At present no permanent cure for ankylosing spondylosis. There are newer drugs but you need to select drugs carefully as many have side effects. Preventing or controling further damage is important. Swimming walking yoga bhujangasan is important.

Don't rely on lonazep on longer run. You might require ssri s consult with a psychiatrist and take. Continue with cbt, hope the person giving cbt is well trained.

Hello, you should try Exercise like stretching swimming regularly yoga like Tadasan and Sarvang asana. play Basket ball regularly. Take proper balanced nutritios and protein rich diet. *Mix two tablespoons of ashwagandha powder in a glass of warm cow’s milk. 1. Add sugar or jaggery according to your taste and mix well. 2. Drink it every night before going to bed at least for 45 days to increase your height. I suggest you to follow these exercises on regular basis in order to get result.

Get ur eyes examined by opthalmologist first ..it might be infective or allergic conjunctivitis... U may need antibiotic eye drops for the same

Advice... Avoid sitting Cross legged. Avoid Squatting- Quadriceps Exercises- Lie straight, make a towel role and put it under the knee, press the keen against the role, hold it for 20 secs. Repeat 20 times twice a day. This will help relieve some pain. Core Strengthening Exercise- Straight Leg Raised With Toes Turned Outward, repeat 10 times, twice a day. Hams Stretching- lie straight, take the leg up, pull the feet towards yourself, with a elastic tube or normal belt. repeat 10 times, twice a day. Sports Taping- stretch the tape from both ends and apply on the affected area Contrast Fomentation (Hot and Cold).

It is ideal for you to eat small quantities of nutritious food regularly to reduce your weight. It is ideal for you to include at least 30 to 45 minutes of exercise every day to see visible differences in weight. • Have a breakfast by 8:30 am in the morning and limit it to 250 to 300 calories. • Have a handful of nuts as a mid morning snack at 10:30 am • Have your lunch at 12.45 pm and make sure it is only a diet full of veggies and fruits. • At 2:30 pm have your afternoon snack that could be carrot sticks or apple with low fat peanut butter? • At 6 pm have the last meal of the day that includes a cup of vegetables before the meal? Then drink water and follow it with a cup of rice and lean meat.

Everyone wants to be liked and accepted, but many of us spend too much time and energy worrying about what other people think. You might not even realize you're doing it, but these kinds of mental gymnastics are unhealthy and stressful, making us feel unworthy and removing our attention from the present moment. Here are four steps to help you stop worrying about what other people think, designed to help you maintain healthier and happier relationships with yourself and others. 1. Understand why you care. In order to break the cycle, it's important to understand where the energy is coming from. We've been socialized by a culture that sets norms for our belongingness. From birth, we're taught we should act a certain way, dress a certain way, buy certain products, and adhere to certain ideologies to be liked and accepted. Social media brings the popularity contest to a whole new level, where how many friends we have, and how much they" like" us, is now publicly broadcast and recorded. We are stressed and exhausted trying to manage our real and online personas to make sure that people continue to like and accept us. Many of us have spent our whole lives in this cycle, believing that a certain set of actions would bring us acceptance, only to repeatedly find that this is not the case. This is a form of social conditioning that we must now give ourselves permission to release! 2. Learn this mantra: What Other People Think About Me Is None of My Business! The root of the problem with caring about what people think about you is that you're attaching yourself to an outcome that you have absolutely no control over. That’s right, you have NO CONTROL over what people say, do and think about you! You can have the best intentions, or you can do something ridiculous: It doesn’t matter. You do not control the way people will respond, just as they do not control the way you respond to them. The belief that you have any ownership of or control over people’s opinions about you comes from a place of ego. The reality is that what other people think about you is none of your business! Take a moment and begin to process and accept this perspective. See how the mantra makes you feel, and note the resistance you might feel from your ego. This is normal. (In fact, with all this time spent worrying and managing expectations, this mantra can feel downright strange at first!) 3. Direct the energy to something positive. This new perspective frees up an immense amount of time and energy to live in the NOW and experience your authentic flow. It also breaks the cycle of conditioning that if you could only do X, say Y, and buy Z, people would like and accept you. Deep inside we know that true acceptance comes from within. So instead of caring so much if someone might be talking about you behind your back. Breathe, repeat your mantra, and then direct the excess energy towards something positive, like following your passion and doing what you love! And if you don’t know what you're passionate about, go and find out! Try a creative new activity, such making art, dancing, playing music, building something, or frolicking outside. You'll be amazed at how happy and free you feel when you spend time doing what you love instead of worrying about what other people think! 4. Practice daily self-love and acceptance. When you're living and creating from a place of genuine love and acceptance, you will know that what other people do, say, and think about you really has nothing to do with you and everything to do with them. If you don’t like what they have to say about you, you can walk away knowing you are being true to yourself. A regular, daily practice of self-love and self-acceptance is key for releasing attachment to outcomes and maintaining happy, healthy relationships. For many people, this journey begins with meditation, breath-work, yoga, eating healthy, spending time in nature, and creating art. No matter what you do, make sure to do something that reminds you how much you love yourself every day. As you feel more self-love and self-acceptance, you will attract more of it into your space. This is a life-long mission, not an instant transformation that happens overnight, so please be kind and forgive yourself if you fall back into the cycle of worrying about what other people think. If you find yourself feeling attached to their opinions of you, just remember that they, like you, are walking a long journey of internal healing and growth, and that their attitudes are unique and personal to them. 1. Eat high fibre diet like fruits, vegetables, beans, boiled/sprouted moong dal, whole grain rice, whole wheat pasta, whole meal breads, multi grain chapatti, oats. 2. Avoid foods which are high in fat. Choose lean meats like fish, chicken. 3. Eat on schedule 4. Drink plenty of water, 8-10 glasses daily, avoid alcohol/caffeine 5. Take regular physical exercise 6. Stick to a regular timing for going to toilet. 7. Take 2 tsf of softovac sf/naturolax powder with warm water at bed time or syrup duphalac 15 ml twice daily for few days 8. If you have chronic constipation, you may have to do colonoscopic examination after consulting gastroenterologist.

