Bad smell from mouth can be due to gingivitis constipation or dry mouth for gingivitis you need to get full mouth scaling done gargle your mouth with warm water adding a pinch of salt floss everyday. Dry mouth can be due to some side effect of another medication.

Sabse pehle toh aap oily spicy junk heavy or fatty food avoid kare. Khaane mei light food & salad ka use jyada kare. 3-4 km morning walk per day. Pranayama kapalbhati in the morning. 1 glass warm water with 1/2 lemon juice with 2 tea spoon honey per day before meal. For ayurvedic medicine consult in 1 month weight loss 3-4kg. Avoid spicy and fried food. Have simple easily digestible food, fruits and green leafy vegetables Try Omeprazaole 20 mg daily for 10 days and a 7 days course of Oflaxacine and Ornidazole Tablets. If no relief this may be Functional Bowel Syndrome see a Consulting Physician or Gastro enterologist

Dear, sir, I am using some antidepressants at night for anxiety problem for 3years continue. Now 40% I suffered. So I have to use. But the problem is now for health. Now my health is not good. Nd m not fit. Now I am too thin. No glamour on face. No healthy eyes. Black circle happened around eyes. Huge acidity problem after eating any food. M now very worry about that. It is good that you are taking medication for your depressive symptoms. Along with medication if you incorporate following things that will help you slowly build your relaxation response which will build your resilience. Now it is proven that depression is not purely psychological it has some chemical imbalance in your brain. Trying things mentioned below would help you slowly change your brain chemistry and regain your body's balance and healthy state. To begin with doing guided progressive muscular relaxation before sleeping will help you relax. You good google and download an audio file. I would also suggest you to take a multiple small break to take 3 nice and deep breath while keeping your eyes closed. You could do this while sitting or standing or while even walking or climbing stairs (keep your eyes open in that case). When you take a nice and deep break there is actual physiological change in your body. Thus will help you to activate parasympathetic nervous system which promotes relaxation and helps you calm down and think more clearly. This will also actually improve your performance in your work. Along with this exercise is one of the best way to relive stress and stay fit. Engage in any kind of physical activity at least 4 times a week. This also helps in stress reduction. Along with this some relaxation exercises as well as engaging in joyful activities such as music, singing, dancing, reading, being in nature, gardening, talking with friends or anything which you enjoy will help reducing stress and rejuvenation of your mind and body. Have good routine for sleep and eating. Lot of research has now proven that sugar is very harmful for our health. Reduce sugar and refined white floor in your diet as much as you could. Along with this also increase consumption of raw vegetables in the form of salad in both the meals of your day. Firstly don't lose heart. Proper care and diet will help her put on more weight and she will be healthy. 1. Give her a dose of De-Worming Syrup/tablet and repeat it after every six months. 2. Giver her any good multivitamin syrup for one month. 3. Try to give her lot of fruits and home made fruit juices. 4. Daily give her almonds/cashews/peanuts to eat. 5. You can cook halwa/kheer etc. Things that she likes. 6. Never force feed her, when she is not hungry, be patient. 7. Children are moody eaters, never make food into an ego problem. 8. Prepare different milk shakes, lassi shakes and give to her. 9. Give food/snacks every two hours. 10. Ask her what are the things she likes. Make food times as happy times. 11. Use Ghee liberally in her food. 11. Take help from neighbours/friends regarding different menus. Never lose heart. Kids are picky eaters, but you have to keep trying and it will work. Don't be sad. Be happy and keep doing different experiments, it will work. All the best.

If water is warm then it is harmful for body as honey is not suitable along with any warm product even with warm water.

DEAR Lybrate USER 1) apply mixture of garlic and lemon juice on the scalp. 2) take 200 ml of fresh buttermilk after meals. 3) take 30-40 black currants and 1 tsf of jaggery during meals. 4) take fresh juice of beet or pomegranate in morning instead of breakfast 5) take 20 ml of BHRUNGARAJASAVA and 2-2 tablets of leelavilas rasa and raktastambhak vati after meals… Do all these things for 30 days…it gives you good result…thanks.

* first correct your sitting posture. Do not bend your lower back. You can use lumber belt for support. * do regular back strength exercises. Move your clockwise and anticlock wise. * do not sleep on very soft bed, sleep on slight hard cotton mattress. * do tadasana and bhjangasana for back strengthening. Part hair into sections and apply the oil (mixture) to each section until all your hair is covered properly and evenly. 4. Wrap your hair in a warm towel (you can also use a shower cap) and leave it for two to eight hours. You can also leave it over night. This will give the oil enough time to penetrate the follicles and hydrate your scalp and hair thoroughly. 5. Wash your hair as usual using shampoo and conditioner. Make sure you rinse all the oil out of your hair. How often should you use castor oil? This depends on your objective and type of hair. If your aim is to treat hair loss, you will need to do it at least twice weekly, but even better if you can do it three or four times per week for several weeks. For split ends and increased shine, you can use the oil as a conditioner once weekly. Be careful not to use too much of it (a pea-sized amount should do) or you can end up with an over-oily scalp. For best results use unrefined castor oil, as it contains more nutrients and healing properties.

Hello, I am giving you general health advises for proper digestion: 1.Take small frequent meal kindly take 5-6 small meal in whole day 2.Take 6-8 glass of water in a day 3. Moderate physical activity regularly 4.avoid excessive tea, coffee 5. Do Not postpone Breakfast 6.Avoid food from outside, junk, fried, spicy fatty food 7.Take home made light food like moong dal, Dalia, chapatti also tell me associated symptoms like vomiting sensation, loose motion/ burning sensation in chest or any other symptoms are present or not? so that we can reach diagnosis. I suggest you easy method of weight gain just follow it for year you will gain weigh defiantly 1. Start exercise regularly for 3 month and then after 3 month leave it for 3 month at the time of exercise your diet will increase but same diet continue after 3 month when you stop exercise so thats why your weight will increase automatically now we discus about diet 2. Take dates with milk in the morning breakfast 3. Triphala kadha 4 tsp beore lunch and dinner 4. Amala juice 4 tsp + 2tsp sugar + 2tsp honey in the morning empty stomach this take for 1.5 month only your weight gain will take definitely note=avoid over eating.

Hi, Follow the following medication and guidelines----Start the treatment with single dose of Tuberculinum 1M. After 1 week of this take the below:- * First week- you should take Baryta carb 1M, 5 drops, single dose, morning empty stomach. *second week- take Thuja 1M, drops, single dose, morning empty stomach. *third week- Again take Baryta carb 1M, 5 drops, single dose, morning empty stomach. *fourth week- take Thuja 1M, 5 drops, single dose, morning empty stomach. *Take Rite -hite tablets from SBL, 2-2 tabs, two times daily. *Bio combination no. 21, 4 -4 tabs daily, two times. *Mix two tablespoons of ashwagandha powder in a glass of warm cow’s milk. 1. Add sugar or jaggery according to your taste and mix well. 2. Drink it every night before going to bed at least for 45 days to increase your height. * plenty of fluids, frequent smaller meals, yoga and exercise regime and adequate sleep is also important. Take a healthy and balanced diet. *Do yoga (especially TADASAN) and stretching exercises regularly. *Revert after 1 month.
