From last few months my digestion is not gud. I felt like to burpp again nd again. Like a gas problem. Only a normal diet make mah tummy heavy nd sometime can't sleep properly . Wht to do is this because of my schedule . Or what.

All because of tour digestive system unable to digest food properly. This can be due to excessive stress or improper food habits. 1. Do not drink water while having food and after food. Drink after 1 hour only 2. Take Sanjeevani vaṭi 2 tabs 3 times a day with Luke warm water. 3. Take mustarishta or pippalyasava 20 ml after food with equal water. 4. If having hyperacidity too, then avoid no 3 medicine and take amlapitta mishraṇ 10 ml 3 times a day. Get well soon.

Start doing surya namaskar empty stomach everyday after that eat 5 gram triphla chooran with luke warm water. Try alternative fruit fasting. One day eat only fruits, juices & water and the next day eat normal diet, try this for 60 days. Doing this for 1year will also be good and this diet has no side effects. Try not to eat anything after sunset. You are young and can also engage yourself in sports and other physical activities.

Please note that you need to treated with homeopathic medicines for your treatment and complete cure. For the time being take a dose of nux vom 200 and revert after 7 days. Avoid fast foods/cold drinks take meals in proper time always.

Hi make a paste of neem leaves and apply on the targeted pimples. If you cannot get fresh neem leaves, try to get some dried bottled neem leaves, steep for 10 minutes in warm water and use as a paste...apply pranacharya face glow on your face for 15 minutes then wash it with warm water... Take pranacharya b clean syrup 2-2 tsf twice a day. Take pranacharya allergin capsule 1-1 twice a day. Wash your face with any good ayurvedic soap containing neem etc.......

Firstly weight gain is majorly dependent on your metabolism and genetics play a definite role too. You have to be patient and give your body time to gain a healthy body weight. Even if you were to take medicines or supplements. They will not work in isolation. You have to have a calorie and nutrient dense meal. It's all about a balance of all major nutrients and not a single nutrient. So just adding a protein supplement cannot help in weight gain.

Do health check ups.If your parent is of overweight then then it could be.But if you follow these guidelines.Do regular exercise like swimming,skipping,push ups,sit ups,Eat small.But do not skip meals.Avoid fast foods,junk foods.Avoid sugar,alcohol.Take plenty of watery vegetables,whole fruits.Protein will help to reduce fat.Drink water plenty specially before meals.Avoid smoking,alcohol.These will help you but for professional guidelines consult me privately on lybrate.

Common Causes Of Missed Periods

It's anything but difficult to make a hasty judgment when you understand your period is late. In case you're attempting to conceive, you may have this feeling of incredulity. And if you're not, you may feel frustrated or disarrayed in the event that you know it is highly unlikely you could be pregnant. The truth of the matter is, however, the vast majority naturally consider pregnancy at whatever time a period is late, it may be the case that — or one of the numerous different conceivable outcomes. Here's a summary of the common causes behind a missed period:

  1. PREGNANCY: Sometimes when you miss your period, the cause maybe exactly what you think- you could be pregnant! The initial symptoms of pregnancy such as bloating of the stomach, cramping of stomach, and tenderness in breasts can resemble the feeling that you get before your periods; may create confusion whether you are actually pregnant or if your periods are a little delayed. If your periods are delayed for over 10 days, then it is better to take a home pregnancy test.
  2. STRESS: Stress can have several effects on your body such as headaches, acne, weight gain and other issues. Stress can also make you miss your periods. When you are stressed, your body synthesizes stress hormones such as cortisol and adrenaline. These elevated levels force your brain to differentiate between essential and nonessential functions of the body. The blood supply to the muscles of the body can increase while systems such as the digestive system or the reproductive system can be subdued. This results in delayed period.
  3. PCOS: Polycystic Ovary Syndrome (PCOS) is a condition that causes the body to produce more of the male hormone, androgen. Cysts form on the ovaries as a result of this hormone imbalance. This can make ovulation irregular or stop it altogether. Other hormones, such as insulin, can also get out of balance, due to insulin resistance, which is associated with PCOS. Treatment of PCOS focuses on relieving symptoms. Your doctor may prescribe birth control or other medication to help regulate your cycle.
  4. EXCESSIVE EXERCISE: Working out and maintaining fitness is a great thing to do; although when you overdo it, it restricts your body from producing enough oestrogen, the hormone that helps in completing your menstrual cycle. Thus professionals such as ballet dancers, athletes and gymnasts face a higher chance of suffering through amenorrhea (missing periods) for 3-4 months. Also if you work out too much without consuming enough calories, it can cause disruptions.
  5. ILLNESS: When your body is battling a disease such as common cold or even fever, your brain starts concentrating on the functions that are important for the body. This can contribute to missing your period.
  6. WEIGHT: If you lose excessive amount of weight without maintaining a good diet, you can deprive your body from producing oestrogen that helps build up the uterine lining. The same thing happens with eating disorders such as bulimia or anorexia. On the contrary, if you are obese, it can result in over-production of oestrogen that can stop your ovulation in totality. This may lead to heavy, irregular periods. If you wish to discuss any specific problem, you can consult a gynaecologist.

Hi lybrate-user user Scary thoughts are a complex anxiety symptoms and it creates enormous amount of anxiety. There are some steps you can take to help break the cycle of scary thoughts-- Take a few times throughout the day where you can seat comfortably and visualize your scary thought in a less threatening way. You can use humour to downplay those thoughts to less threatening thoughts. Use self - talk that reassures you that you would never carry out the thoughts you think. Try to remind yourself that it's Okay that those thoughts are there don't resist them but try to accept them as just Thoughts, and nothing more. They can't hurt you. Daily meditation is very helpful for you. If you try and work hard you can feel comfortable again in your mind. Thanks.

Kindly take kalasakadi kshayam, 3 tsf in half a glass of warm water before meals, twice a day. Take vayu gulika, 1 tab after meals with luke warm water twice a day. Continue the regime for 3 weeks. Avoid fried food, spicy food, excess tea, cold water in your diet. Good luck.

I am suffering from fear. I feel fear when I have to go other new place by train or bus. This is called as phobia, that is irrational fear. There will be no authentic reason to fear. To overcome this you have to convince yourself by saying that nothing happens . It's safe to go by bus or train. Many people travel daily. Try to accompany someone with you. Keep on practicing this type of travelling. Once you are convinced then there is no fear. Relax yourself before travelling. Give positive affirmation to yourself. If you are travelling alone, talk to the person who sits next to you. If it's a man and if you are not comfortable talking to him sit next to a lady and talk to her. By doing this you feel you are not alone. If you still feel anxious, do deep breathing exercise. This will definitely reduce your anxiety level.

Sometimes a slight pain and heavyness in breast is normal justbefore arrival of periods. But if it is paining regularly and if you can find some nodule inside. Better to go for mammography. Its just like x-ray of other organs. But it gives idea about that nodule and pain.
