Sofraderm Cream is an antibiotic which works by binding to 30S ribosomal subunit of the bacteria, causing m-RNA misreading and insertion of incorrect amino acids into vital bacterial proteins. This causes vital proteins to malfunction, leading to death of the bacteria.
