I have lost all my pregnancy documents while travelling what should I do
The given of my delivery is 28 Sept 2017.
Ho lybrate-user Please meet the obstetrician, and she will do the needful. It does not matter if the reports were lost. Where ever the tests were done, you can request a soft copy of the same. Hope this helps.

Hi lybrate-user Yes, pregnancy is possible till you reach menopause. If you are having regular periods, it means the ovaries are functioning normally. And assuming there is no difficulty in intercourse, you should conceive naturally. Please take Folic Acid vitamin tablet regularly. If you don't conceive in 3-4 months, do seek help from an obstetrician. Relax and it will happen. Mail me if you have any doubt.

Hi lybrate-user Naturogest is a Progesterone. It won’t harm you but it is not necessary. Please make sure you are taking Folic Acid, which is a vitamin, and necessary for proper skull and brain development of the baby.

Hi lybrate-user If she has taken iPill, then there is noting to do but wait for 3 weeks. She should get her periods by then. If not please do a pregnancy test. One pill is enough. And in future, please use a reliable method of contraception. There are many options. So avoid stress like this.

Respected doctors, I am 27 weeks+6 days pregnant with twins. I was feeling a lot baby movements till last week. But in this week there is decrease in movements very much. Is it because babies are growing so there is less space to move or any thing serious to concern? please guide.

Hi Yes, there is a possibility that lack of space is making the intensity of the movement less. As long as you are feeling some movement, that's good. If there is no movement at all, try to have something to drink, lie down on your left, in a quiet room with no distractions and observe movement for 1 hour. If there are at least 6 movements from both babies, that's good. Else, do meet with your obstetrician to check.

Hi lybrate-user Normally for first baby, it may take upto 22 weeks for you to feel the first kick. You may start feeling some bubble like movement earlier than that. Do not worry. It is an awesome sensation, and you'll never forget that first kick So enjoy every stage of the pregnancy.

Hi lybrate-user Congrats on the new baby, and your enthusiasm to be fit. Your body takes 6 weeks after delivery to get back to its pre pregnancy state. 2 weeks post delivery, if the wound has healed well, you can start walking. After 6 weeks you can start doing ab exercises. If you are breast feeding the baby, my suggestion would be to avoid very rigorous workouts, as it can interfere with the milk production, and quality. Eat well, and do lots of cardio till you are breast feeding the baby. Losing pregnancy weight is not a big deal if you are committed to it. But do not push it with the baby in the picture. You can mail me for any queries relating to this.

Hi lybrate-user Was the tablet prescribed or did you buy it from a pharmacy. It needs to be taken from Day 2 of period, not 4 days after periods ended. After starting pill, it takes 7 days for the drug to become effective. Having unprotected intercourse before 7 days increases you risk of pregnancy. It is too early to say if you are pregnant. You'll have to wait till 25-26th June and do pregnancy test. Taking pill or being pregnant had nothing to do with sexual responses.
