Dear Lybrate user, this disease is due to infaction. This swollen body may be taste bud, which gate swell due to infection. Maintain oral hygiene. Brush your teeth twice daily. Consult to dentist for treatment. It will be cure soon.
Sir/mam, please suggest me which tablets are very effective to dental ache please please suggest me I am suffering from more dental ache.
Dear Lybrate user, only dental treatment is suitable for toothache. Repeated and unnecessary use of pain killers and antibiotics for dental problems is not the solution. For emergency purpose, you may take any pain killer/paracetamol. Colgate came out with their pain-out gel a few months ago, You may keep it handy. The ultimate solution is to eliminate the cause of pain. Consult you local dentist and get a dental check up done.
How can I get rid of bad breath? It embarrasses me alot. I have tried drinking plenty of water and green tea but it was of no use.
â¢Eat a healthy, balanced diet and avoid eating strongly flavoured or spicy food. â¢Cut down on sugary food and drink, as it can increase the amount of bacteria in your mouth. â¢Reduce your alcohol consumption. â¢Stop smoking. â¢Cut down on coffee. â¢Drink plenty of water to help prevent your mouth becoming dry. â¢Chew sugar-free gum after eating, to stimulate the flow of saliva. This will help clean away any remaining food particles. â¢Don't use toothpaste to clean your dentures, as it can scratch the surface and cause stains. â¢Clean your dentures thoroughly using soap and lukewarm water, denture cream or a denture-cleaning tablet. â¢Use a separate toothbrush to clean your dentures. â¢Make sure you visit your dentist for regular check-ups. Having regular dental check-ups will ensure that any plaque is removed from your teeth, particularly in areas that are difficult to reach. â¢Your dentist can recommend the best way to clean your teeth and gums, and point out areas you might be missing. They can also identify any signs of gum disease and ensure early treatment. â¢Gastritis, lung & sinus infection may also be the cause of bad smell in the mouth. 90% of bad breath is due to a dirty tongue. â¢If your bad breath is caused by a gastrointestinal problem, such as an H. Pylori infection or gastro-oesophageal reflux disease (GORD), you may be referred to a gastroenterologist. â¢Persistent bad breath or a bad taste in the mouth may be a warning sign of gum (periodontal) disease. Gum disease is caused by the buildup of plaque on teeth. â¢You may need deep cleaning & fill tooth cavities with artificial enamel filling. Rinse your mouth thoroughly with a mouth wash until then. Advance procedures can be done with laser too. You may consult me in person.

I am taking eptoin 100g twice daily, dompan twice daily and montekulast 10g daily. I having a bad breadth although I brush twice. please advice some home remedies to get rid of it.
I have 2 major issues to be addressed: 1. I have immense pain in the left lower jaw because of the wisdom tooth erupting. 2. One of my tooth has been treated (RCT) almost 4 times now but still it not yet cleaned and it still pains bad.
As of now I am suggesting you for the wisdom tooth.... Take homoeopathic medicine Mag Carb 30 tds for 3 days... it will ease the process of eruption... And then consult for the carious tooth... But if it has been treated for 4 times then you should think of extracting it before the caries spreads to others...
