Hi , acne happens due to oily skin. On an already oily skin if you apply moisturizers, you are bound to get acne. First of all stop both the moisturizing cream and cetaphil soap as both of them will be making your skin more oily and ultimately leading to pimples. If you can send across a picture of the acne, I will be able to suggest you better medicines that suit acne prone skin. Once you send a picture, I can judge the severity of the acne and give medicines accordingly. Those medicines will help reduce the acne.

As we grow older we need less food to do the normal duties. I suggest you find ways to avoid sugars, move onto low carbohydrate diet and keep only small meals 3-4 times a day. Especially at night. During the day he should try to do as much house work as possible, until he can start walking outside the house and if possible start exercising as guided by the regular cardiologist (heart doctor) you are consulting. Wish you all the best.

What you see and feel depends on the type of psoriasis you have. You may have just a few of the signs and symptoms listed below, or you may have many.

- Skin looks like it is burned.
-Most (or all) of the skin on the body turns bright red.
-Body cannot maintain its normal temperature of 98.6° F.
- Person gets very hot or very cold.
-Heart beats too fast.
-Intense itching.
-Intense pain.

If it looks like a person has erythrodermic psoriasis, get the person to a hospital right away its very emergency. The person’s life may be in danger

Kindly visit a psychiatrist who will after proper evaluation confirm if it is a case of anxiety or depression. As just one or two symptoms does not make it a diagnose of anxiety or depression. Medicines prescribed by doctor would help. You can along with above consult a clinical psychologist who can help you teach strategies to overcome stress and anxiety and think positively.

Ideally gym should be avoided. But you may start after 6 months of surgery. Avoid vigrous weight lifting exercises.

I have cough. Cough increases only in cold. In night when I am on bed its normal and in day time it increases. I have this problem since 2 years. I take treatment from but they told me yiu have infection. I had test my blood and urine all normal.

One of the simplest home remedies for a cough is to cut onions. Breathing in the strong vapors can help stop coughing. You can a make a cough syrup from baked onion juice, comfrey tea and honey. Drink it daily to get relief from a dry cough. Another option is to combine one-half teaspoon of onion juice with one teaspoon of pure honey. Swallow this solution at least twice a day to alleviate a cough and soothe your throat. This will be medicine to you.

Hi here are 6 ways to gain weight healthily: 1. Eating 5 to 6 meals a day in order to gain weight, start eating 5-6 meals a day by breaking them into parts. Eating a lot at once may cause indigestion if the body fails to absorb all nutrients. Eat in small amounts, even if you are not hungry and there will be an increase in appetite from day to day. The aim should be to have a generously portioned breakfast, lunch and dinner, as well as two to three snacks in between. 2. Start weight training if you build your muscles through weight training, it will convert the extra weight into lean body mass and also stimulate your appetite. The extra muscle increases the rate of metabolism. When you start exercising you will often experience extreme muscle soreness but it goes away in 3-5 days. 3. Load up on protein besides weight training, a protein-rich diet can help you gain mass. Eating a meal heavy in protein shortly after finishing exercise can be highly effective in adding extra pounds to your body. However, a diet focused only on lean protein is not helpful. It is important to make sure that your diet has plenty of fat in it. Eat foods rich in protein like cheese, meat, eggs, etc to gain weight in a healthy manner. 4. Workout your entire body a lot of people focus only on training the muscles on their arms, chest and shoulders and this is a grave error. Firstly, it will give you a disproportionate body; and it will make you prone to injuries. Therefore, it's important to work out the entire body for a complete and balanced look. 5. Drink your calories to reach the calorie requirement only by eating may be tough. Drinking milk, milkshakes or protein shakes with little or no sugar can be an effective way to load up on the calorie requirements. 6. Be patient and believe in yourself gaining weight quickly in a healthy manner is unrealistic. Every body type is different and it takes months to gain weight. Living healthy by eating the right diet will increase your strength. It is also important to keep following the routine even if you don't see any gains. Caution: junk food and fried foods must be avoided; although have a tendency to add more fat to your body but are very low in vitamins and minerals which are essentially required to keep you really fit. First of all you should follow some basic thing 1. Avoid=hot and cold at time 2. Less the sugar as much as possible if you want to eat sweet take juggery which is black 3. Do not drink water after meal drink at the time of meal sip by sip up to 150 ml 4. Avoid late night sleep 5. Panchamrut parpati 1 tab before lunch and dinner 6. Audumbaravleha 2 tsp before lunch and dinner.

HI Lybrate USER. 1) apply equal quantity mixture of fresh lemon juice and garlic juice on white spots…. Leave it for 30-45 minutes…. After that wash it with lukewarm water. Do this 2 times in a day. Do this for 15 days. It gives you good result. Thanks.

Advice. Avoid sitting cross legged. Avoid squatting- quadriceps exercises- lie straight, make a towel role and put it under the knee, press the keen against the role, hold it for 20 secs. Repeat 20 times twice a day. This will help relieve some pain. Core strengthening exercise- straight leg raised with toes turned outward, repeat 10 times, twice a day. Hams stretching- lie straight, take the leg up, pull the feet towards yourself, with a elastic tube or normal belt. Repeat 10 times, twice a day. Sports taping- stretch the tape from both ends and apply on the affected area contrast fomentation (hot and cold).
