For cough start eating jaggery (gurh) after everytime you eat food, get a sarso oil body massage from your mother or sister once a weak. Consume cow ghee with your meals, drink hot milk at bed times, start doing surya namaskar in morning, also start doing prithvi mudra 20 minutes everyday with your fingers, in 3 months you will gain 6 to 10 kgs naturally, but be regular. Eat a heavy breakfast. Keep your intestine clean by drinking 3 to 4 liter water everyday but do not drink water after meals, drink after 90 minutes.

Yes, one may consume the dry fruits in Summer like Almond, dry grapes, wall nut, Fig etc should be in limited quantity.

Dear naseha, you can start taking tonic of homoeopathy called alfalfa with ginseng and you will see gid results in your appetite and also your immune system will also get strengthen.

Is working in computer affect the neck in any way. I was told that spondylitis is caused due to over usage of computer.

Computer usage doesn't cause any disease, but in which posture you are sitting matters. So do neck exercise stretching is a good exercise. Take a rest for at least 10 minutes after hour long working. Shoulder exercise use backrests.

The Patanjali soaps are with least chemicals... or you may use the amway Soap named Persona... they are also very gentle...

Hello, The food what and how you eat, makes the difference! For increasing your weight, concentrate on the below points ( if you don’t have any medical condition) which helps in gaining weight in a right way without harming your body. - Consume more healthy fats. Foods containing healthy fats are full of nutrients and also high in calories, making them a great option for weight gain. Foods containing plant fats should be your first option - this includes items such as nuts, seeds, peanut butter, avocados and olive oil. Foods containing healthy animals fats include lean meats and full fat dairy products - although if you have high cholesterol, you should probably stick to low-fat options. -Eat more protein. Good sources of protein include lean meat, fish and poultry, in addition to eggs, whole grains, dairy products and legumes. -Drink more calories. Try drinking a large glass of orange juice in the mornings (along with your normal breakfast). Drink a glass or two of full-cream milk throughout the day.Protein shakes will help you to gain muscle mass, particularly if you're working out. -Have 6 small and frequent meals in a day. -Gain muscle mass. It's a good idea to continue to exercise while you attempt to gain weight the healthy way. Strength training includes working with weights and performing exercises such as squats, deadlifts, bench presses, bicep curls, crunches, chin-ups and leg curls. Just keep in mind that the more you exercise, the more calories you will need to consume to replace those you lost while working out. This is where protein shakes and bars really come in handy. -Quit smoking. As it suppresses the appetite. -Stay healthy. The most important thing through the entire weight gain process is to stay healthy - eating a balanced diet and continuing to exercise throughout. -Take enough of rest and sleep for rejuvenation of the cells and tissues. -Think Positive which will help you in achieving your target of gaining weight. -Avoid taking unnecessary stress/ tension. Medication: Take Schwabe’s Alfaalfa Tonic and Five Phos., both thrice daily ½ an hour before meals for 1month.

Please do treadmill for at least 30-45 minutes daily. Keep moving as much as you can whenever you can. Keep meal portions small especially if they’re cooked. Limit your food intake to ONLY and ONLY 4 times a day. Avoid sedentary life/night watching/junk foods.

I do workout regularly. My trainer preferred whey protein for growth and recovery of muscles. Is it safe to have whey protein? Please advice me regarding whey protein. If it is safe to have then how much scoop consume in a day or with water or milk.

There are a few things you need to keep in mind before taking protein or any other supplements: 1. Are you doing high intensity workouts? 2. Have you been training for more than 1 year? 3. Are you having good and nutritious food with all macro & micro nutrients? 4. Are you not able to fulfil your protein requirement with food? 5. Have you to compete professionally? If the answer to these questions is 'yes' then you should take supplements. Else there is no need and supplements will not be useful.

Hi - first you make some fat by putting carbohydrate sources foods like rice, chapati etc. Add butter & ghee as necessary. You v to over all increase your calorie by good quality high calorie bfoods through cereals, pulses, legumes & obviously high quality protien like egg, fish, chicken etc. Vegetables, fruits can help y always. After some weight gain you can come to me for muscles.
