I am Lokendra Tomar. I am weight loss and wellness coach. I believe in sharing true knowledge so that you can take care of your own life and live a disease free life. You know not many people want to lose weight and they lose it at some point in time but they all gain it back, why because they have short-term goal most of the people want to lose weight because of some occasion is coming, there is a marriage party coming there is a birthday party coming there is marriage anniversary or there may be some other occasions but they gain it all back after that occasion because they had a short-term goal .

You know your body is the vehicle of your dreams if you want to achieve your dreams you need this body. You know what a tragic combination if you have an excited mind but a weak body. The people those who live hundred years of life they are thin and slim people. They achieve their goals. So if you want to achieve good health it cannot be a short-term technique or a trick. It needs to do with a lifelong principle. So my advice if you want to live a healthy life you have to combine your larger goal of your life with your health goal. So health goal is important because you will achieve your goals riding on this vehicle. So follow the principle of the diet and nutrition to live a disease free life. Remember it once again your body is the vehicle of your dreams. Good health good dreams.

There is no easy way to lose weight. One food item can't make you lose weight. You can have black coffee but along with it need to make other lifestyle changes too. You have to exercise and eat healthy to lose weight. Start by cutting out rice, baked items, bread, sugar and oily foods from your diet completely. Go for more fruits, vegetables and protein in your meals. Snack on nuts. Start out with a 40-minute walk daily. Pumpkin seeds are a traditional remedy for worms. They work by paralysing the worms but not killing them so it is important that a natural laxative, such as psyllium seeds or flaxseed oil to move the worms out of the digestive system. Children can be given 10-15 pumpkin seeds a day, and, adults twenty to thirty a day for about two weeks. Follow this with a laxative about one hour after each dose of seeds. Eating pumpkin seeds daily may even help prevent parasites. Laxatives, however, should not be taken over a lengthy period of time. Alternatively try pumpkin and watermelon seeds ground into a powder and mixed with a little aloe vera juice and taken on an empty stomach each morning.

You can lose weight easily if you are patient and determined to shed those extra kilos. You just have to alter your daily routine, watch what you eat and be physically active. This requires you to be on your weight loss commitment for quiet long. For a start please follow: 1. Cut down the excess carbs. If you want to lose weight you should start by avoiding sugar and starch (like bread). A low carb diet reduces your hunger and makes it easier to eat less. And it might even increase your fat burning at rest. 2. Don’t skip meals. Skipping meals will not make you lose weight faster. That strategy backfires because your body thinks food is in short supply, so it slows your metabolism in order to conserve energy. Over time, the result is that when you do eat — even if you consume the same foods as always — your body will be slower to use the calories as fuel, thus creating a backlog of unwanted pounds. 3. Stay hydrated. You've heard it before, and you'll hear it again. That's because drinking 64 ounces of water daily is one of the easiest ways to speed up weight loss. Your body needs water in order to efficiently metabolize stored fat. When you shortchange your supply, you're likely to slow down that process, meaning it's more difficult for you to burn calories. An easy eight glasses a day (at least!) will keep your system running smoothly. 4. Start exercising. Strength training builds lean muscle tissue, which burns more calories — at work or at rest — 24 hours a day, seven days a week. The more lean muscle you have, the faster you'll slim down. How do you start strength training? Try some push-ups or a few squats or lunges. Use your free weights to perform simple biceps curls or triceps pulls right in your home or office. Do these exercises three to four times per week, and you'll soon see a rapid improvement in your physique. 5. Go for an evening walk. An evening activity may be particularly beneficial because many people's metabolism slows down toward the end of the day. Thirty minutes of aerobic activity before dinner increases your metabolic rate and may keep it elevated for another two or three hours, even after you've stopped moving. What that means for you: Those dinner calories have less of a chance to take up permanent residence on your hips. 6. Take adequate rest. You should also make an effort to get enough good sleep, preferably every night. Strive to wake up refreshed of your own accord, independently of the alarm clock. If you’re the kind of person who always gets brutally woken up by the alarm ringing, you might never be giving your body adequate rest. 7. Supplement vitamins and minerals. Nutrient-dense, good food is certainly the foundation of weight loss. But an adequate amount of vitamin D can be difficult to ingest via food. In the case of a lack of sun (such as during the darker months of autumn and winter), it’s wise to supplement for multiple health reasons – and perhaps even for your weight.

Your reports are normal. Don't worry. SGPT SGOT is marginally high. You don't need any medicine. Exercise regularly for half an hour and eat healthy foods.

You need to take high fiber low fat diet followed by detox diet. Drink lot of water everyday. Take small and frequent meals at regular intervals .Avoid outside food completely. Ask me privately for customized diet plan for you.

Ashish u are only 24 year nd have tried all home remedics..you can use suppliments but with healthy diet...you can take chitrakadi bati tablet after meal for good digestion.you should improve your digestive system by digesting your indigested food in the body so walk regularly..take high protein diet..you can also take any protein powder twice a day..

Hello lybrate-user, For abdominal fat, cutting down your carbohydrate intake is the best with exercise hand in hand. Without exercise belly fat can not be reduced, its a fact. Secondly, if you feel restless often, there can be two most probable reason. One, your body is deficient of vitamins and secondly, your brain isn't getting enough carbs which is needed for it to work. Along with these two reasons, also, iron deficiency creates restlessness in our body. Green leafy vegetables, green vegetables, guava, grapes, jamuns, pomegranates are good sources of iron. Basically, green (dark), red and violet colored fruits and vegetables are rich in iron, yellow colored vegetables and fruits are rich in vitamins, milk and milk products in vitamin B complex and vitamin A.
