I had a problem of masturbating very often, 1 time a week, due to which I became quite skinny. Sir now I have stopped it totally since last 3 months, still there is no change in my physique, what to do?

In order to minimise the after-effects of over-masturbation you can take homoeopathic cinchona officinalis 30 or china 30, 5 drops, thrice daily in empty stomach. This medicine will help to fight the seminal & physical debility caused by the sexual exertion created by over-masturbation.

For High BP and diabetic people which form of exercise is more appropriate Yoga or gym.

For High BP and diabetic people which form of exercise is more appropriate Yoga or gym.
Yoga is what I recommend to my patients. Basically, when you exercise regularly, it is all good, but once the gym membership is over, all exercises cease. This has a bad affect on health and diabetes. Yoga is something which doesn't need sophisticated equipments and can be easily done as per the patients convenience. Amongst exercises, swimming is the best.

Microdermabrasion vs Chemical Peel - Which Method Is Best For Your Skin?

Microdermabrasion vs Chemical Peel - Which Method Is Best For Your Skin?

Many factors come into play when evaluating the health of our biggest organ, the skin.  It is always exposed to external elements and hence sustains most potential damage. When choosing the proper treatments and products to enhance your skin, you should take into consideration such factors as skin pigmentation, acne, fine lines, wrinkles, skin sensitivities, oiliness or dryness. Exfoliation procedures can be physical or chemical. Which is best for you? The best way to decide on Microdermabrasion vs Chemical Peel is to review the benefits and expectations of each procedure.

Microdermabrasion
Microdermabrasion is the most common physical method for removing the very superficial level of the skin. It is a manual exfoliation of the epidermis to remove dead skin cells, debris and impurities. Normally, an instrument, which combines suction and a wand made of diamond or small crystal particles, is used to remove these from the skin.

Microdermabrasion produces instant results, but may not be a good choice for inflamed, sensitive or rosacea type skin. In such cases look for resurfacing methods that utilize a dermafile, a manual exfoliation using diamond files. This technique reduces breakage of capillaries in someone with thin or sensitive skin. Microdermabrasion encourages collagen stimulation and a more rapid cell turnover in the skin.

Microdermabrasion wands consist of two main types:

  1. Crystal tip – A mixture of fine aluminum crystals are used to abrade the skin, as the cells and debris are blown away.
  2. Diamond tip  – Very fine diamond particles are used to remove any dead cells, oils, or debris, as these are also suctioned away.

What can I expect from Microdermabrasion?

Microdermabrasion should leave the skin’s surface velvety smooth, soft, bright and glowing. This rejuvenation method is instant and in rare cases, a pinkness or sensitivity may occur a few hours directly after the procedure, lasting less than 24 hours.  Microdermabrasion is a workhorse of all rejuvenation procedures.  Although it is primarily used on the face, it can be used on any part of the body, from the neck to chest, to hands, etc.  Microdermabrasion is frequently done on the same day prior to other rejuvenation procedures for maximum benefits.

Chemical Peel
Chemical peels use topical applications of peeling solutions to rejuvenate the skin, address fine lines and wrinkles, pigmentation, tone and texture. They allow for cells that make collagen to function more effectively and remove any damage caused by the sun and other external forces that always act on our skin. Chemical peels are the preferred method in general for the treatment of the following;

  1. Counter fine lines and wrinkles
  2. Issues with skin pigmentation due to age or sun damage
  3. Acne and some acne scars
  4. General improvement in the skin’s texture, tightness and overall appearance

How do Chemical Peels work?
Whenever we take a step outside, or take a ride in a car our skin is exposed to harsh elements, pollutants, and harmful ultraviolet rays. With exposure to these elements, the skin is potentially damaged, leading to the aged appearance.

Chemical peels remove damaged cells; stimulate the growth of the new skin cells and collagen production. Different peels are used for different purposes. They can and should be customized for each patient’s particular skin types and problems. There are wonderful new combination peels that are safe, effective and have minimal down time. Anyone undergoing a chemical peel must stay out of the sun from 6 – 10 days and needless to say continue to use sun block.

