Dear,
follow methods by which you can
gain your desired height.
1. Follow these exercises regularly and you get the goal of height gain:
* first stand straight bare foot on floor, then raise your arms upwards then raise your heels of foot with breathing in, try to stand on heels for 10-12 seconds and slowlylower down your heels back on the floor and breath outthe air. Repeat this exercise 5-8 times in morning.
*sit on the floor, stretch you legs together so that both foot touch each other. Now raise your arms upwards together with back straight, now move your hands towardstoes of feet and touch them. Your forehead touching your knees. Slowly revert back the arms and move back arms in normal position. Repeat this exercise 2-4 times daily. You can privately consult me for understanding more exercises.
2. Take 300 ml of rich cream milk, 200 gm of cheese and 2-3 eggs regularly. It will definitely give boost to your bone growth.
3. Sit in sun rays for atleast 8-10 minutes in morning of evenings when the sun rays are not so strong. It will help you by getting adequate quantity of vitamin-d.
4. The growth and height iscontrolled by growth hormone whichis secreted by pituitary gland situated in the brain. So take meditation and have a stressfree lifestyle. Take 6-8 hours of sleep daily. Meditation makes your pituitatry gland healthy and working properly.

I am sorry to say but these reports are suggestive of chronic kidney disease. There is no definitive treatment apart from renal transplant. Routine dialysis is needed to survive. Low protein diet should be taken. Regular medicines should be taken.

Hi lybrate user, kindly go through the contents of the oil you are buying, the oils with more saturated fatty acids and less monosaturated and polyunsaturated fatty acids should be avoided. Generally sunflower oil and safflower oil have good contents. But even these oils when used for deep frying can produce trans fatty acids which are not good for health. So choose your oils accordingly but use them wisely in minimal amount.

Blood pressure is the force of your blood pushing against the walls of your arteries. Each time your heart beats, it pumps out blood into the arteries. Your blood pressure is highest when your heart beats, pumping the blood. This is called systolic pressure. When your heart is at rest, between beats, your blood pressure falls. This is the diastolic pressure. Your blood pressure reading uses these two numbers. Usually they're written one above or before the other, such as 120/80. If your blood pressure reading is 90/60 or lower, you have low blood pressure.
Some people have low blood pressure all the time. They have no symptoms and their low readings are normal for them. In other people, blood pressure drops below normal because of a medical condition or certain medicines. Some people may have symptoms of low blood pressure when standing up too quickly. Low blood pressure is a problem only if it causes dizziness, fainting or in extreme cases, shock.
Certain medicines and substances can lead to low blood pressure, including:
* Alcohol
* Anti-anxiety medicines
* Certain antidepressants
* Diuretics
* Heart medicines, including those used to treat high blood pressure and coronary heart disease
* Medicines used for surgery
* Painkillers
Other causes of low blood pressure include:
* Nerve damage from diabetes
* Changes in heart rhythm (arrhythmias)
* Not drinking enough fluids (dehydration)

You can do a few things to prevent low blood pressure
* Drinking more fluids
* Getting up slowly after sitting or lying down
* Not drinking alcohol
* Not standing for a long time
* Using compression stockings so blood does not collect in the legs

Dear , in case of fever * Take full rest & do not do any work at all.
*Check your temperature twice a day. If the temperature is 100°F then take a tablet of Crocin (Paracetamol) .
*Do not take any antibiotic in starting.
* Take 5 leaves of Tulsi and small piece of ginger. Crush them & boil in a glass of waterfor 2-3 minutes.
Drink it twice a day to treat the fever.
* If the fever do not lower down after taking crocin, then put the cloth/ bandage soaked in tap water and put on forehead and change it after 2-3 minutes. Do that until the temprature lower down. Do not use ice cold water for this.

in summer season the body heat increases internally. There is bacterial growth in food, at homemade or outside food if left for even for 1hour or more than this.
