First of all, you need to fill up those cavities in your teeth before undergoing any treatment for braces because if you don't, then it will complicate your orthodontic or braces phase of treatment in later stages. Please consult an orthodontist for detailed information regarding your treatment.

Usually wisdom teeth erupt in an improper position or remain impacted inside the mouth if your jaw does not have sufficient space to accommodate them. This can sometimes lead to problems with adjacent teeth and gums like food particle lodgement, cavities in adjacent teeth and subsequently resulting in infection because of that. It is better to get them removed rather than suffering in the long run. Removal of wisdom teeth won't have any harmful effect on other healthy teeth.

Please consult a dentist as soon as possible if your pain is not subsiding from the remedies you mentioned here. He/she will examine your tooth and might take out x-rays to check for the presence of infection. Subsequently he/she might advise you the appropriate treatment procedure. Delaying it further will worsen the condition and complicate your treatment.

Hi, Root canal treatment, will it be available in government hospital or need to approach private hospital, ma'am?
You can undergo root canal treatment at either place of your choice as per your convenience. The difference lies in from whom you are getting it done, the price of your treatment, the quality of your treatment and your comfort zone. I wouldn't like to make a bias by suggesting any particular place, but I would like to advise you to make a comparison based on the above factors I mentioned and choose wisely.

Yes, it will help as betadine is an antiseptic agent. You don't need to gargle it, you just have to rinse it. Will take around approximately a week or more to heal depending on the severity of your wound. If it does not improve in a longer run, please consult a dentist. Avoid using a cloth to rub your teeth and gums. Instead use a soft bristled toothbrush to clean and be gentle while using over the gums.

I wish to know about mouthwash usage. Should I be using it for any particular symptoms or in general for overall oral care? Are all mouthwash available in the market the same or different, apart from the flavours? Any ingredients to be aware of, while selecting a type of mouthwash?

I wish to know about mouthwash usage. Should I be using it for any particular symptoms or in general for overall oral...
Mouthwash can be used as a part of your regular oral hygiene regimen including brushing. It can be used directly or with dilution. I suggest you should use it in dilution with some amount of water to prevent any effects from concentration/strength of any of its ingredients. Mouthwashes usually contain Chlorohexidine, Triclosan, Thymol, Cetylpyridinium Chloride etc as ingredients. There are many brands available in market today like Listerine, Plax etc with different flavours and compositions. All have the same purpose to serve regardless of their composition and flavour. Chlorohexidine is very effective in controlling plaque and preventing infections, but it has a tendency to stain tooth surfaces. So, until you do not have any gum bleeding or gum problem, go for a cholorohexidine free mouthwash. Also avoid mouthwashes that contain alcohol as it causes dryness of mouth. You can also use a mouthwash that contains fluoride as it has got an anti-cariogenic action and prevents dental caries or cavities.

Since chapati is a sticky food it tends to accumulate in between the areas of teeth. Wash your mouth properly after having lunch and dinner. You should also brush your teeth after having your dinner and before going to bed. Visit a dentist for regular dental check-up in every three months and get your teeth and gum condition examined. He/she might advise you for an oral prophylaxis procedure if required followed by prescription of a good mouthwash for regular usage.

In what case we use only crown on front tooth or in what case we use implant. Please suggest me.

In what case we use only crown on front tooth or in what case we use implant. Please suggest me.
Crown is used over existing tooth to protect it if it has undergone a significant loss of tooth structure or has been treated with root canal treatment, where as an implant is a replacement for missing tooth. If you have one or some of your front teeth missing, you can go for a bridge which includes a ceramic tooth with crowns attached to it to get support from adjacent teeth. You can also go for implant if you don't wish to go for bridge. Both have their own pros and cons. You can get a better opinion from your dentist. He/She will examine your condition and let you know which option will be most suitable for you.

The condition is called halitosis. It happens due to plaque and tartar deposits on teeth and gums. You need to consult a dentist. He/she might advise you for an oral prophylaxis procedure followed by prescription of a good mouthwash for regular usage.
