Gud eve sir, My age 45 years, male, has under gone lab test Glucose (Fasting & PP) on 2nd Feb at New Delhi. Glucose (Fasting) result is 99 and Glucose PP result is 90. It is my general impression that Glucose PP should be more than the Glucose Fasting and both results should be in normal range. However, in my case Glucose PP is below than the Fasting. I gave sample for Glucose PP after about 2 hrs 10 minutes of taking good quantity of food (4 chapatis, dal and mix vegetable & about one spoon of sugar). My height is 172 cm and weight is 65 kg. There is no history of diabetes in the family. My job is desk job (about 9-10 hrs a day). Sir, please advice whether the result are OK or I need any medication or precaution to avoid diabetes. Hello doctor, I am diabetic for the last 12 years. I am 63 years old. My recent sugar levels are FBG 120 mg PPBG 140. HBA1c is 6.2. I am taking daily one table glyciphage 500 mg before breakfast, one tablet before lunch and one tablet before dinner which is prescribed by my doctor. In addition, I am also taking Telvas 40 mg for BP and one tablet of Calchek-5 and one vitamin tablet. Daily I will go for walking for 40 minutes. Walnuts may help reduce not only the risk of prostate cancer, but breast cancer as well. In one study, mice that ate the human equivalent of 2.4 ounces of whole walnuts for 18 weeks had significantly smaller and slower-growing prostate tumors compared to the control group that consumed the same amount of fat but from other sources.

Walnuts contain the amino acid l-arginine, which offers multiple vascular benefits to people with heart disease, or those who have increased risk for heart disease due to multiple cardiac risk factors.

As a result, there is a leakage of protein in the urine. Consequently, kidneys get damaged. Urine showing small amounts of protein is an indication of kidney damage. The symptoms of renal disorder due to diabetes include itching, fatigue, urine with protein, swelling of feet and ankles and pale skin colour.
