Dear Sir I have sensitive and oily skin I am suffering from last month with irritation or burn in my face so being lots of pimple in my face and that same situation created two times since last two year and that situation created lots of pimple and acne and that sized are so big with pain and is a create black spot it disappear have long times but after sometimes I take some care and result gets no pimple for six to eight month but my marriage has fixed and I have only one month or since last month I have suffering some stomach gastric problem so that I have lots of pimple and being daily more and more so I have tried to controlled that but it can't controlled so I goes to dermatologist he gives tablet of azithromycin and minoz 65 and some oil free facewash for fifteen days but no effect from that so I am disappointed my marriage date is so close pls help me to controlled pimple and acne and also I have some anxiety and late night sleeping so that can create problem acne or pimple.

Hi make a paste of neem leaves and apply on the targeted pimples. If you cannot get fresh neem leaves, try to get some dried bottled neem leaves, steep for 10 minutes in warm water and use as a paste...apply pranacharya face glow on your face for 15 minutes then wash it with warm water.. Take pranacharya b clean syrup 2-2 tsf twice a day. Take pranacharya allergin capsule 1-1 twice a day. Wash your face with any good ayurvedic soap containing neem etc.......

Though, it is possible to increase height after the age of 18 years, extra effort is required in order to reap positive results since the development of the body slows down gradually. It? s a well-known fact that nutrition is imperative for further growth and development, most importantly for natural height gain. In addition to this, a number of other factors should also be taken into consideration to trigger height growth after attaining the age of 18. Here are healthy ways on how to increase height naturally after 18. Minerals like calcium, manganese and zinc aids in building bone tissue, improving blood circulation and boosts height growth naturally. So have broccoli, cabbage, spinach, prunes, peaches, grapes, bananas, pumpkin, carrot, peanuts and legumes. You should include vitamin a rich foods like spinach, beetroot, carrots, chicken, cantaloupe, papaya, peach, milk, apricots, tomatoes and peas. Exercise is a vital factor in increasing your height. Simple exercises like skipping, hanging from an overhead bar and stretching the body by standing on your toes should be part of your daily workout routine. Additionally, sports activities like basketball, football and swimming are also beneficial for increasing height. Yoga is also very effective and is considered to be one of the best exercise to increase height after 18 years. Yoga can? t change your genes but it can give you a good posture. When you stand straight without slouching you automatically look tall. Suppose, you sit at a desk for a long time, your spine gets a slight curvature and the shoulders appear round. This doesn? t mean your bones are deformed but the muscles supporting the bones become lax and stretched out to a point that body assumes the posture that you are most comfortable in. So even when you stand you are slouching that makes you look shorter. Yoga can? t change your skeletal growth but it can surely give you good posture and alignment that makes you look tall. Spine lengthening and good posture forms the core of yoga. Doing the mountain pose, will help to strengthen and lengthen your spine and give you a good height. Surya Namaskar or sun salutation is a great way to increase height and stay fit. The twelve poses are done in a cyclic manner to strengthen muscles and improve posture. If you don? t have too much time on your hands, you can just practice surya namaskar for 10-20 times each day. Trikonasana or triangle pose is great way to achieve good height and body balance. The parivrittatrikosana or reverse triangle pose also helps in gaining height. Vrikshasana or tree pose help in getting balance and harmony. Tree pose also helps to stretch the muscles of the body. You can also practice breathing and meditation to calm your mind and de-stress. Since a mind free of depression and stress helps in proper growth. Water flushes out toxins from your body and aids in digestion. Therefore, at least drinking 8 glasses of water every day is recommended for a better health any queries inform me.

Hello Sir. I live in Ghaziabad. From last few days, I am suffering from throat infection. It started from 18-Jan. I took few antibiotics like cobadex, Lenol, citrazene and kefpod for five days. Thereafter it was ok for 2~3 days.But dry cough again continued. Again as per consultation from a doctor, I took Allegra M for 3 days.But it is not cured completely. Dry cough still there. Cough once started continues for long.. Plz suggest what to do?

Most likely you are having post viral laryngopharangitis.If no fever and only mild cough,it can take few weeks to settle.Use any throat lozenges. Speak less.Avoid citrus fruit and cold drinks.

Quadriceps exercises- lie straight, make a towel role and put it under the knee, press the keen against the role, hold it for 20 secs. Repeat 20 times twice a day. This will help relieve some pain. Core strengthening exercise- straight leg raised with toes turned outward, repeat 10 times, twice a day. Hams stretching- lie straight, take the leg up, pull the feet towards yourself, with a elastic tube or normal belt. Repeat 10 times, twice a day.

Apply maha bhringraj oil on your scalp and massage then give hot water fomentation..1-1 drop of cow ghee in both nostrils at night time before sleep....take pranacharya allergin capsule 1-1 twice a day...take lots of proteins like soyabean...egg white.....etc...avoid tea...coffee...spicy food...fermented food...junk food....apply only ayurvedic shampoo on your scalp....do pranayama early morning...

Hi, you should go for 45 minutes brisk walk in the morning. Do regular exercise atleast 20 minutes. Take lukewarm water with lemon in the morning. Avoid heavy dinner and late night meals. Have adequate, timely, good night sleep. Avoid junk food and oily food. Take small and frequent meals.

Being dehydrated may make you feel like you're hungry, so it is important to stay hydrated. - have homemade fruit and vegetable juices - eat 5-6 small healthy meals every 2-3 hours, every day, instead of having a few big ones. This regulates your blood sugar level and your metabolism. - don't skip breakfast, instead, make it rich with complex carbohydrates and proteins, so it can provide you with energy to get through the day. Inadequate sleep is one of the main reasons for headache.it can trigger migraine too. Take rest in a quiet and dark room. Avoid stress. .do deep breathing exercises or yoga. Drink plenty of liquids. Eat healthy diet. Avoid coffee. Maintain your sleeping routine. Hope this helps u.

High cholesterol can cause atherosclerotic heart disease or narrowed coronary arteries in the heart can cause the symptoms of angina, when theheart muscle is not provided with enough oxygen to function. Decreased blood supply to the brain may be due to narrowed small arteries in the brain or because the larger carotidarteries in the neck may become blocked. This can result in a transient ischmic attack or stroke. Peripheral artery disease describes gradual narrowing of the arteries that supply the legs. During exercise , if the legs do not get enough blood supply, they can develop pain , called claudication . Other arteries in the body may also be affected by plaque buildup causing them to narrow, including the mesenteric arteries to the intestine and the renal arteries to the kidney. Avoid fast foods,oily foods,junk foods,alcohol,smoking,fatty foods, non-veg.,avoid stress, take green veg., whole grain.garlic,. Take anti cholesterol medicines .

Menses usually starts after cesarean section between 6 months to 12 months. But even before menses starts you can get pregnant. Ideal contraception for breastfeeding woman is coppert which has highest efficacy. While choosing a method of contraception, it is important that it not interfere with lactation or have negative effects on the infant. Iucd or copper t is more effective than condoms and progesterone only pills. Oc pills suppresses milk production. Estrogen containing contraceptive pill either it is standard dose or low dose, it reduces the volume of breast milk. Progestin-only contraceptives like cerazette for 28 days are safe for use by breast-feeding mothers if copper t is not acceptable.
