I am 47 years old woman, I am suffering from Rest Leg Syndrome, OCD, Diabetic, Thyroid since 10 years and Hiatus Hernia since 4 years. Medicines using Pramipex. 0.75 daily twiceMetadoze IPR 850 mg daily twice Thyronorm 25 mg daily 1 Now Not taking any tablets for OCD and Hiatus hernia as it is mild. RLS is very severe not able to sleep. Please help me doctor.

It's good that you are not having symptoms of ocd currently, pramipexole is good for rls, but sometimes it also happens with deficiency of iron and folic acid, so you can take bcomplex along with iron capsules and pramipexole.

Hi, Thank you for your query. We will be happy to help you. For weight loss, avoid eating all kinds of outside food. Also avoid oily food and sweets. Eat at least 4 to 5 servings of fruits and veggies daily. Drink plenty of water. Have your dinner early and keep it light. Eat less rice, potatoes and other carbs. I am totally against of muscle building. But I suggest you to maintain a healthy diet which should help you to be a strong person from inside. You have to take a high protein (veg & non-veg sources), high calorie (wheat product, fruits) based balanced diet.

Dear lybrate user, I hope your sugar control is fine. Hence, in view if this, the following would be useful for you this summer: - try having sufficient water - yes, please do exercise, as your weight is on the higher side, for at least 1 hour (brisk walking with proper walking shoes in the morning or evening, or cycling). Also, try to incorporate 20-30 mins everyday of strength training under a qualified trainer, as this has shown to reduce insulin resistance (ie improve your sugar control). - try not eating very sugary fruits like grapes, chikoo, mangoes (this you may have half a small bowl everyday). You may eat in limited quantity- oranges, guava, sweet lime, papaya, half a banana. You may have coconut water if you are feeling drained on a hot afternoon. - your diet for summer should include more fluids and fibre and less of cold, chilled, processed foods (even if they are sugar-free as these tend to contain fats or too much sodium- which will leave you more thirsty). - avoid going out in the day time, and always carry some sweet with yourself whenever you step out of the house. - though you would get tempted to weat open shoes in the summer, do ensure you take care of your feet and carefully wash your feet properly once you are back home. Ensure there are no wounds, cuts on your feet. - your daily meal would follow the same precautions you normally observe in your diet.

12 effective tips for sex power increase

Decreased sexual interest haunts everybody at one or the other point of time. So, it is very important to use techniques to keep your sexual life, pleasurable and enjoyable. Here are 12 tips for sex power increase. Hope they are useful to you.

1. Don’t have it everyday. maintain a gap of one or two days. Sex, as a part and parcel of daily routine may make you feel bored and eventually might lead to decreased sexual interest. Many times sex in a day ,very rarely is fine.

2. Always have an element of surprise in your moves, or your general behaviour, or the gifts that you choose. Surprise makes the moment exciting.

3. Different sex postures – You may start feeling bored by same postures. So, different intercourse postures will not only helps to have improved sexual health, but also helps you to keep fit by burning a few more calories. Sex postures that do not allow complete insertion make the act fun and exciting.

4. Try out some SAFE sex fantasies. Sexual fantasies are the imaginary scenes that you plan and enact with your spouse.

5. Do not undress all of a sudden. Slow and steady… always wins the race.

6. Wear a condom, it delays the pinnacle giving more time to enjoy. In some men, rolling back the foreskin of the penis helps delay excitation.  The tip of the penis (the end bulged part)  in men is the point of excitation. making delay in its excitation helps delay ejaculation and gives ample time for foreplay.

7. Exercise – Sex and exercise are connected to each other.

Hams Stretching- lie straight, take the leg up, pull the feet towards yourself, with a elastic tube or normal belt. repeat 10 times, twice a day. Quadriceps Exercises- Lie straight, make a towel role and put it under the knee, press the keen against the role, hold it for 20 secs. Repeat 20 times twice a day. This will help relieve some pain.

My penis does not stand. When I am with my wife, no sensation or no feeling of sex comes. Even since last 4 month, I never masturbated. Also no night fall or self discharge since last 4 month. I am newly married and suffering from diabetes. I have undergone check up of testosterone level and found 310. When I try to masturbate, penis stands after some more time. One more thing, when I fantasy with some other girl, it stands. But in normal cases, I do not have feeling of sex in my routing life.

The belly fat never comes easily and neither goes easily. Along with diet you have to make sure that you are constipation free. Detoxify urself with drinks plain lemon water or cumin water or ginger water.
