Take more healthy food and add dry fruits and milk and milk products in your diet daily. Take the food which contains more fat.

Hi Aniket, yes, when you drink beer it increase lipogenesis (process of fat synthesis in the body) and stops lipolysis (process of breaking fat) which lead to weight gain, especially on and around liver, which may lead to abdominal obesity and liver damage in severe cases
