Laparoscopy is just a diagnostic procedure unless yu opt for surgical removal of the cyst which is only a temporary solution. Endometrial cysts are similar to follicular cysts, only difference is they are filled with blood like fluid due to presence of endometrium like cells in the cyst. Which also means that just as hormones are the reason for PCOS, it is for endometrial cysts. You can read my previous posts on PCOS for better understanding. So while you can do laparoscopy as diagnostic, it wud be wise to opt for something that will address your basic hormonal imbalance. Homeopathy addresses the cause of hormonal imbalance as well the cyst and the menses and the conception. Please find a reputed Homeopathic Physician in Mumbai and have a personal consultation.

Renal stones have multiple reasons. Most common one is low water intake. But ideally that's only a minor cause and is not the real reason behind stone formation. Stone formation happens due to disturbed mineral metabolism in the body and hence they start accumulating and forming into a stone. So we are advised to reduce coconut water and seed variety vegetables and so on. But the problem is not with the foods but with the body. Usual treatment and management of stones is towards removing the stone by either surgical procedure or medicines that will reduce the size, but to prevent we are advised to reduce or stop foods that contain calcium etc. But what you need is medicine that can correct your body's metabolism so that it doesn't allow calcium to accumulate. Homeopathic constitutional remedies are aimed at preventing, correcting and reducing the stone overall. So not only current stone comes out, further recurrence is also prevented.

Erectile dysfunction and Premature ejaculation are both more psychosomatic problems than pure pathological. Hence, since you are also on treatment and if you just relax and don't worry about your performance you will be better soon, by the time of your marriage even.

Walking tends to cause more strain on the knees every time you step forward, while cycling keeps the knee intact and works only on movement. You could also try some strength training exercises along with the above.

The right thing for you is visit a doctor in person. There are many options to control and manage diabetes. Before you start on any treatment, correct your diet and lifestyle. Take up activity, yoga or any kind of exercise. Take time for yourself and find out what could have triggered your diabetes. In 99% of cases, some stressful event triggers onset of diabetes in a person. It is true for any disease for that matter and it has been proved each and every time in our clinics. Resolve that problem if you can. After having tried and tested various combinations of the above, if yet your sugar levels ars high, you can try homeopathy. We have been able to reverse the symptoms and reports and patients have gone back to no medicines - both allopathy and homeopathy. Give it a thought!

Dear lybrate-user, though presence of a cyst (commonly ovarian cysts) need not necessarily be the cause of delayed pregnancy, they are an important factor. Cysts - ie ovarian - are usually follicles (or eggs) that grow abnormally and collect fluid within. Since normal follicular growth is stimulated by hormones - (brain, thyroid gland and the ovaries) - abnormal growth must also be related to hormones - hence the cause of cysts are hormonal imbalance. Not every person with cysts find it difficult to get pregnant. It depends on how bad the imbalance is, if there is any other coexisting problem, like obesity, thyroid imbalance, diabetes, anemia, which all have been linked to irregular periods. I'd advise you to meet a doctor (gynaec or other) and rule out the causes. Get a usg and thyroid, fsh, lh and hb tested. Until then, get your lifestyle in order, diet and activity, resolve issues with husband if any. Many a times, personal conflicts cause stress which can lead to hormonal disturbances and hence diseases. Once we know what your cause is, you can meet a homeopathic physician who will be able to treat both yur cysts as well as fertility at the same time.

Ovaries measure approximately 3*2 cm and roughly oval in shape. With what you said, size n shape doesn't seem to be a problem, but irregular periods definitely is a concern, though could be self limiting too. Irregular periods occur when the hormones responsible for ovulation and endometrial growth are imbalanced and thus affecting follicular development and periods. If your irregular periods have been for more than six months, advise you to meet a homeopathic physician. You could meet a gynaecologist instead too, but, irregular periods are routinely treated with progesterone pills which control the hormonal cycle causing endometrial growth to take place, with/without ovulation, and then you are supposed to withdraw the pills after 21 days, after which bleeding will appear. Now, this bleeding is known as withdrawal bleeding and by no ways means, you periods have regularised. Once we stop these pills, periods, follicles and hormones will go back to its original faulty state. Give it a thought. Until then, you could regulate your diet. Avoid fast food, processed food, oily rich food. Have lots of veggies, fruits, nuts. Take up some sport or exercise or yoga. Find out what other stress factors are affecting you - studies, work, relationship, finance or others - and try to resolve them.

Dear sir, it is evident that complications of diabetes has set in. Diabetes causes blood vessel injury, thereby affecting the small blood vessels of end organs like eyes, heart muscles, kidney tissue, etc causing their function to reduce. Hence, controlling this damage is essential. It is believed that high sugar levels are responsible for this. But going by the fact that even controlled diabetics end up in complications, throws light that sugar levels are not alone the reason for this. Homeopathic treatment looks at the problem in a different angle and aims to arrest the pathology behind diabetic changes itself, thus preventing complications and if possible reversal of disease. Give it a thought. Visit a nearby homeopathic physician for thorough consultation.

