5 Homeopathic Medicines To Treat Uterine Cysts!

Uterine cysts are a type of cysts or tumours, which grow in the uterus. This is prevalent in women when they are near their childbearing years. Uterine cysts have some typical symptoms, which would let you know when to consult a medical practitioner for further help. It would cause excessive bleeding for a long duration of time. There is bleeding from the uterus in between your menstrual cycles. At times, it becomes very difficult to empty your bladder and irritation and discomfort are caused. It also leads to constipation. These are frequent symptoms, which accompany uterine cysts. These types of cysts are almost always non-cancerous, but it is beneficial to take an expert advice on that matter. Homeopathy is a great option to treat such cysts.

Homeopathy is becoming increasingly popular throughout the entire world. Now it is time to prove to the world what homeopathy can offer in surgical diseases. Homeopathic medicines cannot take the place of surgery but can be of great help to the patients who do not want to go for surgery or cannot be operated upon due to various medical reasons. There are specific medications to treat cysts through homeopathy.

Some of them are:

  1. Calcarea Carbonica: This medicine is suitable for those who bleed profusely during their menstrual cycle. Such excessive bleeding causes shivers and shrills in them, making them more prone to anaemia. In fact, excessive bleeding also influences their fertility cycles. This medicine is administered on overweight women who suffer from uterine cysts.

  2. Thlaspi Bursa Pastoris: This is prescribed to women who experience frequent menstrual cycles within short intervals. In fact, one does not even recover from the shock of the previous cycle and the new one starts. It is usually accompanied by excessive pain in the uterus. This medicine not only treats the cysts, but also the frequent period cycles and pain in the uterus.

  3. Trillium Pendulum: At times, due to excessive bleeding from the uterus, the patient suffers from fainting spells. Such cysts are also characterised by bright red blood flow during the menstrual cycle. These are the two main symptoms to administer this medicine on the individual.

  4. Fraxinus Americana: Apart from irregular periods with pain in the uterus, it is also followed by breaking down spells. One experiences cramps in the feet during this type of cyst. In such conditions, the best natural homeopathic therapy that can be administered is Fraxinus Americana.

  5. Calcarea Fluorica: This is a common medicine which is given to those patients who have extremely large tumours. These tumours are also characterised by their unique hardness.

Uterine cysts are a common problem in women and can be treated effectively. One needs to be alert about the symptoms and must immediately report to a specialized homeopathic practitioner for an effective administration of medicines, which may lead to a successful cure.

Laser Hair Removal: The Many Benefits Of It!

Laser Hair Removal: The Many Benefits Of It!

In the modern times, hair removal has become very common. Most people get a hair removal done for fashion reasons, although hair removal is extremely hygienic as well. The common hair removal methods are waxing, shaving or tweezing. The latest and the most effective hair removal method is laser hair removal

BENEFITS:

  1. Lasers are extremely useful to remove unwanted hair from different parts of the body like the face, the legs, the arms, the underarms, the bikini line, and any other area. Here are a few benefits of laser hair removal:
  2. Laser hair removal can focus on a particular portion of the skin leaving the surrounding areas. It can also remove coarse hair without affecting the skin in the area.
  3. It is a very fast method as each laser pulse takes just a fraction of a second. An upper lip laser hair removal takes about a minute whereas laser hair removal of the back can take almost an hour.
  4. Laser hair removals are mostly permanent after a series of minimum 10 sittings.

WHAT TO DO BEFORE TREATMENT:

Laser hair removal is just not a method to remove hair, it is a complete treatment. Make sure the person who will conduct the treatment on you is a professional technician or a doctor. Also try to avoid the Sun as that can create certain complications.

WHAT TO EXPECT FROM TREATMENT:

Before your unwanted hair is removed with laser, it will be trimmed to just a few millimeters right above the skin. The equipment of the laser treatment will adjust to the colour, the thickness, as well as the location of the unwanted hair being treated, along with the skin colour. The technician and you will need to wear eye protection, according to which laser will be used. Your outer skin will also be requiring a coolant gel or device before the treatment takes place.

After the treatment is done you will be provided with ice packs and anti-inflammatory lotions to relieve the discomfort. Schedule your next sitting after a month. You will have to keep going for more sittings until hair stops growing.

RISKS:

You might look sunburned after the treatment. Moisturizing will help ease the burnt feeling. Use sunscreen to prevent any colour change of your skin. Some other side effects can be blistering (which is usually very rare), swelling, scarring, or redness.

In over half the cases, infertility is usually with the male partner which is characterised by a low sperm count. Infertility causes social anxiety as well as relationship problems among couples and can severely affect the self-esteem of the person.

Symptoms

Male infertility tends to have certain tell tale signs some cases or no apparent reasons in other cases. In some cases, male infertility occurs due to underlying medical conditions like genetic problems, widened veins around the testicle or hormonal imbalances and some of the symptoms could be like:

  1. Recurrent problems during sexual intercourse due to severe pain in the testicular zone.

  3. premature ejaculation.
  4. sexually transmitted infections.
  5. testicular deformation along with low sperm count.
  6. Blockage of the ejaculatory

In other cases, the reasons could be:

  1. obesity
  2. old age
  3. mental anxiety
  4. excessive alcohol consumption
  5. diabetes or as a
  6. side effect of radiation therapy
  7. prescribed medications to treat other existing ailments within the body

Diagnosis and Treatment

The infertility of the male partner is usually diagnosed by your specialist by evaluating the medical condition and past histories of surgical procedures, sexual practices etc. Infertility can also be diagnosed by analysing the semen. The test for Semen Analysis should be done after 3 days of abstinence and the sample should be given in the lab.

