Breathofy Syrup
1) For any type of cough: For effective results, consume daily up to 4 times with the following quantity in each dose: Children (1 - 4 years): 2.5ml, Kids (5-11 years): 5ml, all above 12 years: 10ml.
2) Shake well before use. For best outcomes, take at least 30 minutes before or after meals and avoid having water after taking it.

Kadha Shots
1) Get a cup of warm water, milk or tea in a cup. Tear and pour all granules of one sachet into the cup and stir to mix.
2) No need to filter. Do not mix it while still boiling the water.
3) Use the full contents of sachets at once. The product contains some sugar, add more if you need an extra sweet taste.

Saline Nasal Spray:
1) Spray in each nostril up to 3 times daily for kids aged between 3 years and 10 years.
2) For 11 years and onwards, use up to 2 sprays in each nostril up to 4 times a day.