Disinterest in sexual/intimate behaviour may be complex to understand. Though it is very real a problem, caused by hormonal disturbances, I caution that it may be too hasty to term your case as hormonal imbalance. Personal stress and worries may cause you to be disinterested for a period and mostly can be self limiting. Find out what are the things running in your mind. If you are running thru a rough patch in life, you most probably will return to feeling excited after the problems resolve. Broaden your view. I'd suggest you to meet a psychology counselor if you wish.

Why would you need a disinfectant. While it sounds health conscious and a good thing in general to do, it may be unnecessary, unless you are having a skin problem. Again a skin problem will not appear if the body's defense wasn't weak to allow an infection to prevail in the first place. Also, the body, internally and externally, is made in a fashion that hosts (allows) microganisms to exist in a symbiotic relationship. They actually can be helpful to us. Probiotics for example. Using disinfectants, deodorants, talcum powder are hence considered interfering with that natural phenomenon of the skin and actually prove counter productive to your intention. Give it a thought! and bathe with fresh clean water. You may clean the bathtub once in a while including disinfectants but avoid to immediately use the bathtub in such a case.

High tsh levels as in your case indicate hypothyroidism. It is a condition where the thyroid gland is being pushed and stimulated by the pituitary gland in the brain to secrete more t3 and t4 levels. In a scenario where only tsh is raised and t3 and t4 levels are normal, it means the disorder has only started and not peaked. But if you ask why is the brain pushing the gland to more, you will realise that the gland must be functioning less and hence the push required. Choices of treatment are either conventional allopathy which involves lifelong replacement of t3/t4 hormones synthetically, which will normalise the blood levels and hence any further stimulated will not be required and tsh will again go back to normal. But since we are not touching the glands own function in any ways, you can't stop the replacement therapy. The other choice is homeopathy where medicines are aimed to correct and revive optimal functioning of thyroid gland and bring back normal levels of t3/t4 hormone production. Once this is achieved, tsh levels will return back to normal and as also the symptoms. Since we would have correct the problem from the base, lifelong supplementation won't be required. Give it a thought!

But from last one month I am feeling tingling at one side of face and head and my weight also decreased by 5kg in one month. My face and eyes are facing allergy. Lot of tiredness and when I sleep facing tremors. What is this? My physician has prescribed to reduce the dose of thyrox to100mg. Is it due to drug overdose. Hello your new symptoms can't be directly linked to overdose. It would be wise to check thyroid profile always as t3, t4 and tsh. Your current tsh levels are nml and not reduced beyond normal limits to suggest overdose. Many patients continue to develop new symptoms of hypothyroidism despite being on medicine and being in control. The doubt of overdose can be easily cleared by reducing the dose for a couple of weeks and rechecking levels. If your symptoms reduce, voila! if not, it only suggests that though blood reports indicate control, the disorder within the body still continues, causing new symptoms to appear. Hypothyroidism is a disorder where the thyroid cells are secreting lower than nml levels of thyroid hormones ie. T3 and t4. This lowered levels send a signal to the brain causing tsh, the controller of thyroid gland, to increase and stimulate production to meet the demand. Once the demand is met and t3 and t4 levels normalise, tsh will return back to nml. This is how the body repairs automatically when it is healthy. However, when the body's ability fails, this compensatory mechanism too fails and disorder persists. Thyroid replacement therapy, like the one you are on, keeps managing the effects of the internal disorder but doesn't do anything to correct it. And hence the lifelong need of these medicines. Only a medicine that can correct the deeper pathology, as with homeopathy, where the bodys ability to repair is restored, the disorder can be resolved. Give it a thought! meet a qualified homeopathic physician in person if interested. And yes, do not change your current dosage without consulting your doctor.

Consult once again with another endocrinologist when in doubt. Even slight increase in tsh levels calls for help. If you don't have symptoms and only blood tests indicate the problem, may be the reason for your doctor's hesitation to start you on unnecessary meds. However, even if you don't have any symptoms, these levels are elevated remarkably. It indicates that the brain is working overtime to push the thyroid gland to function at its normal pace. Imagine the thyroid gland to be a child who has to study and score marks. A hypothyroid gland means the child who is slow and lazy and hence his marks are less. Now imagine the tsh to be the mother who pushes the child and constantly urges him to study, just like tsh would stimulate and urge the thyroid cells to work harder and secrete the desired levels of hormones. The disorder is confirmed when despite how much ever the tsh is high (ie. How much ever the mother pushes and stays awake), the thyroid gland is unable to do anymore and still functioning subnormally (meaning that the child couldn't be any more pushed to secure the marks). What you need to do is understood why child has started becoming dull in his performance only then can you solve this problem completely. This is exactly what homeopathic method thyroid treatment does. If meds are aimed at correcting the thyroid deficiency than merely supplementing, the problem can be fixed from the base. Give it a thought!

