Hi! 1. You need to use a good sunblock properly 2. Get blood levels of Vit B12 done. A deficiency will make skin more sensitive to sunlight. The best way to get your skin glowing is to increase oxygen circulation in your body with the help of exercises, yoga. Taking break between hectic work schedule and splashing your face with cold water 2-3 times a day is helpful. Drink plenty of water throughout the day. Have a balanced diet, eat more iron and zinc containing foods like dates, nuts and dry fruits. Include Skimmed milk, cottage cheese, lentils in diet. Vitamin C, Zinc and Vitamin B are important nutrients for great skin. So include lot of fresh fruits, vegetables and whole grains in your daily diet.

In case of oily face, you need to wash your face often with any mild face wash, better if you can use, any herbal scrub/powder. Try to avoid taking oily food, spicy food, take more water, apply miltani mitti with rose water face pack/alovera gel/pudheena leaves paste, with few drops of lemon juice, for 30 min. Daily & wash after that with normal water, will help you better. Take all, bland diet, green leafy veg, fruits.

You may be having fungal infection. The treatment is simple. You have to take anti fungal tablets and creams for few weeks following which it resolves. Do not apply soap on that area and do not self treat with over the counter steroid creams. Kindly send photos for accurate diagnosis or visit a dermatologist. If this is fungal infection, it needs to be treated as early as possible as it will spread further on your body and also to other people in the household.

Hi My skin tone is not so oily and not so dry. But I also don't know what exactly it is. Whenever I go to parlour I got confused which facial or cleanup will suit me and will give soft, supple and radiant glow to my face. Because of this hot climate my skin gets tan very easily and it looks like black very dullness on my face.

It is important to assess the severity and level of sundamage before choosing a treatment. The damage can be superficial/deep/mixed. Get yourself assessed by a specialist for a specific treatment (peels/laser/dermabrasion/medicines). A sunscreen is a must throughout the year with spf 30 or above. It has to be applied twice daily (morning and noon) atleast 20 mins before stepping out in sun. Use sunshades as glasses/umbrella (black). Hydrate yourself in this season for your skin to glow.

Simply clean intestines once a week by Tarunikusumakar chooran. Eat less salt, spice n oily food. Apply pure fresh aloevera gel (garden/ pot) on face after washing face normally. Allow to dry or keep overnight. Do for 4 weeks. Then get 'varnyadi gana'herbal powder for clean face. It's combo of ten herbs in classic Ayurveda for fairness.

I am 64 years old man. I have undergone cabg in 2012. Now my tsh level is 6.5. Earlier 6 months back it was 14. I have been taking tablet thyronorm 25 mcg since last 6 months. My weight is 58 kg. Taking following medicines: nebicard 2.5 1-0-0. Ecosprin75mg 0-1-0. Stiloz50mg. 1-0-1. Crevast 5mg 0-0-1 and also taking flodart plus for B.P.H. (middle lobe enlargement) psa less than 2. In hypothyroidism:-- where there is deficiency of thyroxine hormone leading to sluggishness, tired feeling, weight increase, slow heart beats, intolerance to cold, swelling of legs, feet and face, difficulty in concentrating and at times in speech. Treatment for hypothyroidism is giving thyroxine tablets. And dose are according to level of thyroid for life time. Avoid bad habits . Avoid stress. Some Relax during work. Go for walk, Take plenty of water, high-carbohydrate foods such as potatoes, rice, pasta and bread. Nutrient-rich foods that improve your health may also benefit your thyroid gland, antioxidant-rich fruits and vegetables more plenty of water: Blueberries, tomatoes, bell peppers, and other foods rich in antioxidants can improve overall health and benefit the thyroid gland. Eating selenium-rich foods, such as sunflower seeds or Brazil nuts, can be beneficial. Tyrosine: This amino acid is used by the thyroid gland to produce T3 and T4. Taking a supplement may help, avoid oily foods,junk foods, go for walk. Do Tests every 3 to 6 months. And consut doctor on time.