Male infertility can be treated by hormonal replacement therapies and procedures, counselling or medication (for erectile dysfunction and premature ejaculation) and procedures to retrieve sperm which is then used for artificial insemination.

PCOS - Lifestyle Changes That Can Help!

PCOS - Lifestyle Changes That Can Help!

PCOS, also known as Poly Cystic Ovary Syndrome, is a clinical condition in which women’s sex hormones oestrogen and progesterone are out of a proper balance. This leads to multiple growths of ovarian cysts (benign masses in the ovaries). PCOS causes problems with women’s menstrual cycle, pregnancy. It also causes cardiac problems and problems in appearance. Though the exact cause for developing PCOS is still unknown known, doctors say Genetics play an important role in it. Overproduction of the hormone androgen may be another factor behind developing PCOS.

Lifestyle changes are the keys to living a healthy life. This is a commonly known fact though we hardly tend to stick to it. In cases of PCOS, lifestyle modifications are of severe importance. A healthy lifestyle is considered as the main step in managing PCOS. In the case of PCOS patients, lifestyle modifications help in reducing insulin resistance, improving other hormonal problems, improving menstrual cycle, improving fertility and preventing further long-term complications.

Here are some tips to living a healthier life for PCOS patients, to get you started with!

Dietary Changes: Bringing about a change in your regular diet is very important if you are a PCOS patient. Low carbohydrate diets, specifically with complex carbohydrates, which are high in fibre are recommended for PCOS patients. High fibre carbohydrates include whole grain bread and cereals, whole wheat pasta, barley, brown rice, beans. Junk foods are to be avoided as much as possible. The intake of simple carbohydrates is to be limited and that of complex carbohydrates is to be done. The Carbohydrate and Glycemic Index (GI) in carbohydrates is important because carbohydrates with a low GI produce lower glucose levels and insulin levels after consumption, in comparison with carbohydrates with a high GI. Good food choices and a consistent eating pattern throughout the day will lead to a more even pattern of blood glucose levels.

Weight check: For PCOS patients keeping the weight under check is primarily important. Weight loss can reduce both insulin and androgen levels and may restore ovulation. No single specific dietary approach is best, but losing weight by cutting down on your daily calorie intake may help with polycystic ovary syndrome, especially if you're overweight or obese.

Physical activity: Regular exercise seems to be most effective in improving insulin resistance, which is of great significance in PCOS as this leads to many further complications. Regular physical activity helps to reduce androgen, improve insulin resistance. It also helps to regulate the menstrual cycle, induce ovulation, improve fertility, increase energy levels and improve self-esteem.

Thus, lifestyle modifications reduce complications related to PCOS to a great extent and help you in living a healthy, happy life.

Hair tips for better hair growth and prevent hair fall - 1. Having a healthy diet - Having a diet which is full of protein, vitamins and minerals is an important aid towards having healthier hair growth. Consume food which is high in vitamin A, B, C and E. Vitamin B-complex is another very effective vitamin for promoting hair growth. For the minerals, try and consume iron, copper, zinc, selenium and magnesium. Walnuts, beans, flax seeds are rich in omega 3 fatty acids which are great for hair growth You could also have some juices of fruits and veggies, like orange, grapefruit or carrot, lettuce and beet 2. Castor oil has a high content of vitamin E and essential fatty acids, like omega 9. This is why it is an essential ingredient which helps to promote hair growth. Castor oil is too thick to be applied directly, which is why you must dilute it with oil like coconut, almond or olive. Massage your hair with the oil mix and leave it on for 30-45 minutes. You could also slightly get it heated. Shampoo your hair and condition as regular. 3. Regular scalp massage - When you massage your scalp, it promotes blood circulation which in turn stimulates our hair follicles. Along with that, deep condition the hair once a week with warm oil (use jaborandi oil) treatment or a deep conditioning hair mask. 4. Staying stress-less - Stress is one of the worst factors which contribute to hair loss. Stress disrupts the regular hair cycle and boosts strands of hair to fall out of place. You need to calm your senses and promote lesser stress! For handling stress, try and mediate, do breathing exercises or practice other relaxation techniques 5. Egg masks - Egg is an important ingredient from promoting better hair growth. They are full of protein and are added on with minerals like iron, sulfur, selenium, zinc, etc. Use an egg mask once or twice a month for promoting healthy hair and improved growth 6. Vitamin and herbal supplements - Supplements of folic acid, biotin, flaxseed oil, are some common elements for hair growth. Supplements of folic acid and biotin will have Vitamin B complex which aids to better hair growth. 7. Nourish hair with aloe vera - Aloe vera improves hair growth and protects from hair loss. You also reduce dandruff and restore the natural shine. Take fresh aloe vera gel and add some lemon juice to it Apply and let it soak for 20 minutes Shampoo the hair (with arnica shampoo) and repeat once a week 8. Be hydrated, have proper sleep, do oil your scalp twice a week for more queries and homeopathic medicines, contact us.

Have some patience. Usually acne are formed due to clogging of skin pores and excesses of sebum production due to hormonal imbalance. If you get stressed due to your acne then the condition gets worse than getting resolve. Start drinking good amount of hot water only to hydrate skin, keep your mind cool, wash your face 6-8 times only with plane water, use some non moisturizing soap like santoor. Apply Kumkumadi lepam once daily for your scars. Give some time for your skin to heal. Take only veg diet avoid fatty diet and add regular exercise. This is a systemic problem not a local. Do it for 15 days you will feel the difference. If no change consult for medications.

You forgot to mention the quantity of food you take. Is it the smell of the food which makes you vomit or intake? Things should be clear before any medications. For now skip a meal give some rest to your stomach and take hot sip by sip and do not overload. Once start feeling hungry take small quantity of liquid and little spicy diet. Avoid sweets. If still things do not change consult for further treatment.
