The simple truth about our mind is. The more you try to avoid thinking about something, the more you think about it. Our brain does not recognize no - in any form. So when you say I want to avoid thinking about this. What is highlighted and recognizes is. So you will start thinking about this. Now in order to change this pattern of thought, what you need to do is to give a suggestion which is positive. Instead of this repeated thought, what would you like to replace it with? make that as a goal. For example, I would like to focus on that. Every time the thought of this comes, you tell yourself that I want to focus on that. Regular meditation is a wonderful way to make this switch. So try guided meditation to begin with. It is very simple yet effective breath awareness techniques which helps to rewire your brain to something positive. You may goodle guided metitatio audio and you shall be able to find few good ones. Choose the one which you like the most. Do both the things on a regular basis, and you will see positive result in 2 to 4 weeks. Hope this helps, wishing you very best,

Dear lybrate user, you may be suffering from a clinical condition called phimosis. The most conventional method to get rid of it is surgery. However, if you are unwilling to undergo surgery then you can try the following process at home. 1) buy any local anaesthetic gel (e. G. Lidocaine, lignocaine, xylocaine) from allopathic retail shop. 2) apply a little amount of that anaesthetic gel at the lower part of the prepuce of penis where the foreskin remains attached. 3) after application of the gel, retract the foreskin backwards as far as you can. Due to the anaesthetic property of the gel you will be able to retract the foreskin backwards to some extent more than you can do in normal condition. 4) release the foreskin when you feel pain 5) again repeat the same process. Do it continuously for at least 30 minutes in a day. Within a month you will feel that your foreskin has become loose.

hi lybrate user, considering you age and height you are overweight. weight reduction is first step towards regularisation of the period. you can have diet low in carbohydrates high in protein and avoid oily fatty food. daily exercise for 40minutes. for correcting acidity you need to avoid spicy, oily food. have fix time of meals, daily 8hours of sleep. stress free life start meditation and yoga for that.

Dear Lybrate user, Anger and aggression are emotions. Anger comes when you become irritated. Irritation happens when you don't like something, or when something is repeated. As anger is an emotion, it should be vent out. You should be able to throw anger out instead of controlling it. But more perfect will be, know the frustrating situations and stop being emotional. If practiced properly, you will not get irritated at those circumstances at all. Those techniques are much easier to understand. Take care.

U can try for pregnancy for 3-4 cycles when follicles comes on left side. Otherwise get hysterolaparoscopy done & then try for pregnancy.

Fortunately, this depression is related to an extraneous event. Once this event it managed well in terms of the emotions associated with it, you will feel much better. I recommend that you meet with a business consultant and see what he advises. For the emotional aspect you could meet with a counselor and sort that out. In the meantime please do the following sincerely because you could resolve the problem better with good cooperation: Have a good night’s sleep, have a good breakfast of more proteins, meditate often, remain free of stress, eat a lot of fiber, nuts, avocado, exercise regularly, eat dark chocolate, do Yoga meditation exercises, etc. I suggest you do the opposite of what this depression makes you feel like doing (actually, not doing): you will need to fight this condition. You must become active; stay upright during the daylight time; meet people; never sleep during the day, wake up by 6 am every day, play some active games, especially contact games, do physical exercises, talk to people and join some social clubs, attend Yoga classes etc. Watch sitcoms on TV or comedies and cheer yourself up. Go for excursions in groups, for outings, camps, conferences, and religious conventions. Get a pet dog and spend time training it, exercising it and relating to it. Expose yourself to some sunlight every day, at least, 30 minutes but not in the scorching heat. Whatever happens, please incorporate these three important adaptations in your life: always be responsible, be respectful, and be functional. If you did these three, lots of things will go well in life. Please pray and have faith in God to alleviate your sufferings. Don’t wait for others to help. Use your own motivation, which might be at its lowest, but persevere and win this battle. Above all to be really happy, you need to live in love and for love. Learn all about emotions and how to handle them and that will get you out of the depression rather easily and quickly. A counselor is there only to facilitate you, all the hard word must come from you, and your cooperation with that person is very critical for your success. Be positive every day and learn to be contented with what you have. Do some left brain exercises: it is the happy brain. Here are a few suggestions: shut your left nostril and breathe, move your eyes from right to left and vice versa for at least half a minute at a time, and do callisthenic exercises with some form of counting, regularly. Whatever happens please cooperate with the therapy and do not discontinue until the condition is completely resolved.

Dear you can easily gain weight and get a healthy muscular body by following these best things - 1. To gain weight, your digestion should work properly. If you have any disease of digestive system you should treat disease first. For proper digestion - take 10 gms powder of carom seeds (ajwain, 10 gm powder of cumin (jeera), 10 gm of rock salt. Mix them well and take 1/2 teaspoon (3-5 gm) of mixture daily after meal. Or take 1/2 teaspoon of black pepper (kali mirch), 1/ 2 tea spoon of jeera (cumin), 2-3 slice of ginger. Boil it in one glass of water for 2-3 minutes. Drink 5-10 teaspoons (15-20 ml) in morning and evening for strong digestive system. Or you can take amla powder 1 teaspoon with water for strong digestion. 2. Take a diet rich with proteins and fats. You should take high calorie food that increase your muscle mass and induce growth in bones. I am sending the diet chart. Follow it in your daily life to fastly gain weight * in morning, take a glass of milk added with 2 teaspoons of protein powder with breakfast. * in lunch time, take 1 bowl of curd or 100 gm of cheese, a bowl of vegetable, with chapattis. * in evening, take 1 glass of milk (300 ml) with 2 bananas. * in night, take a bowl of careals (daal, a bowl of salad with chapattis. 3. In morning, get up early and take awalk for 10-15 minutes and exercise light weight exercises for at least 30 minutes at home or gym. 4. For proper weight, proper sleep is very important. So you should sleep for 6-8 hours daily. 5. Avoid soft drinks, western fast food (burgers, french fries, pizza etc. They disturb your digestion. 6. You can try protein powders like endura mass, milk powder, soya protein. And creatinine for weight gain by taking 1 tea spoon added in milk once a day.

Hello you r probably suffering from sun tan. Kindly take care of following points to improve your skin health; 1. Physical protection: cover your head with cap, sunglasses when ever you step out in sun. 2. Regular sunscreen application: apply sunscreen daily, 30 min before going outdoors. Apply appropriate amount on exposed areas. Reapply sunscreen if you continue to stay outdoors for more than 2-3 hours. 3. Take diet rich in antioxidants like lemon. Dear, These are the causes of pimples: • excessive sebum production (sebum is oily secretion from the gland ) . • Due to hormonal changes occurs in puberty period . These are the methods & instructions to avoid pimples : • To control the sebum secretion you should maintain your hormonal level. Because imbalance in hormone level causes excessive sebum production and causes acne. So do not take stress and do exercise daily such as running, jogging and long breathing exercises. • Drink 7 -8 glass of water daily. * Eat fruits apple, melon, cucumber and avoid to eat mango . • Do not touch your pimple because your finger transfer bacteria to it and make it worse.
