I am a teen ager boy and from last 2 days I am suffer to blood pressure. Its going down Please regard me what i'll do.
Hypotension is the medical term for low blood pressure (less than 90/60). A blood pressure reading appears as two numbers. The first and higher of the two is a measure of systolic pressure, or the pressure in the arteries when the heart beats and fills them with blood. Here are the home remedies for low blood pressure. Temporary relief - salt water. Salt water helps treat low blood pressure because the sodium in salt increases blood pressure. Coffee. Raisins. Holy basil. Licorice root. Beetroot juice. Almonds and milk rosemary etc temporary relief - alfalafa tonic schwabe - 2 spoon, 3 times a day.

I am 29 years old and hair is falling rapidly. Please give some suggestion to control or stop the hair falling.

I am 29 years old and hair is falling rapidly. Please give some suggestion to control or stop the hair falling.
Hair fall is mainly due to hormonal and genetic reasons. There are no homeremedies that vil help or quick responses for it. It can definitely be controlled. It's important to eat plenty of pulses, fish, meat and milk. Drink at least two litres water everyday. Exercise regularly. Don't stress out because you don't have long hair or because your hair's falling. Avoid all forms of chemicals, hot devices and blowdryers to prevent hair damage. Massage scalp and wash twice or thrice a week. Don't overshampoo, it'll spoil hair. Don't tie up wet hair and sleep, it'll get infected. If any infections, g et it treated. A thorough blood check up is needed to eliminate autoimmune, hormonal and nutritional diseases. Apart from this, treatment may b needed in resistant cases.

Hye, thanks for the query. Being underweight can be a concern if it's the result of poor nutrition. Here are some healthy ways to gain weight when you're underweight: eat more frequently. When you're underweight, you may feel full faster. Eat five to six smaller meals during the day rather than two or three large meals. Choose nutrient-rich foods. As part of an overall healthy diet, choose whole-grain breads, rice and cereals; fruits and vegetables; dairy products; lean protein sources; and nuts. Don't fill up on diet soda, coffee and other drinks with few calories and little nutritional value. Instead, drink smoothies or healthy shakes. Snack on nuts, dried fruits and fresh fruits. Even when you're underweight, be mindful of excess sugar and fat. An occasional slice of cake or ice cream is fine. But most sweets should be healthy and provide nutrients in addition to calories. Sheera, lassi and chikki are good choices. Exercise, especially strength training, can help you gain weight by building up your muscles. Exercise may also stimulate your appetite.

Hello lybrate-user, please stop using those foam and capsules. Better go for natural treatment like: apply aloe vera over your scalp and massage it for 4-5 mins. This will provide nourishment to your scalp skin, hair roots, and make your hair healthy and thick too.
