1) For any type of cough: For effective results, consume daily up to 4 times with the following quantity in each dose: Children (1 - 4 years): 2.5ml, Kids (5-11 years): 5ml, all above 12 years: 10ml.
2) Shake well before use. For best outcomes, take at least 30 minutes before or after meals and avoid having water after taking it.

Kadha Shot
1) Get a cup of warm water or milk or tea in a cup. Tear and pour all granules of one sachet in the cup and stir to mix.
2) No need to filter. Do not mix it while still boiling the water.
3) Use full contents of sachets at once. Contains some sugar, add more if you need extra sweet taste.

Saline Nasal Spray
1) Spray in each nostril up to 3 times daily for kids aged between 3 years and 10 years.
