Fennel seeds can give you relief from other indigestion symptoms like gas and bloating, too. •Add one teaspoon of crushed fennel seeds to a cup of hot water and let it steep for eight to 10 minutes. Remove from heat, allow it to cool and strain it. Add a little honey and drink it slowly. Also take Colocynth 30 - one dose for pain when required.

Hello, recurrent tendency for boils is painful illness. Homoeopathy offers best line of management for it. You need to take treatment personally from homoeopath. 1. For now take sulphur 30 3 pills 3 times a day for 1 day wait for 1 month. 2. Use neem leaves in your warm bathing water daily. 3. Avoid oily, non veg food for few days. Give feedback after a month.

I am suffering form too much hair falling and dandruff problem. What should I do for control this problem?

1. Use mild shampoo to wash hair (you can make your shampoo with reetha at home) 2. Stop using conditioners or styling products like hair spray and mousse. Do not tie your hair too tightly. 3. Massage your scalp with a mix of oils like olive, coconut, sesame, castor oil at night. 4. Apply amla juice on hair thrice a week. 5. Use a paste of bhringraj on hair. 6. You can use some good hair packs like - fenugreek and yogurt, egg and green tea. 7. You can rinse your hair with organic apple cider vinegar after washing your hair to maintain ph balance of your hair. 8. Hair health depends on the amount of protein in your diet. Foods like chicken, eggs, fish, nuts, dry fruits gives you the required nutrients to keep your skin and hair healthy. So consume plenty of them. 9. Drink lots of water to flush out toxins from the body. 10. Eat lots of fiber to keep your digestion system in good order.

I am suffering from skin problems. Pimples are more in my face and since 5years I am suffering. Kindly give solution for this.

Pimples form when dead skin cells mix with excess oil this mixture plugs the pore, causing swelling. Bacteria can grow in the mix and lead to infection and pus. It is very important to keep your face clean when trying to prevent pimples. Washing your face removes dirt, impurities and any excess oil that has built up on the surface of your skin. Ideally, you should wash your face facial cleanser. Use a clean dry towel to pat your face dry In addition to looking out for noncomedogenic moisturizers, you should be careful to choose a product that suits your skin type. For example, if you have very oily skin you may want to use a lighter, gel-based moisturizer, whereas if you you have dry, flaky skin, you may need a heavier, cream-based one? Stay away from foods like potato chips, chocolate, pizza and fries. These foods are high in fat, sugar and starch, which is not good news for your skin or your overall health.

Hi Doctor, I have a dull pain towards the left backside of my head, everyday I wake up. This has been the case for about a week. Since the pain goes off after about an hour after waking up, I have not been taking it seriously till date. But since the pain doesn't seem to go off and it seems like propogating to the neck, I need some advice on how to go about this condition. Thank You.

Sleep on a hard bed with soft bedding on it. Spring beds, folding beds or thick matress are harmful use no pillow under the head. Do hot fomantation. Paracetamol 250mg od & sos x 5days. Caldikind plus 1tab od x10. Do neck, back knee & general exercises. It may have to be further investigated. Make sure you are not allergic to any of the medicines you are going to take. For emergency treatment contacts your nearest hospital or family doctor. If it doe s not give relief in 4-5days, contact me again. Why not discuss with me in a video conference?

Hello doctor, most of the time when I eat some spicy foods and feel irritation inside the stomach and intestine. So can you suggest me the measures and remedies for the same. Actually this is a frequent problem I face and my general physics and call it as stomach ulcer.

1. Take bland diet, Avoid foods which cause acidity like spicy, oily, fatty and junk foods, onion, garlic, citrus fruit like orange grape, lemon, tomato, cucumber, raddish, vinegar, pickle etc 2. Have proper Breakfast, Don’t skip or postpone your meal, Take home made food, Avoid food and water from outside, 3. Eat food slowly, don’t rush, take smaller meals at frequent intervals like 5-6 meals per day, and don't overeat. Limit fluid intake during meal4. Drink plenty of water (8-10 glass daily). Take your meal regularly and timely. Avoid fasting, Don’t skip your breakfast. 5. Stop smoking, consumption of alcohol and tobacco, excess tea or coffee, carbonated drinks if you are having,6. Avoid stress, have adequate rest, sleep for 7-8 hours daily in night, go for regular exercise, practice yoga/meditation 7. Take one tablet of pan40 in the morning before breakfast daily for few days.

To gain weight change food habites. Add in your food carbohydrates, proteins, vitamin es, minirales, sweets milk end milk products, etc. You take prosup powder 2spoon in a glass of milk after breakfast end 2spoon after dinner. Do arobic excersices, yoga, will help. Take sleep 6 to 8 hours.

There is in ayurveda mention pinda swed .it is a type of swedan karma [phomentation] but it do some another manner. 1.boiled a rice in milk then take this rice in one white cloth then tied it properly and warmly it rub on your face every morning for 15 days then stop it and do next month again 2.apply almond oil on your face and massage for 3-5 min at night. By doing above thing you will get good result.

I'm suffering from back pain since 3 months I took xrays of spine, hip, pelvis and mri spine everything is normal, I used lot of medicines and various combinations but no use some how my back pain got reduced but i'm pain in my buttock and hip regions more on right side I dont know what to do actually i'm a physio. please suggest me a solution.

This could be due to lumbar spondylosis with nerve root compression. Rule out diabetes & vit. D deficiency or any other metabolic disorder. Sleep on a hard bed with soft bedding on it. Use no pillow under the head. Paracetamol 250mg od & sos any way take caldikind plus (mankind) 1tab odx10days x 5days do back (spine) exercises contact me again if need be. Make sure you are not allergic to any of the medicines you are going to take you may have to use lumbosacral support for some time. Avoid painful act/activities. Take medicines as prescribed it may have to be further investigated.

first of all prediction of ovulation is a rough guide and is somewhat accurate only in a regular 28 to 30 day cycle roughly you can have relations from 10 to 18 day of cycle .The first day of your cycle is considered as the first day of your bleeding

Skipping meals 3. Too much gap between meals 4. Oily - spicy food made in restaurants. 5. Not taking water... ...Solutions.. A. Drink toned milk..buttermilk B. Cut down oils. C. Reduce chilly powder D. Eat more fruits ... Acidity is not permanent. If you change your food habits.. it can be cured.

Ignore food advertising You need a fat loss diet which comprises of whole grains like jowar, bajra, wheat, brown rice, pulses like moong, musoor, bengal gram, lots of vegetables, fruits, eggs, fish, chicken, paneer, healthy oil, nuts and seeds.