Microdermabrasion vs Chemical Peel
It is always best to consult your physician when determining what will work best for your individual case and to help you accomplish your rejuvenation and/or skin-improvement goals. In case you have a concern or query you can always consult an expert & get answers to your questions!

Hi i am suffering with keratitis pilaris ,those marks are very high on my back and upper arms. Can I get rid of these marks and I can't even put mega sleep dress.

Hi i am suffering with keratitis pilaris ,those marks are very high on my back and upper arms. Can I get rid of these...
Hi, Keratosis pilaris or “chicken skin” is a common skin condition that causes patches of rough-feeling bumps to appear on the skin. These tiny bumps or pimples are actually dead skin cells plugging hair follicles. These bumps sometimes appear red or brown in color. Chicken skin is commonly found on the upper arms, thighs, cheeks, or buttocks. Chicken skin isn’t contagious and these bumps don’t usually cause any discomfort or itching. First we should know what is skin & skin infections? Skin is a THERMO-REGULATORY organ in our body. Basically whenever you have get allergens in your body through perspiration or sweating automatically Toxins will thrown out. But when you get any skin infections it is actually because of lower IMMUNE (Antibodies -igG, igM etc) response of your body. First diagnose whether it is allergic dermatitis or fungal infections or Eczema or psoriasis -it's a acute ringworm or else any chronic disease. Because chronic disease like psoriasis or Eczema are deep skin layer diseases. First we should know beneath the SKIN there are deep skin layers like EPIDERMIS and DERMIS .so when your allergies goes into deep layers it's called as chronic skin diseases. Normally every skin disease starts as some fungal or bacterial infection then you apply any ointments or any medicated lotions -it will clear for some days then whenever you stop medication it will reappear after sometime because your infections will suppressed in deep layers. That's why it will reappear again &again. So first consult a homeopathy doctor after diagnosing he will give a constitutional remedies for permanent cure without any side effects.

I have excessive hairloss problem please suggests what can I do for this problem..

BHMS

I have excessive hairloss problem please suggests what can I do for this problem..
Hi. It's normal to lose up to 100 hair per day, and in most people, those hairs grow back. But many men -- and some women -- lose hair as they grow older. You can also lose your hair if you have certain diseases, such as thyroid problems, diabetes, or lupus. If you take certain medicines or have chemotherapy for cancer, you may also lose your hair. Other causes are stress, a low protein diet, a family history, use of bore water, or nutritional deficiencies. Need to rule out any causative factor or underlying medical condition. Management: Take diet rich in protein like non-veg, eggs (it's loaded with essential nutrients such as proteins, vitamin b12, iron, zinc and omega 6 fatty acids in large amounts and biotin), different pulses & legumes, sprouts, nuts (sp. Walnuts and almonds); iron-rich food like green vegetables, dates, carrots, prunes, green peas; also oats, shrimp, take flaxseeds, sunflower seeds, sesame seeds, green tea, soyabean, fruits, salads, etc. Take low-fat dairy products (they also contain whey and casein, two high-quality protein sources) take proper 6-9hrs of sound sleep. Give up the habit of smoking and excessive alcohol intake. Avoid junk food and any kind of beverages (tea, coffee, aerated drinks, cold drinks, etc.) avoid canned/ tinned food or food that contains preservatives (eat fresh ones). Avoid use of hard water to wash the head rather use boiled water for head wash. Avoid use of harsh hair colour, hair treatment like rebonding, straightening, perming, etc. Avoid vigorous exercises or any supplements provided by the gym! cover your head with scarf or cap while stepping outside. Use rose wood/ any wooden hair comb to brush your hair. Regularly massage head and hair with coconut oil, almond oil (depending upon your scalp type) 1 to 3 times a week. Regular exercising is also one of the important point, but should be done under some good, qualified yoga teacher or instructor for proper guidance; it also releases the stress/ tension in the mind and the body and keeps you fit and young! Medication: Take homoeopathic medicines - Schwabe's Wiesbaden 200 & Alfalfa tonic twice a day for 1 month and revert. Use Schwabe's Arnica shampoo and Hair Growth oil regularly as per the condition of your scalp (minimum 3 times a week). After shampooing, use Bakson's Arnica hair conditioner as well after every head wash.
