You should take complete balanced nutritious diet rich in protein & necessary vitamins. And if you are doing night shifts then take proper rest and sleep during day time.

Hye. There is no direct relationship like that. You just have to know you cannot overindulge in either. Also eating the right foods at the right time is crucial to maintain stamina. Workout or sex, both can become a stress for the body if diet is not right.

Hi, do regular exercise. Take 2 banana with warm milk in the morning. Eat soaked dry grapes or dates soaked in warm milk overnight. Include protein rich food in your diet. No drink before and with meals. If you are non vegetarian include eggs chicken and fish in your diet. Take small and frequent meals. Don't drink water before meals. This can fill your stomach and make it harder to get in enough calories. Eat more often. Drink milk. Try weight gainer shakes. Use bigger plates. Add cream to your coffee. Take creatine. Get quality sleep. You need to take a balanced diet.

Quadriceps exercises- lie straight, make a towel role and put it under the knee, press the keen against the role, hold it for 20 secs. Repeat 20 times twice a day. This will help relieve some pain. Core strengthening exercise- straight leg raised with toes turned outward, repeat 10 times, twice a day. Hams stretching- lie straight, take the leg up, pull the feet towards yourself, with a elastic tube or normal belt. Repeat 10 times, twice a day.

Hye. Supplements don't make muscles. Exercise will only help develop muscles. You are very young. Your body is naturally producing the hormones and you don't want to mess with it by adding anabolic steroids. A good workout of strength training high intensity and healthy diet will help you develop muscle mass. Also some gainers just puff you up and once you discontinue it, you go back to your old weight.
