Hello, Include the following for getting better vision: Vitamins A, C, E, and minerals like copper and zinc are essential to eyesight. Get the antioxidants from dark leafy greens, egg yolks, yellow peppers, pumpkin, sweet potatoes, and carrots. Include garlic and onions. Blueberries, grapes as they have antioxidant and anti-inflammatory properties that can help improve your vision. DHA is a fatty acid found in coldwater fish like salmon, sardines and mackerel. Exercises for eyes: Warm your eyes. Rub your palms together to create heat, and then place them against your eyes for five seconds. Repeat this three times. Roll your eyes. Start by looking up and then slowly circle 10 times clockwise and 10 times counterclockwise. Focus. Hold a pen at arm's length, focus your eyes on it, and slowly bring the pen closer until it's about 6 inches away from your nose. Then slowly move it back, keeping your eyes focused on the pen, 10 times in all. Massage your temples. Using your thumb knuckles, massage your temples in small circles, 20 times in one direction and 20 in the other. Repeat the same actions above the mid-point of the eyebrows at the forehead, then below the eyes on both sides of the bridge of the nose. Take a mini-nap. Put your head back, close your eyes, and relax for 3 minutes. Insufficient sleep may weaken your vision, so shoot for 8 hours of sound sleep a night. Rest your eyes 10 minutes for every 50 minutes spent reading or in front of the computer. If your eyes feel overly tired, lie down and place cooling cucumber slices over your eyelids. Medication: Take homoeopathic medicine which will help you in preventing first and reducing the power of your eyes. Take Physostigma 6/ thrice daily for 1 month. Thereafter, revert back for further guidance.

Exercises for strengthening eye muscles: -begin by partially closing your eyes; the lids should only be halfway shut. After holding for 10-15 seconds, close your eyes very slowly. Take a few deep breaths to increase oxygen in the blood. -warm your eyes. Rub your palms together to create heat, and then place them against your eyes for five seconds. Repeat this three times. -hold a pen at arm's length. Focus your gaze on the tip of the pen. Bring the pen closer to your nose at a slow and steady pace. Repeat this exercise 5-10 times. -concentrate your vision on the tip of your nose. Then shift your gaze to an object further away, either at arm's length or 20 feet away. Then shift your eyes back to the tip of your nose. Repeat this exercise 10 times. -sit in a relaxed but upright position. Begin by look to the left-most position (without moving your head) and hold to stretch your eye muscles. Hold for 5 counts. Blink and return your gaze back to look straight in front of you. Then look to the right-most position with your gaze and hold for 5 counts. Repeat 3 times, blinking between each hold. Then, repeat this exercise looking up and then down. Do not forget about blinking. -sit in a relaxed but upright position. Look up and to your right for 5 seconds. Return your gaze to center. Look up to and to your left for 5 seconds. Return your gaze to center. Look down and to your right for 5 seconds. Return your gaze to center. Look down and to your left for 5 seconds. Insufficient sleep may weaken your vision, so shoot for 8 hours of sound sleep a night. Rest your eyes 10 minutes for every 50 minutes spent reading or in front of the computer. Applying apple cider vinegar soaked cotton balls is of the effective home made remedies for removing warts or moles. Other remedies include iodine, aloe vera cream etc. But it is better to consult a dermatologist for the same just to make sure that the lesion you are dealing with is mole itself and not any other lesion. Also it would be lot safer and effective if done under a supervision of a specialist.

Hello sir a diet full of green leafy vegetables, carrots, etc is always good since it contains various nutrients. However these don't affect your vision or number in anyway. Also, having a number is not related to your use of mobile or laptop. Overuse of these can produce strain on the eyes- due to which people will visit the eye doctor and then realize they have a number - but the use of laptop per say doesn't produce your number. Now that you have glasses, it is best to use them regularly and go for yearly check ups to see if there is any change in the number. Eye exercise may help reduce strain on the eyes, but again will not really change or reduce your number. If you don't wish to use glasses or contact lenses then you may undergo a checkup to see if you are fit for lasik surgery. Pls visit a lasik surgeon for further tests.

Frankly speaking. You cant stop d progess of catarct. It s an ageing phenomenon. Still all you can do is maintain good hydration. Eat green veggies and fruits. If you hav systemivc illness like diabetes try to keep it under normal levels. Go for a walk stay fit. Avoid eye infections.

Could be because of allergy allergy can be controlled easily using eye drops. But there are many eye drops and specific eye drops can only be prescribed after seeing the eye clinically as treatment depends on severity. Also dip a handkerchief in luke warm and keep over closed eyes. You will feel better.

Cataract specially peripheral cortical cataract can affect night vision. There are other causes of decreased night vision but then he needs to undergo a thorough detailed fundus evaluation for that. But looking at the symptoms and his age and if it's gradual progression of symptoms, cataract looks more likely. Cataract extraction along with an intraocular lens would be the solution if that is the case.