Sneezing is the body's natural response go any dust or strong smell or chemical fumes or similarly change in atmospheric temperatures. By itself, sneezing and cold are not a problem. It's when it happens continuously and severely, causing daily life to be disturbed, that it should be considered a problem. And then too, the problem is not the dust, air, temperature, food or anything else, but the body itself. Our immune system is built in a way to defend our body to be protected from harmful and unnatural exposures. When the body faces such a situation, the immune system is activated and by a series of changes in cell fuction, it deals the problem. But it turns into a problem of a disease when this response nature changes. So when anyone of us go into a dusty place, everyone is bound to sneeze but only persons whose immunity is reduced might continue to sneeze for long after that dust has been cleaned. Conventional medications are aimed at controlling the end effect. For eg, if there is sneezing or runny nose, antihistaminics that control the nature of cells to react is given so when you are on it, you are fine. But once out of it, the problem is back. Homeopathy sees and treats the problem in an altogether different angle. If the problem is with the body's defence system, ie. Immune system - you correct that and automatically the symptom complex falls off. Give it a thought!

No. It is not advisable to change or stop treatment on the basis of one single test. Wait for 2 more tests. If you are determined to stop your medications, focus on correcting and planning a correct diet and activity and work life balance, one that you can follow without pain through life. That way you will not go back into diabetes, once out of it. Remember, it is stress that triggers body to go into illness. Learn to manage and balance it.

Your kidney function seems to be within normal limits. Should be no reason to worry. However, if the kindey function test was advised by the doctor in a skin case - there might be some dimension to it. It has be correlated to the clinical case. But per se, the test is normal.

Dear, relax. I know it would have been shocking to have found out that you have diabetes but it will help to know that your condition is still manageable. Don't worry about insulin. At times, especially initially, insulin is given temporarily to manage the very high sugar levels. Your doctor may taper off and possibly even stop insulin if your sugar levels respond to oral antidiabetics alone. As of now, it is too early to know whether you will require insulin all your life. So relax. Find out if there was a stressful period in the last few months. As per evidence, diabetes and most other lifestyle diseases are caused due to sudden or gradual continuous tension or worry or at times a debilitating illness. You can try homeopathy which focuses on retaining and stimulating insulin secretion and thereby preventing further progression of diabetes and any onset of complications. With regular use, sugars will be controlled, allopathic medicines reduced at first then stopped. After a time, even homeopathy can be stopped. Once again, don't worry and stay positive.

Psoriasis is an autoimmune disorder affecting a deeper layer of skin, causing to overproduce and shed recurrently. Conventional treatment with allopathy is aimed at suppressing the reaction and controlling the itching, flaking and cracking. However, if the internal phenomena is not corrected ie. Immune response not change it will continue to produce the itching and redness and flaking, which then has to be continually controlled using steroids, ointments etc. Homeopathic treatment of psoriasis is aimed at correcting the deeper mechanism of the condition. So if the immune reaction at the dermis changes - psoriasis can be arrested, without using any ointments or steroids and gradually come out of psoriasis. It is a long and slow process but with a long lasting result and in addition, no side effects of steroids.

The base of your problem lies in your hormones. Female menstrual cycle, pregnancy chances and sexual function all depend on a balanced hormonal cycle. In absence of good regulation, the cycle breaks leading to multiple seemingly different symptoms/problems, but they all are related. If your hormones are smooth, your egg growth would be good, hence your endometrial growth would be good and consequently regular menses. In absence of hormonal regulation, egg growth falters, causing small and immature follicles, i. E. Cysts to form. If the follicular stage is irregular, the next stage of uterine lining growth also hampers and hence bleeding may be irregular - delayed, early, frequent, prolonged - that's a variety. If eggs are are not growing right with the help of your hormones - you may be take injections/medicines to grow in size but they may lack quality and hence the chances of pregnancy again remaining slim. Any attempts at iui/ivf also fail despite having fertilised egg being implanted into the endometrium since the hormonal support required to retain a pregnancy for 9 months should be your own and that is your basic problem. So advise you to focus on regulating your hormones and not on pcod, menses, infertility as separate issues. They are all one. Kindly look into deeper causes of why and when you started with menstrual problems - any family, personal or work related stress that might be the root cause for hormonal disturbances.

Seizures are a condition wherein the nerves are very excitable. Triggered by certain factors. Medication include those that decrease excitability. But in the process general neural function is also suppressed, leading to dullness, memory weakness, and social behavioral changes. Consider homeopathy to correct the underlying cause of seizure in the child - as you can be tapered and stopped of seizure medicines and return to normal functioning.
