Iron plays a key role in manufacturing hemoglobin, the part of the blood that carries oxygen to your body’s organs and tissues. Eggs; dates; raisins; dark green, leafy vegetables such as kale; and whole-grain cereals are all high in iron. Vitamin C improves the absorption of iron, so fruits such as oranges, strawberries and lemons should be on your grocery list of foods that prevent hair loss.

Hello, irregular periods may because of:- uncontrolled diabetes eating disorders hyperthyroidism or hypothyroidism hyperprolactinemia (an abnormally high concentration in the blood of prolactin, a protein hormone) medications, such as antiepileptics or antipsychotics perimenopause polycystic ovary syndrome (pcos) so please consult a homoeopath physician to diagnose the exact cause of irregular periods and then would able to treat you accordingly. Now you take bc no. 15, 5 tabs thrice daily and agnus pentarken, 2 tabs twice daily.

Dear Mr. Jain. Before going for antibiotics please send your urine sample for culture and sensitivity. And also routine microscopy. Take midstream sample. It will help us ruling out the resistance to antibiotics and and give an indication for pathogen. Please drink plenty of water. Don't take any antibiotics till you give sample. After giving sample take dose of the tab. Advent 2 times a day for 7 days.

Hi, if the food you eat is not properly digested and absorbed then how can you gain weight. Nothing will work if this is not proper. Take *alfa malt forte (medisynth) 1tablespoon to be taken twice a day during meals for 1mth *take grd powder 1tablespoon in 1 cup of milk, drink once a day.

Air fall is due to different reasons. But mostly it is due to nutritional deficiency, unbalanced diet, environment pollution, stress and sleeping problems. Start eating well balanced diet which contain proteins means pulses, eggs, milk etc. Wash your hair 3 to 4 times a week. Never comb wet hair allow it to dry. Start above tips. Just stop worrying and take things sportively and casually as that will help more than the size of penis or the problem. Keep pillow under her after sex and ask her to lie like that for some time that will help alot don't worry we ll see later if this does not help.
