Hello, you can take homoeopathic medicines 1. Ruta 30 (4 drops in little water) every morning empty stomach only one dose in a day for a week. 2. Rhus tox 30 (4 drops in little water) thrice a day for a week. 3. Calci aid (bakson) (2tabs) thrice a day for a week and update. Keep a gap of 15 - 20 minutes in both the medicines.

I am suffering from back pain since last week. And headache. Please help me to recover this.

Requires detailed investigation and examination Preliminary investigations suggested: hb, tlc, dlc, esr, blood sugar fasting & pp, uric acid vit d urine r/e x-ray of the affected part. Anyway it may be tried sleep on a hard bed with soft bedding on it. Spring beds, folding beds or thick mattress are harmful use no pillow under the head. Do hot fomentation paracetamol 250mg od & sos x 5days. Caldikind plus 1tab od x10. Do neck, back, knee & general exercises. It may have to be further investigated. Do not ignore it. Let it not become beginning of a bigger problem. Make sure that patient is not allergic to any of the medicines that he/she is going to take. If it does not give relief in 4-5 days, inform.

I have done ACL Reconstruction operations before 4 month .to day I am OK. But Dr. Says you are not do fast walking and running at least 1 years. Pl suggest any idea for fast recovery.

I M working as systems administration from last 5 years and now I M suffering from back achieve fromm last 1 year. After consulting doctor they did scanning and every thing but nothing they found. They are telling now it may be gastric issue. Is that possible to get back pain because of gastric Kindly advise.

Yes possible but according your work that may be due to long sitting and bad posture. So avoid long sitting and toward bending, lifting heavyweight. Do stretching exercise of spine and legs in daily routine. Do hot fermentation and rest. If it work then ok otherwise tk physiotherapy treatment for immediate relief. If your all test ok.

I am 27 year old male and I have pain in my right shoulder for last two year. I can not rotate my hand properly ,if I raise my hand above eighty degree I got a jerk in my right hand. What can I do?

Shoulder pain can be a result of injury or disease of the shoulder joint. Injury can affect any of the ligaments, bursae, or tendons surrounding the shoulder joint. Injury can also affect the ligaments, cartilage, menisci and bones of the joint. Some shoulder pain can be treated at home. Icing the shoulder for 15 to 20 minutes, three or four times a day for two to three days can help reduce pain. Use an ice bag or wrap ice in a towel (putting ice directly on your skin can cause frostbite). Rest the shoulder and avoid any movements that might cause pain. Simple shoulder exercises can help to stretch and strengthen muscles and rotator cuff tendons. A physiotherapist can show you how to do them properly. Please consult a physiotherapist for detail assessment and management of your condition. Bet wishes.

Are you overweight? Do you feel that your knee is unstable? there may be 2 reasons, either meniscus/Ligament tear or cartilage problem. Most common causes are these, whereas other cause may also be present. You will need some medicines and some exercises.

I have pain in my back from last 20 days. I feel pain while I bend towards front down side. So I can't bend front down side. What should I do?

Hi, thanks for your query and welcome to lybrate. I am Dr. Akshay from fortis hospital, new delhi. You are very young to actually have persistent back pain. If you have localized back pain with no other symptoms like radiating leg pain, neurological symptoms like numbness, weakness, paresthesias etc, then you can start with following recommendations for initial period of 2-3 weeks: - to maintain proper posture of your back while working and sleeping - if pain is more then you can take a short course of an anti-inflammatory medication like tab etoshine or paracetamol or one which suits you, you can also add a muscle relaxant for 5-7 days - physical therapy initially under supervision of a trained physiotherapist and then to continue at home - adequate calcium & vitamin d intake if levels are low in body - ice packs can applied if your pain is acute, then hot fomentation can be done at home - analgesic spray for local application can be used and is easily available. - avoid lifting heavyweight/ acute forward bending in mornings etc we will observe you for next 2-3 weeks how you respond to this conservative management protocol. If you are not feeling better, then we will have to get some investigations like, dynamic x rays of lower back and few blood tests for evaluation. I am 18 year old female and have pain in hand for last 2 years. Recently l consult a doctor and he found that I am effected with CTS (carpal tunnel syndrome) and gave me medicine methycobal500 mcg and lyser forte saying that surgery is not necessary. I am having back pain from last 2-3 days. I work in an office & I do my work sitting on the chair throughout the day. Why it is paining. How to cure this? But I don't feel pain when I am walking.

Most of the sedentary sitting job people suffer from back ache. Please do start with general exercise routine like yoga or swimming or spine strengthening exercises. You are overworking your spine! Please do some justice for your body!

Hello, i, m 24 year old male. My problem is that I had an accident of my right knee before 4 year and my acl and meniscus (both are of 3rd degree) got tear. And right now im very busy in my job so I can not go for surgery. But after 8 moths I will make my surgery done. So I want to know that is there any problem in delaying the surgery?

Don't walk too much. Don't stand for long. Do not change your posture too quickly. Do not sit in the floor. Walk slowly. And by homoeopathic treatment this can b relieve.

Waht do we do for the conservative management of hillsach or benkart lesion? Other than surgery would I go physiotherapy?

If you have bankart and hillsachs, best treatment is surgery. Other treatments are not useful. You have to avoid position which cause pain or dislocation. You must visit shoulder Arthroscopy surgeon.

hello Jafri, some tips for you 1) Do massage with warm sesame oil or suitable oil for 15 min., afterwards take hot fomentation for 10 min. 2) Start natural calcium supplement. 3) Do regular stretching exercise 4) In yoga DO BHUJANGASAN, HALASAN & SURYANAMASKAR. This will give you relief in mild to moderate cases. Give feedback after 7 days. X ray or MRI of back is needed if pain continues consult with report if needed

Prop up one foot on a box or low stool when you're standing for a long time. Use a chair that provides support for your back, or tuck a little pillow behind your lower back. Tips to improve balance/alignment/motion: lift your leg so your thigh is parallel to the ground while touching a wall. Hold it for five breaths. For alignment, move side to side while sitting on a balance ball. For motion, try moving forward and backward on the ball. Consult for homoeopathic treatment.

I'm 50 years old female. For last one year I'm feeling like my left breast increasing in size. And light pain in muscles.

Good question. After the age of 50 all the females should undergo regular chekup of their breast by a surgeon. In adition they wil advice you memography which is somthing like x ray to rulout tumor (cancer). I think every six month you should do it. Do anyone from your family has cancer of breast than you may have more chances of that. If you do not have any kids than also chances of breast cancer increases. In adition if you have not given breastfeeding to your kids than also chances of cancer breast are more.

I am 30 years old. I have pain in my back teeth. I had done rct on this teeth 2 months before. But pain back after 2 months. What can I do.

Sir you can have pain in any other teeth or some gum infection but pain after rct should not be there if so go for an x-ray of the tooth problem can be diagnosed.
