Hii. I suggest you go for cleaning of your teeth and gums after that do brushing twice daily, drink more water, take fruits also.

First of all go for cleaning of the teeth along with twice brush daily toothpaste senguel f, glodent, glizer. Take daily citus fruits and drink more water.
