Sperm colour, quantity and thickness changes according to physical condition and sexual intercourse / masturbation timing and related mental and physical conditions. Therefore, don't think too much about the thickness or quantity of sperm. If you want to know the quality of sperm, get your sperm checked for that. For Healthy Sperm, Eat More Vitamins.(Deficiencies in vitamin A have been linked to sluggish sperm and lowered fertility) Minerals.(Inadequate levels of zinc can cause lowered sperm counts), Fatty acids, Folic acid, Lycopen, and Drink a lot of Water. If im your treating doctor I can help you regarding this, if you can use zinc dose of not more than 40mg that should be safe for you once or twice a day is ok. I hope you should be knowing its uses but again breifly I should explain in few words, 1) in acute diarrhoea in children, in acute respiratory diseases, to boost your immunity. High doses above the recommended amounts might cause fever, coughing, stomach pain, fatigue, and many other problems. Avoid the use dose of tab not more than 100mg unless untill your doctor advice you.

Dear, you can easily get fitness and health by following simple and very important tips: 1. To get fitness, your digestion should work properly. If you have any disease of digestive system you should treat disease first. For proper digestion - take 10 gms powder of carom seeds (ajwain, 10 gm powder of cumin (jeera), 10 gm of rock salt. Mix them well and take 1/2 teaspoon (3-5 gm) of mixture daily after meal. Or take 1/2 teaspoon of black pepper (kali mirch), 1/ 2 tea spoon of jeera (cumin), 2-3 slice of ginger. Boil it in one glass of water for 2-3 minutes. Drink 5-10 teaspoons (15-20 ml) in morning and evening for strong digestive system. Or you can take amla powder 1 teaspoon with water for strong digestion. 2. Take a diet rich with proteins and fats. In morning, take a glass of milk added with 2 teaspoons of protein powder with breakfast. In lunch time, take 1 bowl of curd or 100 gm of cheese, a bowl of vegetable, with chapattis. In evening, take 1 glass of milk (300 ml) with 2 bananas. In night, take a bowl of careals (daal, a bowl of salad with chapattis. 3. In morning, get up early and take awalk for 10-15 minutes and exercise light weight exercises for at least 30 minutes at home or gym. 4. For proper fitness, proper sleep is very important. So you should sleep for 6-8 hours daily. 5. Avoid soft drinks, western fast food (burgers, french fries, pizza etc. They disturb your digestion. 6. Do meditation daily to calm down your stress level. Do pranayam daily. You can take long and deep breaths atleast for 10 minutes in calm and peaceful environment. I assure you that you definitely get fitness by applying these tips and lifestyle. Be healthy.

Hi, sleeping problem can be solved with homoeopathic medicines. Take medicines as prescribed and your problem will be solved. Tab tranquil (sbl) 4tabs to be chewed thrice a day 1/2 an hour after meals. Coffea cruda 200 4pills to be taken in the evening at 7 pm, then after dinner and again before sleep. Daily. Revert back for further treatment.

Dear patient, you need to control your further weight gain first for which you must do 40 mins of brisk walking daily (morning walk or evening walk before dinner) and do following diet control. Along with this homeopathic medications can help you cure this problem from root if taken regularly with detailed case taking, you can consult privately for the same with all your reports till now DO'S AND DONT'S: Avoid a sedentary life. Regular and moderate exercises daily, even for ten minutes will go a long way. Daily fast walking for 45 minutes is helpful to burn calories. Avoid a high fatty diet like cakes, biscuits, candies, chocolates, butter, cheese and sugar. Avoid fried and oily food Do not over-eat. DAILY CALORIE REQUIREMENTS: Men with inactive lifestyle : 2400 - 2500 cals Men with active lifestyle : 2800 - 3000cals Men with very active lifestyle : 3400 - 3500 cals Women with inactive lifestyle: 1900 cals Women with active lifestyle: 2150 cals Women with very active lifestyle: 2500 cals DIET CHART: Early morning: (6-7 am) : ? 1-2 glasses of Warm water with the some freshly squeezed lemon juice and after 15-20 mins you can have your morning tea. (preferably green tea) Breakfast: (9-10 am): Poha/upma/brown bread vegetable sandwhich/cornflakes with 1 bowl of seasonal fruits (avoid butter in sandwhich and excessive intake of bananas and chickoo) Lunch: (1-2 pm): it is better to start lunch with a small quantity of salad which can have sprouts into it. It helps your stomach to fill up enough so that you don?t bump into extra rotis when more hungry. It can be followed by 2 rotis, plate of cooked vegetables and 1 cup of dal. Hello,take homoeopathic medicines 1.Rhus Tox 30 (4 drops in little water) thrice a day for a week. 2.Urtica Urens 30 (4 drops in little water) thrice a day for a week and revert. Make a gap of 15 minutes in both the medicines. *Make a habit of 8-10 glasses of water daily. *If overweight,loose weight. *Eat more fruits, vegetables and whole grains. Undigested food in your digestive tract typically causes diarrhea. A high concentration of unabsorbed nutrients in your intestines prompts an influx of water, leading to diarrhea. You may experience cramps and abdominal pain associated with the diarrhea. If you are having difficulty digesting fats, you may notice your stools float in the commode water and have a greasy appearance. Chronic diarrhea is the most common symptom of malabsorption. Bloating and gas most food digestion and absorption occurs in your small bowel. Under normal circumstances, the fecal material that reaches your large bowel, or colon, has a low concentration of undigested food. With malabsorption, however, large amounts of undigested carbohydrates, fats and/or proteins are transported to your colon. The normal bacteria there feed on the undigested nutrients, releasing gases that cause abdominal bloating and increased passage of gas from your rectum. The overabundance of water in your bowels adds to the bloating you experience with malabsorption. Kindly do an stool routine and microscopic examination and meet a gastroenterologist to come to a final diagnosis.

it might be allergic conjunctivitis... proper examination neded first before advising any medications ..till then u can put itone eye drops 2-3 times daily and wash with fresh water on returning from dustful enviironment
