Vitamin E is required to nourish damaged hair and to prevent breakage. It aids the body’s ability to manufacture keratin within hair strands to reduce breakage. Hi Lybrate. My brother is 17 years old in 11th standard having some behavioral issues. From last 2 years we notice his behavior is totally change. Always irritating, Replying in anger. Poor performance in studies day by day as compare to 2 years before. Roaming with friend late night. After noticing these changes we have doubt that his friend circle is not good and also taking drugs or alcohol also. We also go through his blood test report as under. Please suggest. Erythrocyte Sedimentation Rate (ESR) is 42 mm/Hr. HB-12.1 gm/dl, MCH-30.5, Mean Corpuscular Volume (MCV) is 79.2 fl, SGOT/AST-56.7 IU/L, SGPT/ALT - 50.9 IU/L, VITAMIN B12 Level (cyanocobalamin)-292.0 pg/ml. Platelet count 1.69 lacs/cu. Mm.Serum Uric Acid-6.2 mg/dl. Other things are normal in report. Please suggest as we are really worried.

Hi, I can help you with the behavioral aspet of your brother. For medicine, I would suggest you to seek help of certified doctor. Chances are that there could be something bothering him, something which is unresolved in his head. Another possibility is peer pressure. Peer pressure is when we get influenced by people of our age, friends, collegues etc. Many a times in order to keep others happy, we end up doing things they expect from us. Most of the times there is disagreement within ourselves that keeps us frustrated, irirtated and angry. Try and know the reason if possible. It's been 2 years and he still hasn't shared it. I would suggest you to seek help of a counsellor. It will be easy for him to open up infront of a nuetral body and a professional will be able to give you better results.

Follow a proper diet and exercise routine. Avoid the intake of excess salt, sugar, sweet, fried, oil, ghee, butter and other foods that have fats. Include cabbage soup in your daily diet. Take flax seeds water daily. Climb stairs instead of taking the lift. Do suryanamaskar, as it concentrates on the whole body. Consult me privately if need be. Take Homoeopathy medicines for permanent results. Follow up after 15-20 days with your feedback to plan the further line of treatment.

You have become very sensitive and high strung to feel this much of irritability at slight noises and disturbances. It means that you are very scared about something and want to be in control to somehow lessen the fear. These sounds will become disturbing, and instead of relating to your fear, you may be getting angry, and people will become less tolerant of you. In the meantime the fear is not dealt with and there is more fear happening: sounds like a vicious cycle, I guess. But my biggest concern is this talking to yourself. It means the stress is very high. Right now you are aware that you talk to yourself but later the condition may become so adverse that you may not know that you are doing this and that can be very problematic. Meet with a psychiatrist and a counselor and discuss your problems and symptoms. They will help you deal with the issues and decide, if medication is required. Please cooperate and be sensible about seeking help. Do not delay as it can get worse and make the problem too difficult to treat in an advanced state. Also do not discontinue the therapy until it is advised by the counselor.

Dear to decrease your weight you have to do work out daily. Try the remedies below they can help u. 1. Mix three teaspoons of lemon juice, one teaspoon of honey, and one-half teaspoon of black pepper powder in one glass of water. 2. Drink it in the morning on an empty stomach. 3. Do this daily for at least three months. 4. Drink mint tea or make a paste of green mint with some simple spices and eat during meals. 5. Eat vegetables such as bitter gourd and drumsticks to control obesity. 6. Do bhujang asana, dhanurasana, naukasana, kumbhakasana, pavanamukthasana daily 10 min per asana. 7. Do running early morning daily and join aerobics in evening. 8. Avoid oily and fried foods, processed foods, fatty foods like butter, purified butter, cheese, whole-milk yogurt, cream, chocolate, etc. 9.Replace refined flour with whole-wheat flour and rice with brown rice or parboiled rice.

For a light fever of one day, what were the investigations done and what are the reports. Initially all that you can try is Bed rest, plenty of oral fluids. Paracetamol Tablets 500 mg about 3 times if necessary for 2-3 days. Maintain record of mouth temperature about 4 times a day. 7 AM, 11 AM 6 PM and 10 PM If record shows above 99 degree F, See a physician.

Pimples/ acne vulgaris is a chronic inflammatory skin disease which develops due to blocking of the hair follicles in skin. For pimples and to remove scars take following med. This may be due to weakness, loss of sleep and anxiety. Take sleep at lest 8 hours daily and drink plenty of water. Eat nutritious food and at least one fruit daily. Do eye strain work in natural light. Do eye exercise to enhance blood circulation of that area.

I will suggest you to eat nutritious home made food with adequate fluid intake and avoid spicy food items and not to eat nonveg and junk food and we also need to avoid peanuts and potatoes in our daily diet atleast for a month.

Hello, any one thing does not lead to weight loss. Honey is a natural sweetner and contains natural sugar so this does not promote weight loss. Lemon water is used as a detox for the body. Weight loss is the result of a holistic approach that includes- 1. Balanced diet rich in proteins and fibre like- egg, chicken, fish, milk, curd, paneer, sprouts, oats, wholegrain cereals and pulses, fruits and vegetables (fibre) 2. Hello.... For lossing weight eat healthy diet.. Prefer whole grain food like oats, barley, ragi, brown rice, whole wheat bread...... Drink lots of water......... Prefer skimmed milk and milk products because its less in fat....... If you are non veg then prefer lean meat and also avoid yellow part of egg........ Stop regular tea.. Prefer green tea.. Take it after every meal to reduce weight. Take atleast 5 cups of it daily......... Start morning walk or yoga or you can join gym....... Avoid carbohydrate in diet.... Prefer protein..... Avoid junk food and cold drinks.... Avoid sweets and bakery products..... Eat 2 apples daily.. It burns fat very fast..... Avoid mango, banana, cheeku, cheese, extra oil....... Do regular exercise like yoga, weight lifting, push ups and other muscle building exercise. Increase eating and more frequently than before. Use whole cream milk. Take nutritional supplement. Use extra refined foods. Eat dense fruits, vegetables. Take more fish, egg, meat etc. Add ghee, butter etc with foods. Avoid smoking, alcohol. Take proper rest.

Weakness is a common problem of DM & cardiac patients, Continue cobadex forte. Due to medicines also you may feel weakness but you have to continue medicines.

1) maintain a regular sleep routine go to bed at the same time. Wake up at the same time. Ideally, your schedule will remain the same (+/- 20 minutes) every night of the week. A good sleep hygiene routine promotes healthy sleep and daytime alertness. 2) avoid sleeping during the daytime. It can disturb the normal pattern. 3) avoid caffeine, nicotine, and alcohol near bedtime. While alcohol may speed the onset of sleep, it creates problems in he second half of sleep. 4) exercise can promote good sleep. Exercise should be taken in the morning or late afternoon. Yoga, can be done before bed to help. 5) have a quiet, comfortable bedroom. Set your bedroom thermostat at a comfortable temperature. Generally, a little cooler is better than a little warmer. Turn off the tv and other extraneous noise that may disrupt sleep. Background'white noise' like a fan is ok. If your pets awaken you, keep them outside the bedroom. Your bedroom should be dark. Turn off bright lights. Have a comfortable mattress. 6) avoid heavy meals close to bedtime. 7) ensure adequate exposure to natural light. 8) avoid emotionally upsetting conversations and activities before trying to go to sleep. Do not think of, or bring your problems to bed. 9) stop using all your digital devices and stop looking at digital screens be it mobile phones or televisions at least 1 hour before the time you plan to sleep. Instead try reading a fiction book near bedtime so it makes you help relaxed and de-stressed.
