puts on risk of complications. You can discuss problem with your treating physician or consult privately with me online.

I am suffering from last two year I have sexual problem Premature ejaculation please any treatment for ayurvedic.
Premature ejaculation is a very common complain. So the first thing you should do is breathe easy about it. If you have premature ejaculation, there is nothing wrong or over-the-top about it. It is a common condition that many men suffer from every now and then. Just because you have ejaculated prematurely today, does not mean it will happen always. Both psychological and physiological factors come into play when you talk about premature ejaculation. Unfortunately, many men feel embarrassed talking about it and do not seek help, prolonging a condition that could have been easily cured by ayurvedic medication and do some yoga exercises eat healthy nutritious diet and treatment is must.

I have been suffering sugar since 5 years then suggest me best medicine for sugar.

I have been suffering sugar since 5 years then suggest me best medicine for sugar.
No details of present medications, test reports etc. You must reduce your weight to about 64 Kg. It is not the best medicine but most appropriate and effective medicine is selected by your treating doctor taking into consideration your sugar levels, average sugar levels, HbA1c, weight and other parameters. Regular follow up, monitoring and review is a must.

I have been operated for acute appendicitis in mid October 2016 and while operating they identified small infections on the bowel, after operation they suggested to undergo colonoscopy after one month of operation. After a week of operation I still fell the minute pain on the same area sometimes. I have 2 questions which I think it is makIng me feel worried, 1. Why I am getting similar type of minute pain even after operation 2. Why colonoscopy is required and will I have any risk after the procedure.

No risk involve in colonoscopy. Avoid outside spicy and fried food. Walk about 3-5 kms daily. There should be gap of 2hrs after dinner and sleep. Small and frequent meals is of help. Keep your blood sugar controlled. Raise your bed about 4" from headend side. Get your gastroendoscopy/USG/colonoscopy done. Tab Pantium-l 1 tab empty stomach.

I daily go to gym and I have very heavy workouts can I masturbate or it is bad for my health.
After heavy workout you need to enhance dhatus while you are doing opposite by deteriorating shukra dhatu. This loss will lead to other dhatu loss.

Hi, How long have you been taking alcohol? First and foremost I would advise you to restrict alcohol intake and simultaneously meet a gastro-intestinal (GI) specialist, in person, with no further delay. He or she would be able to clinically examine you properly and may require you to go through a few diagnostics including a liver function test and USG abdomen as deems appropriate. You may also expect a referral to a neuro physician for further clinical evaluation should it require. Your ECG report being normal is indicative of no issues as such on your cardiac front. Pain in your sternum could be a referred pain owing to gastritis or issues, if any, with your liver. However, to be on the safer side, a cardiologist consultation would rule out any issues with your heart as well. As regards your gastritis issue, your GI specialist who you meet in person, shall also advise appropriately in this regard. At the same time, however, it is important that your diet and lifestyle be streamlined. You need to take more of wheat grain cereals, fresh fruits & leafy greens and ensure that the food is well cooked, bland yet tasty & easily digestible. Avoid hot, chilly, spicy & oily & greasy hard to digest foods. Also, restrict intake of tea, coffee and other high calorie foods like carbonated sugary drinks, packaged juices, sweets, pastries et al. It is good to take smaller amounts of food in regular intervals rather than taking three large meals. Sitting in ?Vajrasana? post every meal, helps digest better. Drink plenty of fluids, at least 8 ? 10 glasses of water daily and avoid taking water intermittently while eating as this will hamper effective digestion of food. Brisk walk for at least 30 to 45 minutes, 5 to 6 days a week, unless you have any other health issue or advised otherwise by your doc. Amla, ginger, mint, tulsi, ripe banana, cold milk etc also help arrest acidity & associated issues including gastritis. At the same time, you must stay relaxed and de-stress yourself through either prayer, yoga, meditation, deep breathing exercises, socializing etc all. Hope this helps. All the very best.

Hello, Thanks for the query. It has to be completely drained, cleaned and dressed. It may take a few days before all debris goes away. Simultaneously you will have to take a suitable antibiotic and if needed some pain killer also. Thanks.
