You can discuss changing mirtaz to bupropion or an ssri. Less likely to increase cholesterol facts do not increase. Mirtaz sometimes can increase cholesterol.

Yes. It helps to cut down over thinking and repetitive thoughts so one can focus on other issues in life instead of wasting time on unimportant things

Keep diabetes in control. If u did not have this problem earlier than it is unlikely that it is because of medicines. Can ask your doctor. They may add some medicine.
