Instead of taking same type of food everyday. Try different varieties of food. Breakfast you need to take wholesome and healthy. Do not cut down your breakfast. Have early and light dinner.

A) take 10 ml of fresh lemon juice and ginger juice along with 10 ml of honey along with 60 ml of water early in morning on empty stomach and after dinner. B) do regularly bhujangasana and pavanmuktasan regularly early in the morning on empty stomach for 15 minutes. Do this for 30 days it gives you good result thanks.

I suggest you some natural antioxidant with Vitamin C combined diet like.. green tea with lemon juice , Sprouts with slice of ginger and lemon, Lemon juice with lukewarm water that will help you weight reduction and protection from skin damage. Hi, Your body is a gift of God. I know these days finding time is difficult. But you can pull out 30 mins daily in the morning somehow. Make it a habit for life. It will make your life better and make you fitter. Apart from that cut down your daily oil and sugar intake. 4 teaspoons oil and 4 teaspoons sugar maximum in one day no more. Eat more fruits drink more water. Avoid outside food. Right now your weight is Ok, it is not too much but weight gain happens slowly. Today you can build healthy habits which will last you forever. Please do treadmill for at least 45-60 minutes daily (if possible). Keep moving as much as you can whenever you can. Keep meal portions small especially if they’re cooked. Limit your food intake which SHOULD be and ONLY be 4 times a day. Avoid sedentary life/night watching/junk foods.

It would be better for you to eat steam cooked or boiled food in order to prevent the risk of adding on the weight. • Make sure that you only steam cooks all your veggies and do not fry them when you are cooking. • You can also consume boiled chicken or fish every day, but make sure that you should never eat fried chicken or other meat.

Eat 25% less calories. Run for 10 minutes daily. Do kapalbhati for 5minutrs, daily. Do 30 crunches daily. You can not target just one area, other parts will obviously become firm as well.

Stress is another enemy for weight gain. Spend some time for yourself reading a book, listening to music etc. Thinking more only about past will still worsen the health. Make sure you eat right food at right time, never skip meals include veggie in every meal include soups, buttermilk, veg juice has mid day snacks go for a walk fr 45 min and keep sipping water.

Hi karthi - incorporate more fruits, vegetables, and whole grains into your diet while eliminating unhealthy foods. - if you are working or studying away from home, try to pack healthy lunch and snacks for yourself to avoid eating unhealthy food daily. - don't eat straight from the packet - use a plate or bowl to control how much you eat. - don't delay or skip meals. - cut down your consumption of aerated drinks and sodas. - drink at least 8 glasses of water every day. Drink water after waking up and before sleeping. Being dehydrated may make you feel like you're hungry, so it is important to stay hydrated. - have homemade fruit and vegetable juices - eat 5-6 small healthy meals every 2-3 hours, every day, instead of having a few big ones. This regulates your blood sugar level and your metabolism. - don't skip breakfast, instead, make it rich with complex carbohydrates and proteins, so it can provide you with energy to get through the day. Try to include the following as your morning breakfast, oats porridge, eggs on multigrain toast or daliya with sprouts. - avoid artificial sweeteners in processed foods. - eat slowly as it takes about 20 minutes for your brain to register if you're full or not. Eating too fast leads to overeating, so chew slowly to digest your food better and control how much you eat. - use a smaller plate to control your portion sizes and avoid overeating. - know your cravings and do not snack when you're emotional. It is said that you crave crunchy and savory food when you're stressed, frustrated or lonely. Figure out what you crave and replace them with healthier alternatives. - do not eat mindlessly; concentrate on your food instead of watching tv or playing with your phone to avoid overeating. 1. Avoid all snacks and commercial products with sugar in them - biscuits, cakes, bournvita, horlicks, coke, pepsi, energy drinks, sweetened yogurt etc. 2. Cut down on your daily intake of tea/coffee and maintain it at 3-4 cups a day. 3. Try to add little sugar to any beverage (coffee, tea, milk, lemon water etc.) that you have and ideally you should refrain from adding any sugar altogether. 4. If you have a sitting job then ensure that you do not sit for more than 30 minutes at one stretch. Get up and move a little after every 30 minutes. 5. Try to work out for 20 minutes each day. You do not necessarily have to go to the gym. You can incorporate some pretty powerful exercises in your daily routine like - squats, skipping, surya namaskar and core exercises. 6. Do not eat for 3 hours before you go to sleep. Eating before going to bed is one of the main cause of rapid weight gain. 7. Drink 8-10 glasses of water everyday but remember that tea/coffee are not substitutes for pure water.

I am 59 year old weighing 102 kg obesity. No other problem. Not eating oily and junk food. Daily going for morning walk, at least 3-4 days playing badminton also. No laziness, still working in a private company.

Hello very good to hear on the physical activity you practice. Increase the intensity of walk if possible, start doing crunches and floor exercise. Follow small meal patterns.
