A large number of skin problems like acne breaks, dull complexion are a result of unnecessary stress. Try doing yoga or meditation as they are known to be effective stress busters.
Dry skin: rinse with warm water and pat your skin dry. Use toner to help with that tight and flaky feeling of dehydration. Avoid toners and makeup that contain alcohol as alcohol-based products have a drying effect on skin. Use a cream-based lotion to hydrate your skin and keep it rejuvenated.
Avoid touching your face or propping your cheek or chin on your hands. Not only can you spread bacteria, but you can also irritate the already inflamed facial skin.
A healthy diet is equal to healthy skin. Eat lots of fruits, vegetables, whole grains and lean proteins for healthy skin.