Hello- Yes these are many side effects of TD pill. Over or prolong usagae can cause severe allergic reactions (rash; hives; itching; difficulty breathing; tightness in the chest; swelling of the mouth, face, lips, or tongue); black, tarry stools; blood or streaks of blood in the stool; fever; severe or persistent nausea, stomach pain, or vomiting; vomit that looks like blood or coffee grounds.

I am 25 yrs married woman, my height is 153 weight 69. I can't able to wear jeans and model dress perfectly. I want to reduce my back, front, thigh size. What can I do?

Weight reduction can be achieved only by reducing the intake of food 1/3 of what you take now. Some tips 1) drink three or four cups of water whenever you feel hungry and just before eating food 2) take boiled or raw vegetable like cucumber, carrot etc. As half of your diet. Then take of your total as sprouted pulses / proteinaceous food like roti, cooked pulses and remaining with rice or other carbohydrates. Oil or ghee etc. Should be just bare minimum. The most important is to burn off the energy intake by exercises. There is no short cut or medicines without exercise. The food we eat is utilised for our energy needs and the remaining will be stored as fat which leads to obesity. It is better to do some tests. For more detailed and personal advice ask me privately. Specific exercises can help. I shall tell you in time.

Dear lybrate-user, since you have high sugar you should develop strict dietary habits. Restrict your intake of sweet food items like cakes, mithai, chocolates, ice cream. Increase your intake of high fibre foods like fruits (apples, pears, kiwi), veg more of green leafy ones, have daily a cup of beans, a handful of dry fruits as all these contain high fibre & are very beneficial in controlling blood sugar &also bodyweight. Also instead of taking three large meals in a day take five to six small ones like include a snack after every 3 hrs like a fruit or yoghurt. Be particular about the food timing.

How is your vision. You should take light and digestive meal during your exams. Do not sit continuously. Sit in proper posture. After one two hour wash your eyes. If vision is week wear spects. Apply ginger paste on your forehead for one hour and get relaxed.

1) Use Frequent washes of face by Triclosan and zinc oxide soap (Acnil, Acnelak) 2) Topical treatment - morning times use AHA glow face wash then Sunscreen lotion (Suncote ,Sunkare, or Melaguard ). In the night use lightening creams i.e.Kojic acid with vit C or Combination of Hydroquinone, Tretinoin and Momentasome gives very good results.

I am a 76 years old man, with history of hypertension and type 2 diabetes, both of which are under control. Since 6 months, the fingers of my left hand are progressively becoming stiff, swollen and painful, but the right hand is ok.

In diabetes some times arthritic problems with fingers do develop. You may take diclofenac or aciclofenac for a few days (tab voveran 75 mg sr once at night after food) and also keep bending and straightening the fingers regularly. May apply ice to reduce swelling. Try this out. Tab voveran may cause acidity if taken on empty stomach.

Dear . Virtually everyone diagnosed with buerger's disease smokes cigarettes or uses other forms of tobacco, such as chewing tobacco. Quitting all forms of tobacco is the only way to stop buerger's disease. For those who don't quit, amputation of all or part of a limb may be necessary. R you one of them. If yes then choose one. Cigarettes or ds free life.
