More about Dr. Amit Chitaliya
The field of Pediatrics is a challenging one because it involves reading the symptoms of children who are too small to describe the same on their own. It also needs a large amount of skill and an equal level of patience for someone to specialise in this field. Dr Amit Chitaliya is a Pediatrics specialist based in Ahmedabad. He has gained the trust and regard of his patients and their families over a period of almost 15 years that he has spent in his practice. He has completed his MBBS from the B J Medical College in Ahmedabad, before following it up with a DCH from the same institution. Further, he also has several Fellowships in the area of cardiac health and surgery for his field where deals with such problems when they afflict young children. This is a rare field that requires a lot of study and dedication indeed. He also has several memberships as one of the best pediatricians in Ahmedabad, and is affiliated with the European Respiratory Society as well as the Indian Medical Society and other such organisations. Through his interaction with other professionals from the medical fraternity, he manages to stay abreast with the latest developments and technology available in the various fields that have to do with child health and development. He also aims to put the parents at ease as he discusses the cases and helps them in opening up regarding symptoms and other issues that may have fueled a certain kind of problem or ailment. He is proficient in Hindi and English.

Levolin 0.31 mg respules are better as those are less side effects producing then asthalin. However for short term use no issues asthalin also is also good and safe.

For best wetting homeopathy might not help quickly. 1.learn alarm therapy. In a way that you make the child awake at 2 am to go to urinal. 2. Reduce liquid intake after 7 PM and no water after 8 to 9 PM. 3. Send child for urine just before going to bed. 4. And start sublingual tab. Minirin melt after meeting your pediatrician. Daily to be put under tongue before sleep. (don't take water with or after tablet). This tablet would dissolve soon in 3 seconds below the tongue. Continue this tablet for 2 months.

My 6 month old son was vaccinated with smallpox vaccine during birth on his arm. But after 6 months ,vaccinated area has pus formed and now it looks like a fresh wound with pus released partially. He is not having fever and is active. Do I need to see a pediatrician to heal the pus or will it heal itself?

That is Reaction to BCG vaccination. For which no need to worry. It shall happen to all kids who are vaccinated against TB by BCG vaccine. However it shall heal after spontaneous rupture by giving little scar. Which is nornal process. If deviates from this then obviously show to your pediatrician.

Hi please help. My baby is 3 months old. Had his vaccination last week. Baby was sleeping continuously rejected direct Breast feed too. So I expressed the milk and gave for 2 days. After that I could see there is sudden drop in my supply. I am feeding baby for every 1 to 1 and half hours. But still supply is not established. I am really worried if am not satisfying his hunger. Can I take later tables for boosting or any kind of medication to meet baby's demand. As of baby is passing urine at least 9 times and stool every 4 days or 5 days once.

passing 9 times urine means your supply is adequate.. reduce anxiety and increase milk products and liquid diet in your menu.. and you shall see rise in milk secretion.. stress is biggest factor in reducing supply.. still observe growth of child and if it going up regularly, it confirms all is well!!
